I have always wanted a Maglite of my own ever since I used my father's as a kid. I was also excited that it uses a LED instead of a bulb. Due to the led, this Maglite is the brightest flashlight I have ever seen/owned. It is so bright that it almost hurts to look into, which I would say is a good thing. I was also surpised that there isn't any clicky on/off button to turn the flashlight on and off, like my fathers. Instead you twist the front of the flashlight to turn it on or off and to adjust the light's focus. I purchased it for a recent trip to the Rocky Mountains and it was perfect. So if you're looking for a durable, lightweight, bright flashlight, this is the Maglite for you!

The 3-C design compromises on luminosity and battery life. However, the relative compactness compared to a full sized mag-lite make it easier to carry in some situations. For instance, it is my preferred dog walking flashlight. It can also fit in the girlfriend's larger handbags. It is simple to operate and generates enough light for most tasks.

These new LED flashlights are much brighter than the old bulb style and the battery life is GREAT compares to the previous old bulb type.The size is just right :)Hint: if you wrap a plain bungee with the plastic ball on it around the barrel it wont roll away when you set it down

Strength and dependability like no other flashlight on the market. LED light will last practically forever. Great for camping, working on the truck, regular household use and the 3 C size isn’t too big but big enough to whack someone if you really need too.

I've always liked and wanted some Maglite flashlights. I had the small two AA battery lights with the push button switch but always wanted one a little bigger, so I got this three cell. It's bright and adjustable and will be used mainly for emergencies.

I purchased this for my GF, for use during Hurricane Irma, lucky she never had to use it but it is a great light. She keeps it near the bed and it is a good size. I do wish it had the on off button like my larger maglite has but its good none the less

It is very bright and easy to hold. If it had an on/off switch as does its big brother, it would have rated five stares. As it is, twisting the front to turn it on and off is not so convenient. The "candle" option is very handy .

My husband loves Maglite, especially this one with LED lights. The price is great, we bought three. He never wants to be without one.This flashlight is bright and has a very long range. Thanks for a great product

Worth every penny. Bright and there is a spare bulb in the end of the screw cap. A flashlight that works and not heavy. Added up all the lights I have bought and wished for one and bought one I can count on.

The new LED tech that maglite is using is very bright. The flashlight is very solid. The button, which is often the weak point of a flashlight feels solid and like it has been upgraded over older maglites.

Bright as expected, but I am disappointed the standard traffic cone does not fit and requires a special order from streamlight. Old fashion twist to illuminate so suited for home use only.

I've owned Maglites before but I really like this model for it's compactness, battery life and still as bright as the larger ones yet 100 times better than those AA models. A++++++++

Perfect flashlights for general use. I have three within quick reach and one in the truck. They're bright, well balanced and very effective. Maglite is a name that can be trusted.

Love this flashlight. Seems to be aluminum housing so it might scratch easily which doesn’t bother me. Just glad to have a decent flashlight rather than those cheap plastic ones.

We have power outages a few times a year have allready had to test these out and they are great no need for lanterns and flashlight these do bolth graet product glad i found them
