This seat clamp mount is a good piece of equipment, and has enabled me to attach a pannier rack without pre-drilled holes. Its sturdy and easy to use and install.It could do with having adjustable rubber strips with it to ensure it fits different widths of bike frames.I had a problem with my bike frame when attaching it, as my bike frame (one of Halfords cheaper ones) has a built in seat-clamp, therefore I had to use a rubber strip from a rear light fitting to make it fit onto my seat post instead. This is something I should have noticed before hand, but it was possible to fit it to the seat post instead,
