This is my go to eyeliner and, in my opinion, the best in the world!! I have used this for years. I am a real makeup addict and so I am always experimenting with different types and different brands. I have tried all the brands including the top end such as Dior, Estee Lauder, Lancôme, YSL, etc and all the others in between. I have tried pencil liners, thick liners, crayons etc but this is the one I always go back to; it is excellent!It is so easy to apply. It literally glides on and draws a perfect line. You can have a very thin line or very thick and each is as easy to apply. I flick it out at the edges and it miraculously manages to be the same on both eyes every time.

This is eyeliner like it used to be, in the late Sixties and early Seventies, capable of drawing a dramatic shiny black liquid line across your eyelids.I love it, not just for its current effects, but also for the memories it brought back of gaping like a teenage goldfish as I held my hand steady to put a line of shiny black eyeliner across them with the obligatory flick at the corners.For anyone wanting a retro Sixties/Seventies make up look this eyeliner captures it better than any I've come across. I could never afford L'Oreal forty five years ago, but this has to be a similar formulation to the liquid eyeliners in use then.The pen style brush is much easier to use than the paintbrush eyeliners of years gone by,

I've always loved the dramatic look liquid eyeliner gives but always faced applying with the brush with trepidation. This offering though was too good to pass up and I'm glad I didn't. This goes on smoothly with ease. Unlike the mini-paintbrush applicator I was expecting, this came with a sponge tipped end so it was more like drawing with a felt tipped pen. It's designed so you can do a thin line or thick one. My son also found this easy to apply on me (he's an aspiring young make up artist) and together we had a lot of fun experimenting with different effects including a 60's "cat's eye" lined effect. It didn't sting going on and it also didn't make my eyes itch, which is a plus.

This is the first liquid eyeliner I've every tried, as I tend to prefer smokey eyeliner. But, I thought I'd give it a go as people often look so good with it on.I was a little apprehensive, and warned my boyfriend before I tried putting it on that I might end up looking like a terrifying panda drag queen. However, the little applicator brush is both soft and sturdy, and it was surprisingly easy to apply accurately. I had a couple of slips, but this was easily fixed while it was still wet by using a cotton bud dipped in a little eyemakeup remover and then squeezed to get rid of excess liquid.Once it was on, it looked great. This is a classic old style liquid eyeliner that has a soft tip and can be used for dramatic lines on the upper lid. The eyeliner is a liquid eyeliner and so not as easy to apply as an eyeliner pencil and can take a bit of practice to get right if you aren't used to it. I used to always use liquid eyeliner but haven't used it in quite some time and have used eyeliner pencils more recently but in my opinion they definitely don't give as dramatic an effect as liquid liner or create that little flick at the corners of your eyes as well. The liner is a deep black and can be either applied as a thin line or built up to a thicker and darker one.

L'Oréal======They are the largest cosmetics company in the world. They have loads of brands from Garnier, L'Oréal and have huge research facilities in respect of cosmetics. Just because they're the biggest doesn't mean they're the best. Equally, just because they're the biggest doesn't mean they're evil. Eyeliners come in all colours, including several shades of black. They may purport to be black, but actually have a little brown, purple or grey to them. Thankfully, 'L'oreal Super Liner Black Vinyl Liquid Eye Liner' is a proper black eyeliner that goes on very easily. This is thanks to the slightly foamed brush at the end that tapers so that with a little care you can produce great thick or thin black lines depending on your preference. Because the tip is different from the usual brush you may be used to, it takes a while to get the technique and gain the most from it. Liners are the soul purpose of my makeup bag, if i didn't have eyeliner in my life i wouldn't bother with any other make up, this liner however isn't the be all and end all of liners for me, i really liked it, it's a great pen style liner and as a back up liner it did it's job however i've got better liners that suit me more.I found that it didn't dry out, it wasn't flakey when dry and it lasted most of the day, i just had a problem with the application, as it has a pointed tip it's much like applying a felt tip however if you don't get it spot on the first time trying to go over, touch up or add to the first application results in it wiping it's self off.

Easy to apply, build and layer thanks to a precision brush, this is a quick to dry liner that makes achieving dramatic eyes a much simpler process. It dries almost before you have time to replace the lid on the product and is water resistant to the extent that it has good staying power.Product packaging is simple – just the tube – although the gold lettering started to flake away on first use, which cheapens the appearance of an otherwise good item.The fine brush applicator allows you to be as dramatic or restrained in look as you desire for the occasion and the glossy finish is very appealing.

This is one of those eye liners with a flexible fibre tip. The handle is long so helpful to hold it steady and get a good line. Once dry the line cant be blended like a kohl liner, and it doesn’t wash off easily, what you’d expect for a water proof liner! I found this quite good but the applicator let's this eyeliner down, the end isn't pointed enough and also it is too soft, it bends too easily. It's like it's made of foam. I have now cut the end on a slant so as to get a sharper edge but it is still taking me twice as long to apply, compared with a pen, hard tip version.It appears to be quite long lasting- I don't have any problems removing it, I use NIVEA Eye Make-Up Remover Double Effect and that works fine without pulling my eye.Such a shame about the wand, I won't by it again

Absolutely love this pen.Unscrew the lid to reveal a soft, flexible, long sponge tipped pen that produces a really deep, inky-black colour that dries almost instantly so there's no smudging, (great when you're in a hurry) and it stays put all day. (no panic, when you accidentally rub your eyes without thinking!!)The flexibility of the tip allows you to achieve really precise thin lines, or equally to build up thicker areas, and flicks are a piece of cake.Definitely my favourite of all the eyeliners I've ever tried!

I usually use a felt pen style liner and have sworn by them for a while now, but I'm now converted! This is awesome! It's really easy to apply (although can anyone else do both eyes perfectly? One always looks like it got a little sloppy drunk). It stays on for a long time, it's actually quite stubborn to remove - I use a make up remover oil but even then have to scrub a little.The applicator is like a sponge and it can dry out so you have to re-dip to continue your line. I really rate this - 10/10 would buy again.

Perfect, Exactly what I wanted. Finally a liner tht doesnt transfer onto your skin once applied and doesnt leave you with a mess to clean up. Goes on very eaasily and drys very quickly. Stays black all day and goes on black. I have found others to not go on properly over eyeshadow as the makeup sticks to it and it is hard to get a black black line, Usually have to go over a few times. So very pigmented. Doesnt smudge either. Probably the best liner I have ever bought

The L'Oreal super liner is very easy to apply. The sponge tipped pen feels like a brush but is easier to control. I wear liner frequently but still struggle with some brush style applicators. My first attempt using this product was a real success, no additional practice required! The line was smooth, thin and a good strong black with a mild sheen.I'm very impressed with L'Oreal super liner and expect to replace this product when it runs out.
