These highlighting drops from L'Oreal Paris are a marvellous invention. They can be used to highlight facial features, cleavage, shoulders and anywhere else that you would like to highlight. These drops can also be used as a blusher, or mixed with your current foundation for a more dewy glowing look and I especially like using them without any foundation at all as they give your face a lovely healthy glow.These highlighting drops come in a transparent bottle with a dropper attached to the lid. I first used this over Christmas as I thought it would be good for parties. In fact it is subtle enough for daytime use also, just use more sparingly. You can as much as you choose if you apply it to the back of your hand and dab on where required.I put it on my cheekbones initially with evening makeup, but now I tend to blend it with my daily moisturiser alone and it gives me a light sheen which, I like to think, makes me look younger and well-rested. I’m 56 so appreciate all the help I can get to look good without looking ridiculous and ugly, as I think a lot of younger people do when they use the very obvious highlighters on the market.The product glides easily over my skin as it is oil based.

My teenager will love this product for Christmas because she loves glitzy glamour makeup and Glow Mon Amour highlighting drops looks lovely in the clear bottle. I tested Champagne 07 Sparkling Love which has a lovely sheen.If your new to highlighters, the purpose is to attract light and give a natural radiance and glow. You all know how good you can look in candle light, well a high lighter can replicate this. Not to be confused with contouring. Apply to the cheekbones, nose and brow with fingers by using the pipette provided. You can also apply to the bow of the lip.To use shake well before use, however caution, the applicator gets very full with product and its quite a loose liquid and may spill.

I got the Champagne Highlighting Drops to try out, and against my Asian skin the effect is barely visible. It looks like I've used a moisturiser with a tint of colour, rather than a specialist product, but that's not a complaint about the product - it's because I'd have been better off with the Bellini shade, which has a more brown-rose glow to it.In theory, it does do what it says it will - it brightens the skin and adds a healthy glow, especially in these dark days where we lack sunlight. For the current price, it's kind of worth it as a little will go a long way.It won't mask anything on your skin, but tbh, a tinted moisturiser would give the same effect. I think this is a nice-to-have item,

I’m just loving the smell of this reminds me of summer, coconut. Only a small amount needed when mixing with foundation for a nice fresh dewy look on my skin. Lovely healthy look to cheeks if using this instead of a blusher more of a highlighter and so on trend just now. This is going to be a mainstay in my makeup bag I think for when needing to look a bit more fresh plus nice to use on any slighty tanned areas with a touch of body lotion on chest and neck area. One of those that goes with any colour tone too so even better. For me a good thing to have in when wanting to wear a lower cup top and not wanting too much whiteness on show.

This comes in a small 15ml (3 teaspoons) glass bottle with a pipette screw top lid.The liquid is quite runny and full of sparkles. It is recommended to be used under foundation a bit like a primer, but I've applied it to the tops of my cheek bones and outer eye area over my foundation which gives a nice highlighting effect. Just a thin film is necessary and it glides on very easily and adds a beautiful subtle sheen which gives a brightening effect around the outer eye towards the temple. I didn't expect to use this other than for evenings out but it is so subtle and pretty that I'm using it almost every time I put make-up on.

Before I go on I have to say that I am rubbish at makeup and I don't wear too much. However I have seen people who have highlighted / shimmered their faces and it looks so lovely, I thought I would give it a try.The bottle has a dropper inside which I use always, I put a couple of dots On my hand and then carefully smooth it into my contour areas (I think). This is as smooth as silk with a lovely warm glow. Although it is quite a small bottle this stuff will last forever as only a very small amount is needed with any application.

I like this highlighter a lot, except the method of application is a bit odd. There's a squeezy dropper, but the thick texture of the product means it hangs on the end of the dropper and gloops off it, so portion control is difficult.Aside from that this is a nice highlighter. It seems to be oil based so it glides on nicely, and the shimmer is fine and subtle enough to look good on its own even in daytime, or it can be layered on for a more dramatic appearance. I feel it would suit most skin tones, and it's pleasant to use.

The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is due to needing to blend the edges out a little. It's so bright (which is what I want) but to make it less harsh, you have to blend it as it's not a powder.The past couple of days as I've had to pack light I've used my fingers to apply. For a subtle glow you barely need a dab of product and wow, such a stunning healthy glow.For a more dramatic look, obviously use more but I've found its buildable, so you can avoid over doing it and messing up your base.

I was given the glow drops to test in bellini and i love them.The liquid looks very tango orange when you put a few drops on your skin and i thought at this point that it was going to look stupid on me, but once rubbed in it became almost invisible and a perfect shade of nude.I put this on my eyelids, cheeks, and lips for a lovely summery natural glow look and i was thrilled with the results. Gave a hint of shimmer without any glitter, and gave my skin a youthful dewy look.Would buy again.

This stuff is brilliant. Don’t be put off by the word peach to describe the colour. It’s just looks peach in the bottle. When you apply a couple of drops and rub it in, it dries sheer.Easy application, absorbs and dries very quickly to leave a gorgeous subtle glow. Has a very subtle smell so you can layer with your favourite perfume.I bought 6 bottles in a job lot with the intention of giving some away in make up present bundles for my nieces, but I’m keeping them all.

This colour of highlighter is probably best for a skin that is golden or darker, unless you are mixing a small amount into a moisturiser or foundation. You might be tempted to think that it would add a warmer glow than the usual pale ones, but I found that on my pale skin, any more than a minute amount of undiluted liquid looked obvious and garish in daylight. It is lovely to apply though, and I expect it will last for ages, because even one drop goes a very long way.

These highlight drops provide a nice smooth glow which is fairly long lasting especially on fairer skin tones, as they are drops they appear like they will last a lot longer than a powder and they are also a lot easier to apply than a powder. The initial glow does fade although a slight glow is visible throughout a day making it a good highlighter. They blend very easily into your skin allowing you to build up highlight and the areas you want to cover

As someone with warm toned pale skin I tend to be very weary of highlighters. This L'oreal liquid highighter has been a lovely surprise in that it is super concentrated and I only need a drop or two. It is also subtle and non-glittery when applied. It sort of gives healthy sheen to the skin and a stronger effect could be achieved if it's layered. It is great that there are shades to choose from depending on your skin tone. The bottle is huge too.

This is so gorgeous! I love it!Firstly I have tanned skin just now, so it works perfectly on me. It gives the skin an absolutely beautiful luminous shimmer that does actually glow with health and vitality. It is stunning.The texture is equally beautiful. It glides on the skin like a serum and leaves the skin feeling soft, supple and totally nourished.This is my new go to to put on top of my foundation or on its own.
