These Cleats are for look (type) pedals and are what you attach to the bottom of cycle shoes to clip in to your Look pedals. They wear out quickly if you walk in your shoes too much. If you are deciding whether to go for Look or SPD type cycle shoes you should choose SPDs if you want to do any walking over 20 metres at the end of your cycle ride as you can get SPD shoes that look like ordinary trainers and the clips are sunken into the sole so they have grip. However, if you are "Cycle as quick as possible" and get changed as soon as you finish then Looks are for you.

Needed some new cleats for my Look compatible vintage Shimano 105 pedals (Circa 1990). These Delta cleats work great. They clip in and out even more smoothly than the original Shimano cleats. These have a good amount (9 degrees) of float, so if you prefer a more "locked in" feel, then you might want to go with the black version. I prefer having the extra degree of movement, and am very satisfied with these.

The cleat is great, new surfaces (white) provide less friction to engage or disengage. I would have rated it 5 stars but cannot. For some reason Look has cheapened the fastening hardware. Screws seem ok but washers are now smooth, they used to be striated, and don't hold as tight. My first time out, they moved a bit and had to be re-tightened. Never had this problem with old hardware.

Being an old time Delta Look peddle owner, it is not the first time I have purchased these cleats. Buy the Look originals not the copies. I know they are more expensive but they are a better more enduring buy. The originals are stronger and a much better design. The copies break easily due to a weakness in the plastic between the back two cleat screw slots.

Didn't realize until I got these because I didnt look at the reviews before hand but these have NO FLOAT. That being said, that's fine for me since I just use these particular cleats for indoor spin class and not on the road. But don't be like me-- read before clicking purchase!!

I bought these to make my cycling shoes function on a Peloton bike and they work very well in that regard. Easy to fit and adjust. If that is what you are looking to use these for then I would not hesitate to recommend.

Was not sure if these were genuine as they look different to the ones on my old shoes that have cleats with Sidi on the screws. Look like these are the only ones available that are genuine and not generic.

After buying a different set of the Wellgo cleats, I kept getting shoe stuck in bike and bought this pair instead. So happy I did! They have made it much easier to clip in and feel secure on bike.

I like the way I can use these on my Arc Pedals. I wish Look would quit advancing the fit of their pedals requiring everyone to buy new pedals. At least they continue making the older stuff.

Good cleats but don't last as long as I'd like, although I've yet to try another type for my road bike. For MTB SPD last a long time and this is my only personal comparison.

These work great on a pair of Nike bike cleats that I had previously purchased at a thrift store. They clip right into my look clips and secure my cleat as it needs to be.

Wears the best and wears less on the areas where you put your foot down. The white plastic is a bit more slippery than the pedal disengages better.

Pay no attention to the 1 star rater - if you do not know what pedals you have you should sell your bicycle and start catching the bus !

Awesome Cleats! much better than Bike Nashbar brand. They release smoothly every time and last much longer than single material cleats.
