This headset for under 20 bucks is great.Here's a couple of points to some of the bad things I've seen here..1. It's not small. My head is 7 1/2 hatsize and that's pretty fair size. It adjusts bigger than I need.2. The mic does only reach your mid cheek, but that's the way you want it. The days of needing the mic to reach around in front of your mouth are over. How do you people think blue tooth phones pick up your voice from up by your ear? LoL at folks.. technology people.. keep up.3. It is plenty sturdy. It's not made of metal though. I've had mine for 5 months or so now and it's in the same shape as I bought it and that's with me and my 2 kids using it.4.

The mic works really well. Its noise cancelling feature is top notch, and when you set the echo canceller with the PS3, no one will hear anything but your voice.What I don't like about it is the way the mic is designed. The piece that is attached to the earpiece is almost completely solid, and the flexible part is only on the end. It causes the mic to be hard to position. Also, it has no mute button, so people can hear unrelated converstaions you're having during play. The earpiece is very high quality (it even has some bass in there that I heard from someone blasting music through their own mic), but that is a con also. There is no volume control for the earpiece and people who are being really loud can deafen you,

I have owned Logitech headsets for years now for use on my home PC, mostly due to the one ear design and the separate sound channel for voice communications. I recommend this headset to all my friends you can talk on Skype and listen to music at the same time allowing you to hear who you are talking to. Over time this headset has been the best version because in the older ones I had they had a separate volume and mute controls on the cables that was always the first thing to break on all my sets so this one might last longer.The sound quality is better then most any web cam microphone out there and you get no feedback from it, people in voice programs will love you for that.

I've read several reviews regarding this headset being a piece of crap. I've also read great reviews on the headset as well. I was a little nervous about ordering.Well, let me tell you.....This headset is absoultely FANTASTIC! I've used the Sony wireless headset, Logitech Cordless Vantage and numerous earbud pices. This absolutely has the best sound ever!The reviews regarding the mic only going to your cheek or the headset being small haven't applied. I guess if your head was the size of a watermelon, you might have an issue. The sound is crystal clear! My only slight complaint is the amount of pressure it puts on your head. I'm very happy with this headset. Being a wired USB mic, it never runs out of power.As for comfort and head-size...I'm an adult with a pretty big head...hat size 7 5/8 (or XXL)...and it's comfortable enough.One problem, all of these devices can make your ear sore after a while from pressing against it. You can switch ears, but I have an even better solution...I make all the sound on my PS3 come out of my main speakers...including chat.I hear better that way, and don't lose any stereo effect by having an ear blocked.Which then means I don't need the ear part of this headset, so, for comfort, instead of actually wearing the headset, I loop it around my neck, and just angle the mic up to my mouth.

I was searching for a microphone for my PS3, so i reviewed some of them, i got the sony bluetooth but i was not going to spend $45 USD for something that can i miss also they told me this ones pick up lot of noise arround, so i notice logitech got 1 micrphone compatible with Play station 3 , i readed some information about it , and i was like wow lets give it a try .when it arrive first of all, Nice Box ! i opened it and wow really good material and very soft the piece that goes with your ear,Time to test itVERY COOL MICROPHONE ! everyone can hear me very good, and sound very good 2 !Pros:No BateryLong Cable [NICE !]Logitech Good MaterialSoft ear pieceReally comfortable !

As is clearly printed on the packaging, the Logitech Vantage USB Headset works automatically with the PS3 (just remember to turn ON headset mode in Audio Settings). The sound quality is fine with no noticeable difference when I played Lost Planet 2 while my friend used his SONY PS3 Bluetooth. The only real problem is of course the USB cord. After getting used to a wireless controller, I forgot that I was physically connected to the system and had a near accident when I tried leaving my chair. All in all, a decent product.Pros: Inexpensive compared to SONY's PS3 Bluetooth headset.Cons: Wired USB-cord removes the freedom created by a wireless PS3 controller.

IF you game a lot and you don't want to drain all of the battery from your bluetooth headset because you'd also like to use it for your cellphone, I would definitely recommend this USB headset. Plug and Play. No more need to worry about the quality of your voice going through like with Bluetooth. The cord is very long, I would guess about 7 ft or maybe a little bit longer. It's getting late so I'm not going to measure it but I have a 32" LCD 1080p TV and it easily reaches as far back as I'd want to sit from that size TV. When I bought it, it was only [...] bucks or so. Can't beat the performance and practicality for that dollar.

I am a teen gamer and this was the perfect headset. It was a good size and quite comfortable. The mic was very flexible and easy to adjust. The audio clarity was top-notch, and everybody who I chatted with could hear me perfectly. Unfortunately, due to a mistake on my part, it fell on the floor a lot, because I had put it on the coffee table, and it was yanked to the floor constantly by my cats. I can no longer speak into it, but I can still hear. Be very careful with this product. You can use it for PS2, PS3, and your PC, so it is a good Skype-tool. Please note, there is no mute button or volume control.

This headset is strictly for chatting. You cannot use it for anything else (like hear things in the game). The ear piece cover shows wear early, it's fragile, and the ear piece itself sometimes disconnects, but you can just put it back in. Not meant for people with big heads, the adjustable band has a short limit, and the mouthpiece will wind up in your mouth. The cord is long, which is good. Adjustable hearing volume, with button to turn off speaking if need be. Chatting quality is decent. Functions through USB only, not Bluetooth.

I received this headset today, and I agree, it was too tight. But there was a very easy solution. Bring a pot of water to a boil, and carefully submerge the top portion of the headset in the boiling water until the plastic gets flexible (less than 1 minute). Be careful not to get the any of the foam or electronics wet. After the top of the headset is flexible, place it over something (like a football), and let it cool (less than 15 minutes). It will take on the new shape and be a lot more comfortable.

Basically, these head phones are awesome by comparison of a regular none ps3 blue tooth. When i use my blue tooth my firends online say I'm not coming in clear and i lose signal the device disconnects from my ps3 wireless which is bad big time.... as far as the the logitech headset its has a long cord with may be a good or bad thing depending on your setup never disconnects always doing what its supposed to do only issue is people say they can barely hear me it rarely other than that 4/5

I have had this headset before and it IS the best headset you can get for under $20.This review is more of the seller.Xcess Limited is a really good "Mom and Pop" company and I had a few questions about their operation and they emailed me back in a very quick and timely manner.And they got my friend his package a day early too.So I have to say, if you find a product that you need and Xcess Limited is selling it, go through them.

Got these as a Christmas gift for my 13 yr old and he loved them at first. The product worked as stated except he found them uncomfortable to wear for any length of time due to his glasses. My son said the headphone pushed his glasses into his head making it very uncomfortable to the point where he asked me to return them! Just a warning for those out there with glasses, thinking of getting the Logitech PS3 USB Headset.

Its pretty comfortable but the earpiece on certain games is low. But on the games that are low i just make the output chat come from my tv. With te voice cat coming from the tv it works GREAT. I havent broke it yet but it feels like it will be easy to break. All my frieds online have told me that my voice is clear. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who is looking for a mic...(GET THIS MIC)
