Let’s address the elephant in the room first. This mouse is expensive! Infact it’s by far the most expensive mouse I have ever owned. The packaging, although secure and solid, really doesn’t suggest that what’s inside is such a premium and niche product.Even taking it out of the box, it’s not awe-inspiring – in fact it quite simple looks like a mouse.Setting it up and using it for the first time and my first impression was that the tracking was surprisingly accurate with seemingly no delay that i can feel. The button clicks are very satisfying due to being mechanical, and there's much lower chance of accidental clicking. The cable it comes with is micro-usb rather than micro-c – not a huge problem really, but I would have hoped for the newer standard at this price point. It also comes with a cable with some sort of "grip" that goes into the mouse or the usb dongle adaptor. It's not necessary to have the grip, so it seems a little strange to be there for aesthetic purposes – a bit strange really. The customization options in the downloadable software (which will be required to up the painfully slow default dpi) are quite well done. It's a bit of an awkward menu to navigate at first, but you can customize the 7 buttons as well as the lights. You can leave it plugged in and use it as a corded mouse if you so desire, but that would defeat the purpose. However, it is a wireless mouse, it runs on a battery pack that does need charging. It holds a max of around 26-30~ hours of charge, but if you disable the lights, this increases to 52, which I found quite surprising. As I am not really concerned for the current RGB fad, I leave the lighting off to save battery. Although, you can sync up the RGB to other Logitech devices if you so wish. You can also reduce the report rate for the mouse, from 1000 reports per second, to 500, 250 and 125. However, the less reports the less accurate the mouse is and it really is noticeable. If you reduce the reports to 125, this increases the battery life by another 30 hours, but the cost of lack of precision is too high for me.It came with 50% battery, and despite using it for around 4 hours, only dropped to 48%.The charging process seems to be quite quick, needing just over half an hour to bring it to 100% battery life - All of this information is displayed easily in their software. The DPI scaling is immense, with up to 16000 DPI, so if you somehow have 3 85" 4k televisions for monitors, then worry not, this mouse is for you!I keep it at a comfortable 2400, and this can be changed in the settings by increments of 50.This can be set for each individual game you play so you don't have to worry about fiddling with the settings that much.As well as having 5 on board memory profiles each with 5 different sensitivity levels that can swapped with the button on the bottom of the mouse, regardless of game, but the profiles need to be swapped manually.Overall, after playing Rainbow Six Siege with this mouse, I'd say this is more accurate and feels a lot smoother, firmer and yet less weighty than my previous Steel Series wired mouseThe software is a bit bloaty and the menus a little awkward, but I can't think of any bad points to say about this mouse other than its price point. You could definitely get a mouse of similar tracking if not equal tracking for less money, though the Steel Series mouse I mentioned, cost around £50 and is totally outclassed in every way by this product. If you have the money to burn and want a solid mouse, this is definitely one, Logitech have always been a solid manufacturer, and the G400 remains my favourite mouse to this day – even after using this one. This is definitely a close second, though. Again, the tracking is excellent, I never felt it drift or felt the input was wrong, and the feel and quality of the build is excellent – which to be honest, at this premium price point, really should be expected. So, overall, if price is no object to you, this is a 5/5 mouse and should definitely consider itIf you're on more of a budget, then I'd say this is a 3.5/5 - 4/5It's most definitely worth the money, but you could definitely get something with around 90% of this performance for half the price, but as the saying goes, you really do get what you pay for.If you can afford it – go for it!

Logitech really do make the best mice! I’ll make an exception for the Swiftpoint Z-mouse, which is very special, but having tried a selection of Logitech mice, they’ve quickly become my favourites. For productivity I use an MX Vertical ergonomic mouse, and until recently I’ve been using a Logitech Pro Wireless (available from this page). I’ve recently taken a step up, to the G502 Lightspeed (also on this page), which has a couple of additional features that make it even better. The key is the new Logitech G-Hub configuration software, which gives complete control over button mappings, and also allows the LEDs to be customised. When you install the software, it automatically detects your Logitech devices and (annoyingly)drops the mouse DPI to something very low. However, you can then define up to five custom DPI settings, one of which you can put on a fast-access button, so it’s worth it, as well as adding button assignments (including macros) and defining the colout of the Logitech logo (I have mine orange, but linked to my audio, so it turns blue when there’s noise - so it sort of acts as a visible Skype ringer). There’s a persistent profile, but you can also configure the software to automatically switch to a different profile when you launch a game.As for the mice themselves:The Pro Wireless is better if you suffer RSI or carpal tunnel problems (although the MX Vertical is even better), as it’s wider and has a more natural grip. It’s an extremely simple mouse, with left and right click, middle-mouse/scrollwheel and two customisable buttons, which can be moved from left to right if you use your mouse left-handed (it involves a little DIY, but all the pieces are included). The G502 is better in most other respects than the Pro Wireless. It has a sculpted thumb-rest, which I’m not personally all that keen on, but it makes it easier to access the thumb buttons. They’re all configurable, but by default there’s a “DPI Shift” button at the end of your thumb, which lets you temporarily reduce the DPI for fine selection work (in games, this might be aiming a sniper rifle, for example). The two buttons above that are by default forward and back, but as I do a lot of editing I’ve remapped them to copy and paste. Above that are two buttons that by default increase and decrease the DPI rate through the settings you have configured in the G Hub software. The left and right mouse click buttons are fairly ordinary, but the mouse wheel is multi-function. In addition to middle mouse click and scrolling, you can tilt it left or right to scroll left/right. There’s also a clutch button, and the wheel itself is weighted, so you can choose to have it free-spinning. There’s also a button on top that shows you how much battery power you have left; like all the buttons, it can ge reconfigured. Incidentally, in the G Hub software three of the buttons are on a separate screen from all the rest - it took me a while to find them! The G502 has the option of installing small metal weights in the bottom; I prefer having a lighter, more responsive mouse, so I don’t use them. Both the Wireless Pro and the G502 Lightspeed have a magnetic flap on the underside in which you can store the wireless dongle; there’s also a custom micro-USB charging cable and an adaptor that lets you place the wireless dongle close to the mousepad for more responsive wireless use. The G502 has a braided cable, whereas the Pro Wireless cable is ordinary plastic, but with a sculpted end to fit more securely into the mouse. Both mice go to sleep if they’re not touched for a while, which preserves battery life. The Pro Wireless is rounded, and looks like an office mouse. The G502 Lightspeed has more angles, and looks more like a gaming mouse, although in practice both behave fairly similarly. The clutch control on the G502 Lightspeed is for me its best single feature. The Pro Wireless is for me slightly more comfortable to hold, but misses many of the fun features you get with more specialised gaming devices. For completeness, I should say that I also use a Logitech G513 Carbon keyboard, which has custom keys to make gaming easier (if a little noisy)! It is also configured using the Logitech G Hub software, which is helpful.

Alright, so I deliberately left creating a review for a few weeks after I got my mouse just to get a feel for it and experiment with the different uses of this mouse. Coming from a PC gamer of 5+ years, I can say that this mouse is a great addition to your peripherals if you are looking to get into shooters, RPG games, or just anything that requires quick strafing and swiping with the mouse. The fact that it's wireless is insanely liberating given that I used to use a fixed wired mouse (Final Mouse 2015 edition) so its very practical when surfing the web and then switching up to competitive gaming.BUILD QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE:The buttons and scroll wheel are all exceptional quality in thebuild and are made of fine plastic with very slight indents on the Left Click and Right Click for a more pressure sensitive response (great for precision tap firing for FPS games) and also takes off that extra bit of build up pressure on the finger tips that I personally have experienced when using my other mouse; call me over the top but personally I feel that every little feature helps here.FIRST THOUGHTS:I've experimented with the side buttons which are very easy to install, swap and/or replace- simply slip your fingernail under the elongated part of the button and it pops off. You can clearly see where the buttons align indicated by the slot design and the pressure plates that the buttons slide into and click seamlessly!BUTTONS AND FUNCTIONALITY:For those who tend to map a lot of buttons to their mouse binds, installing the G pro HUB, which I'd say is quintessential (because why wouldn't you want to customise your mouse and map it to your liking?) you can control all your page management, windows functions and even bind macros to the buttons so you can have a fully spec'd out mouse with 4 side buttons if you so wish, this can also be used for binds in games (although a lot of games tend to only allow and follow the basic rules of having your primary functions such as LMB, RMB, MMB, Scrollwheel and two side buttons but if you play heavy MMOs or RPG games where there are lots of binds that you can independently map you can feel very comfortable with 4 side buttons for sure! ;))PLAYTIME AND FEATURES:One of the most important features of this mouse is the lifespan of it as it is a wireless mouse and requires to be charged. Firstly, the average lifespan of this mouse when playing with is is estimated at around 72-76 hours worth of use with the RGB and LED features turned off. Personally I play with the RGB feature turned off and I just have a LED indicating my DPI and I've actually managed to get about 80 hours roughly before it needs to charge up.LIGHTING:When playing with all RGB and LED features enabled you can realistically hope for about 60 hours or so from consistent use which makes sense because its more power being used to operate. Again, it's up to you and your intent.CHARGING:Charging time it cames in at there and about 2 hours of consistent charge, there is also the option to play while charging the mouse; of course this means that the mouse will charge a little slower but it is possible to get it to 100% while still using it, just bear in mind that you'll be converting the mouse to a wired mouse for that duration so don't attempt those MLG mouse spins across the mouse pad!CONCLUSION:Overall the mouse has a great weight, it's completely ergonomic and will be ideal for someone with average sized hands, for those who favour claw/ claw fingertip grips this mouse is ideal for you but you can make it work if you're a palm grip mouse user- just be aware that you'll lose some precision in your fingertips due to more pressure on the buttons from your fingers.69/10 for me personally, this mouse is great for pretty much anything, Logitech went full send with this mouse and it's pulled through. Oh and it's lightweight so you're gonna be feeling as if you're effortlessly clicking away at whatever it is!

Logitech G PRO Wireless Gaming Mouse with Hero Sensor (16’000 DPI, Lightweight, PC Gaming, 4 Programmable Buttons, Long Battery Life, compatible with Windows, Mac and Chrome OS) – EU Package – BlackIn the box.The mouse, wireless receiver, batteries and instructions.Features.Fully programmable with onboard memory,Interchange left and right keys,Top build quality and parts reliability,Huge 16,000 dpi capability,The product of 2 years of design and refinement (but you pay for it!),Zero lag time,Lighting on and off,Very high-speed switches designed for gaming.Set up.Its plug and play with Windows 10 and you can program the button for different functions in different games. My son is the expert here as I am trying this mouse for general office duties and photo editing.Battery life is estimated to be 45 hours a set with the LED’s on or 60 with them off.Feel.The mouse is very light but glides effortlessly. The keys are very positive in use with just about the right amount of resistance. I think the scroll wheel is just perfect and the best I have ever used. As for hand size, I have big hands but find it very comfortable to use, much better than the other mice we have. They have certainly thought about the user and the general feel of the mouse (If that’s the right word). My son says in gaming it is ‘awesome and so cool’ which is teenage for it’s very good as a translation. He was showing, me it in action against another mouse he has which was also quite expensive and demonstrated the no lag effect with this mouse over the other £70 mouse he has been using. The DPI switch is underneath so it is best to set your DPI before gaming as you cannot easily shift while gaming, I expect one of the programmable buttons could be reallocated but I have not found out how to do this yet – handing over to the teenager to sort this out !Photo editing.Probably not what Logitech had in mind but this is the best mouse I have ever used in Photoshop, it is so precise and accurate. For general office and web duties it is a precision machine over the cheaper mouse I usually use. Logitech have obviously done their homework and produced a mouse that works perfectly for just about every use. Ok, you pay for it but as most peoples main input device it is often overlooked as an important part of the system.Overall.Quality all the way, superb in games and the best mouse I have ever used for general computing duties. Expensive but as my main input device then the price is worth it. For hardcore gamers this is the one to get. It’s hard to describe it but it just feels right like something that has been handmade just for you. As for durability, it is built to last and survive intense gaming. This is a Ferrari amongst mice. I now need to hide it from my son as I won’t get to see it again else.

The Logitech G Pro is a very good wireless mouse. It’s exceptionally light and ‘floaty’ – it’s made of plastic, rather than any high-grade metal, and doesn’t have a cable (although it does come with an optional one for charging) so what you get is a mouse experience that seems to just float around with your hand. The clicks are good and responsive, the scroll wheel is tactile and very decent. There are two side buttons that you can customise through LGS (the Logitech software) and it also comes with replaceable panels so that you can remove the buttons and put them on the other side if you’re left-handed, or just prefer a left-handed experience. There’s space inside the mouse to store the wireless dongle, and it also comes with disassembly instructions to recycle the battery. I used it for a good day’s work, as well as gaming FPS’ like Counter Strike: Source and side scrollers like Terraria, and always found it accurate and easy to use. There’s a few minor gripes: you can’t really change the DPI on the fly. There is a DPI sensor, but it’s on the base of the mouse, so if you need ‘sniper mode’ that’s not really going to happen. I’m used to something like the Corsair M65, where the DPI toggle is just below the wheel, which seems like a much more sensible option. It's unashamedly mouse-shaped, which is to say it’s not fancy – again, more like the Razer stuff than the Corsair M65 or other Logitech models, so it’s not going to turn any heads at a LAN event. I know it’s very lightweight, but the plastic feels a bit ... and plasticky – and you can't adapt the weight of the unit.I had to go to the website to get the LGS software - the box's instructions are graphical and whilst I know it’s just a mouse, if you’re spending £129 on a mouse, some words and help would be nice – a lot of attention to detail has gone into the sculpted box ... but then it falls down on the instruction ‘experience’! LGS is pretty intuitive and it’s very easy to set up what the mouse does and doesn’t do.It's got on-board memory, so you don't have to re-instate your preferences between computers, which is a nice touch. You can also customise - through LGS - what all the buttons do and the lighting pattern, which is exactly what you’d expect.Logitech has gone for simplicity here. It’s an excellent mouse for doing what mice do. It’s light, responsive, floaty and unfancy. The optical lighting is good and the clicks are responsive. But ... I didn’t like the DPI sensor on the bottom, it doesn’t look particularly fancy, and honestly, £129 is just too much for a mouse like this. I’ll keep updating this review, and if it lasts for years and years and years, I’ll give it five stars.

I had been contemplating buying this mouse for about 2 months and was mainly put off due to the price.Initially all the mouses i have used previously where razer devices, such as the copperhead and death adder and death adder elite, However what constantly kept annoying the living hell out of me was that the rubber side grips on the death adders would fall off after 1-2 years so i decided to invest in a mouse that has no rubber grips at the side. This is my first wireless mouse that I've owned and was skeptical at first because i work from home, and after I've finished work i generally spend most of my time on the PC playing fps shooters or watching movies so am on a PC about 16 hours a day.I'vehad no problems with the Logitech G Hub software however did find i needed to adjust the DPI to a lower setting than i previously used with razer mice, i can only assume this is because of the superior hero sensor.I've got the brightness for RGB constantly on set to 70% and have had to charge this i guess probably less than 6 since times since 12th Dec , When you do need to charge its super fast i haven't timed it but its around 45 minutes or less. The current battery is lasting me 57hours.I'm not sure of how long the inactivity sleep is i guess about 10minutes or so, so it will conserve battery if you haven't used the mouse for a while, but as soon as you move the mouse its instantly use-able.The only one thing that does severely annoy me, is that when i turn my PC off the mouse is left on and because it can't detect that it's not in use because the PC is off it doesn't go into "autosleep mode" I think the only way around this would be to go into my BIOS and turn off Power to USB whilst turned off. I'll try this and hopefully it works! To sum it up though, I would say the mouse is just as comfortable in my hand as Deathadder, the scroll wheel click is a lot more solid and quiet than on the razer. I do think the price was a bit steep at £115 hence only 4 stars should this lower to £100 i'd say don't hesitate and buy and i'd give it 5 stars.

This Logitech Pro Wireless Gaming Mouse exudes quality and offers performance to match both for gamers and those who need precision mouse control such as photographers using Adobe Lightroom etc. In the pack apart from the mouse, you get a USB charging cord, a Lightspeed USB receiver with extension connector, side buttons for left and right and button covers. The unit comes with a 2-year warranty. The first thing that struck me about the mouse is its lightweight (80g) but rigid construction, it’s also a good fit in my smallish hands and should suit right or left handed users well especially as you can blank off the left or right button sets. The DPI adjustment is under the mouse which means that any adjustment has to be intentional.I personally don’t think the programmable lighting is necessary but I know to some that’s part of a gaming mouse. The buttons and scroll wheel all feel very affirmative and I found I could comfortably access the left and right-hand side buttons if I needed to. I’m a fairly low-level game player but I’m amazed by the speed and precision of this mouse (up to 400 IPS and 16,000 DPI), it’s like buying an understated looking saloon car that drives as fast as a Ferrari once on the road. I can also see why many will think this is a great mouse for precision work – I’ve started using it in Lightroom/Photoshop and it's ideal.Battery life seems good (quoted at up to 60 hours) and, by default, the mouse was installed under Windows drivers but I think you are better off using the Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) package to ensure full functionality and programmability. You can also use the Pro Wireless as a wired mouse if you wish whilst it is charging. This is certainly an exceptionally good mouse but it comes at a high price, and only you’ll know if it’s worth the money for your purposes. If I’d been asked to guess its price I’d have thought it cost around 20% less than it currently does but that doesn't detract from the top flight performance.

I have had the G-Pro Wireless for around 5/6 months now and I thought it would probably be a good time to review the mouse as I have a good feel for it & have experienced it for a while. This is by far the best mouse I've ever used. Previously before I decided to finally purchase this mouse, I was very hesitant due to hearing that wireless mice cause input lag compared to wired mice and that was the main factor stopping me from eventually going wireless. Then I saw the G Pro Wireless on Amazon and kept it in my basket for a few weeks until I decided to give it a try & if I didn't like it, just to return it.My initial thoughts upon holding the mouse were that I was really surprised with how light the mouse actually was, considering it had a built-in battery & was lighter than my previous mouse (G403) somewhat shocked me. It's extremely comfortable to hold, which I use it usually around 7-8 hours a day. The buttons feel nice & definitely don't feel cheap & I really like that the DPI button is placed on the bottom far away from accidental clicks. The battery on this mouse is probably what impressed me the most so far. I will charge the mouse for about 20-30 minutes once every 9 or 10 days. After around 6 months of use, the battery has not degraded in the slightest and is working just as well as it was on day one. I've also tested the range of the device and it worked from downstairs, at the opposite side of my house. The only issue I've actually had with the mouse was that at the very beginning I started to get cramps after long use, maybe I was just holding it awkwardly but it did go away soon after and I haven't experienced any cramps since. I would definitely recommend this mouse to those who value a good experience while gaming or generally using a pc for an extended amount of time & personally, I would not go back to wired.

Yes, this is a mighty mouse. The G Pro Wireless Gaming mouse is the pinnacle of mouse gaming. One thing a gamer needs is a reliable and performing mouse. Considering most gaming mice are wired and that wire is annoying at times. this mouse fits the bill. It is robust and feels great in your hand, not too big. It has four programmable buttons. and glows if you so wish. However the best part is the battery life. It lasts for days without a charge and even when you forget to charge it, you will still be able to gain a good few hours of gaming. The Hero sensor is great, when paired with my mouse pad, it is sublime on FPS games, it is responsive and fast. |I mean seriously fast, the 16,000 DPI is great, although I prefer the lower setting as I really don't need it that high. The most important thing for me is a mouse that is simple in looks and performs like a dream. The buttons need to be placed correctly whereby I can perform the tasks on an FPS as it should. The mouse is made to be portable, you can place the USB receiver inside the mouse compartment and take your mouse to work and play World Of Warcraft. Yes, people at work do spend hours playing it.Overall, it is a great gaming mouse and albeit a pricey mouse, but you have some serious technology inside it. This is a mouse for serious gamers and a mouse that will last you for several years, I would dare to say even a decade. I've brought a gaming mouse before and some lasted a year, some two years. So, when I look at it that way, this could work at reasonable. However, Logitech mouse prices fluctuate like the River Nile, so you'll find the prices will go down and then this mouse will be a bargain, a serious bargain.Great Gaming mouse, with the caveat of the price, but it is a serious gaming mouse.

This thing is a £130 mouse, when I said to the Mrs I wanted a £130 mouse she said "you sure that's what you really want" like I was 11Been a great mouse, the battery life is amazing and I'm a heavy user (especially after the Christmas lunch I had)Moving from a Logitech g400s to this I haven't seen a vast improvement in my game play but there is improvement, don't think I would go back to a wired mouse by choice. The RGB can be very bright but can easily be turned down / off in the included software. So now we come to why its one star off being perfect, its the software and one very specific issue that's happened to me maybe 7 times in 2 months and that's not connecting with the software on bootup, the mouse still works fine it just doesn't connect to the software meaning your profile doesn't load and its back to be default. So the wrong dpi and forgets your RGB options allowing you to have a disco as you unplug and re-plug the USB receiver.Silly Logitech, builds the best mouse that has ever been made and then (partially) ruins it with software **insert slow clap meme**

What can I say? It's one of the best mouses out there. First, I purchased the product before 3 months. And for these 3 months, I can tell I love it. But there was a major flaw with most of the Logitech mouses and that is the scroll wheel.I had over 100 Logitech mouses over my gaming carrier but almost everyone had that issue. The scroll wheel either stop register or middle mouse button stop working. I expected this mouse to hold reasonably good but I did not expect to break that fast. I'm using the middle mouse button a lot and the scroll wheel when I'm playing WoW, PUBG, Tarkov,CS:GO....etc. So I have a suggestion over Logitech. PLEASE MAKE THE NEXT PRO MOUSE WITH GOOD MIDDLE MOUSE BUTTON AND SCROLL WHEEL.Of course, I've had a replacement, but when I contacted Logitech I had to wait over a week time only to be told that I had to contact Amazon instead. And they were great, with awesome customer service provided me with a replacement just over 3 days my new mouse was with me.Overall the mouse I great but again the weak spot is the scroll wheel and middle mouse button.

Received the mouse yesterday, came within 3-4 days which is super fast for where i live.My previous mouse was a Steel Series Rival 300, quite a large mouse as i have largest hands and i also prefer abit of weight. I've been in esports for around 17 years and class my self as a high tier fps player. The Logitech G pro wireless is smaller than the rival 300 and lighter, the shape is different to a usual right handed mouse as its designed to be ambidextrous. Took about 4 mins to setup with downloading the Logitech G Hub included. I went straight into the game after setting my 400dpi and felt comfortable with the mouse straight away, this never normally happens when i buy a new mouse (i've had a few).I struggled a little bit with the side button just because the shape is a bit different to the rival but after an hour it was fine and no issue.the benefit of having wireless is crazy but the most important thing is when you playing you completely forget you have a wireless mouse it works perfect and no input lag or anything

The Logitech Pro Wireless mouse is precision mouse control at its finest - it has no peers BUT it comes at a cost! I have been using the Pro in preference to my regular mouse (another Logitech - the MX Master) which I have used since December 2017. The MX Master is a terrific mouse and in its own right very capable but the Pro runs rings around it in terms of pinpoint accuracy and speed. The Pro is also a svelte beast compared to the MX Master - comfortable to hold but very lightweight and made from good quality plastics. I am not a PC gamer so can't comment on the Pro's gaming prowess but in every other PC task, it ticks all the boxes.I am very impressed - the only negative is the skyrocket price - north of £120 compared to the MX Master which can be had for around the £80 mark. I love Logitech accessories - they are always of a high calibre and the Pro Wireless continues the lineage- see my photos for a visual comparison between the svelte Pro and the more substantial MX Master - the best two mice I have ever used.

I've been using various Logitech mice for a long time now, am currently using a wired G500S having given my last wireless to my son when he needed a replacement. For a wired replacement I wanted a mouse that was still a good size and fit to the claw grip I use and that still felt solid but light and was still very responsive. This mouse fits the bill perfectly for me. The size, fit and weight are perfectly comfortable for my fairly small hands. It comes with four buttons (two on each side) and these are once again programmable using logitech gaming software - ideal for serious gamers who wish to set-their mouse up to their own preferences. The mouse comes with a wireless sensor and charging cable (USB).It has an exellent battery life but also a nice long cord for when you need to use whilst charging (i have plugged into the back of my desktop and still have spare flex).Responsiveness is excellent, very important for wired and i can't fault it when testing on a variety of games. Very easy to recommend.

I love this mouse and I have been an absolute fan of Logitech for many, many years. Recently my G Pro wireless mouse started acting up. It was the USB Sending unit. I contacted Logitech and tried to order a replacement but they said none were available for my mouse. After 2 months of emails, they wrote me that my mouse was still under warranty but that I would have to go back to Amazon.co.uk for a resolution. I contacted Amazon.co.uk and they said it was not returnable since it was 9 months old, but because I was a good customer, they replaced my whole mouse with a new one. Then, Logitech wrote me and said they were mistaken and that they would send me a replacement USB Sender, which they did.It is a listed replacement part also. So, my advise is be very careful with Logitech products purchased from Amazon.co.uk. From notes many have left on Logitech site, Logitech Warranty process has a lot to be desired. This was my first bad experience with Logitech, but I will be very careful from now on.
