Main featuresPowerplay compatible which means you can play whilst charging the device. This means that batteries are never really a concern, but you do have to buy a very expensive mouse mat if you want to use that feature. The alternative is to plug it into the cable every few weeks. It's Lightspeed compatible which means it has low-latency and lag when using wireless mode.SpecificationsThe G703 is a 12,000-DPI mouse with a 1ms response time. It has a 32bit processor by Arm. It weighs 107grams and has 10gram optional weight. The buttons are rated for 20 million clicks.Model DifferencesG403 = cheapest, no powerplay or Lighspeed. WiredG603 = no RGGB lighting,wirelessG703 = The G703 looks similar to the G403 but is also has wireless Lightspeed, Powerplay, and some other fancy features including RGB lighting.G903 = has more buttons, and customizability is greater. It also has an unusual scroll wheelOn balance I find that the G703 is the best combination of features and price. I also just prefer the G703 due to the odd scroll wheel on the G903.UsageIt has very soft and smooth movements and is very comfortable to use. The sensor is very accurate, and it will track on almost all surfaces very well.It has very nice ergonomics. The design is sensible and is very smooth and comfortable with a nice weight. If you want more customizable buttons, then go for the G903 but I would not recommend that mouse because of the scroll wheel which has a clunky fixed setting or a free-wheel mode.It is a right-handed mouse only.CableThe cable length is 1.8meters which has an odd connector on the mouse end. This does mean that it won't fall out during use and it still compatible with standard micro-usb cables. There is an optional adapter for interference prevention from other cables.ButtonsThere are buttons for left/right, DPI change, forward/backward, and a mouse wheel with click. It has an on / off switch on the bottom. Many of these can be programmed with the G-Hub software.RGB LightingThe light will go red when it runs out of power which it does very quickly. Turning off the RGB lighting will save a little bit of power but not much. Each DPI mode has its own light colour which can be customized in the software. It can either strobe, provide a fixed light, or be switched off.SoftwareThe software lets you do lots of advanced features including custom macros, altering colours, key binding to keyboard (left mouse button becomes x key on keyboard for example). Button layout are stored in the mouse and can be moved to another pc without transferring data between computers.ConclusionsThe only thing not to like about this mouse is the short battery life, which is perfectly easy to live with. It's comfort, low lag and weight make it enjoyable to use, so I would highly recommend it.

Wireless, lag-free, lightweight, ergonomic - this mouse is amazing.I've been using this mouse for over 2 years now and it has not aged one bit. Nothing matches the shape and comfort of the mouse while gaming, it really feels like it's moulded to your hand and this cannot be understated. During the 2 years I've owned this mouse I have used a variety of other mice including, razer viper mini, G305 lightspeed, razer deathadder but I always seem to come back to this mouse. The sensor is perfect, as with most mice these days, and the weight is evenly distributed throughout the mouse's design (with and without weights inside the mouse).I personally opt to keep the weights and cover out of the mouse to make the mouse lighter and more responsive to my movements. The only issues I've had with this mouse are to do with the battery life and the scroll wheel, more so the battery though. The scroll wheel is rather light and overtime I began to notice the steps were becoming softer in comparison to out of the box, however the wheel is still pretty good and compares nicely to my razer viper mini. The battery is my main issue, the mouse (even with rgb off) tends to run dry within 30-40 hours of playtime. This may not seem like a big issue, but I noticed that as the battery reached about the 30%-40% threshold that the latency of the mouse would increase. I don't know if that is just an issue with my early-ish model of mouse or if it's intended by design but it can be frustrating. As a side note, the included dongle is best placed in close proximity to the mouse, as in not to be used 10m across your room/office as you will notice an increase in latency. I place the dongle about 5-10 cm away from the mouse on my desk and have had no issues so far.All-in-all a great mouse to use for gaming, latency is no-existent for the most part, lightweight, buttons are great with a nice audible click (which hasn't been lost so far...) side buttons are perfectly placed for quick reactive movements, sensor is perfect and the shape is great for long hours of playtime. For almost half the price of the G pro wireless I would say this mouse is perfect for anyone who wants to try a seriously good wireless gaming mouse for an acceptable amount of money (bought mine when it was on sale for £69,99).---Recently I made the purchase to buy "lizard skin" grip tape to stick to parts of the mouse which have softened over time. For instance, just below the side buttons the grip has worn away to reveal a smooth rubber circle exactly where I rest my thumb during use. The tape seems to do a pretty good job of re-gripping parts of the mouse which were slippery.

Pros+ good full size+ fast "light speed" wireless connection+ good layout+ very good main mechanical buttons+ rechargeble batteryCons- scroll wheel click is a bit stiff- software to configure the mouse didn't work for meThis is a full size wireless mouse, none of those tiny trevel size mice here. It is in fact a bit longer than most mice I have used. It fits in the hand easily and all the buttons fall under the corresponding fingers well. It is by the way, designed for right hand use exclusively, you can use it with the left hand if you insist, but it isn't going to be comfortable. The main top buttons are made with mechanism micro switches rated for 50 million clicks, so I'm told by a marketing video. They feel responsive and give good feedback on each click. The scroll wheel on the other hand doesn't click as well, needing a bit of force to press it down, not a great deal of force, but it certain is extra effort to click, which is not what I expect from such an expensive mouse. The side buttons are positioned relatively well so that you shouldn't accidentallyl click them too often. The click action on the side buttons are quite good too.The last button is a small dpi button on the top, just behind the scroll whell, pressing this button turns the mouse speed screen the screen and it actually works quite well, each click giving a distinctly different resolution.Mechanically, the mouse is a winner, it clicks well, travels well. However I have not had much luck with the software. After searching for the software, I downloaded and installed Logitech's gaming software, but it just would not acknowledge I have the mouse connected, and so would not let me change the mouse profile. I am stuck with the default profile. Supposedly different profiles will allow me to change the dpi and change what the buttons do, as well as change the decorative lighting on the mouse. At least that's what I think it can do, which I can't confirm as the software just won't play ball. Oh well. All in all, it's a good mouse and probably worthy of 4.5 stars if that was an option, the half star knocked off for the software issue and the scroll wheel click being a bit too stiff.

Although my first impression of the G703 Lightspeed was... errr, it's a bit fiddly, actually it's excellent. You get - the mouse, an optional 10g weight to add to the mouse, a USB cable (~2M) a wireless dongle and an adapter which can be plugged into the USB cable to house the wireless dongle much closer to where the mouse is situated. The mouse is rechargable - the USB cable terminates in a micro-usb plug - which can either be plugged directly into the mouse for recharging or for wired use, or into the aforementioned adapter to then house the wireless dongle. The mouse worked perfectly in the two computers I use it in - a Windows 10 laptop and a Windows 10 desktop. Obviously the common denominator is Windows 10.With the laptop it was work related - and the mouse is very easy and comfortable to use. With the desktop I use it for gaming - Far Cry 5 - and again performance is good. The top back button adjusts the DPI and the difference is very notable. As mentioned the mouse is really comfortable in use - I use it with the 10g weight added as it gives it more heft which I prefer. The buttons (usual arrangement, scroll wheel/click on top, left and right click on top and two side buttons) all comfortably to hand. The mouse is right handed. The mouse also has an attactive G logo (as in G703) which cycles through various colours - I'm not sure if it can be synced with other LED colour systems. The documentation says very little - so some guess work is required - but none of it is rocket science (& probably all available online). As mentioned the mouse is charged by plugging the USB cable directly into the mouse - whiich can also be used this way. I am not how durable that would be in terms of plugs coming out or wearing out. It works perfectly either with the wireless dongle or with the cabler plugged in.I've not yet had the battery die on me - so can't yet say from personal experience how long it will last between charges - and anyway the depends to a great extent on how you use it.All in all - a comfortable, well balanced mouse - responsive (& flexible) in use for both office activities and gaming.

An excellent mid to higher range gaming mouse. Maybe not as snazzy looking as the G903 but for right-handed people who don't require the extra buttons of the G903 (or don't want the hassle) this is an excellent cost-effective option with the same high quality sensor and speed of the more expensive G903.Battery life appears to be what it says on the tin which is great and if you want to shell out for PowerPlay you can have non-stop wire free charging and gamingforever!!ProsExtremely precise and fast wireless mouse;Being cordless allows freedom and quick movement for competitive gaming!Good range,no drop in speed or interference noted despite multiple wireless devices in close proximity;Comfortable for long periods of use;Works equally well on PC and MAC;Software is reasonably easy to use and customisable;Multiple illumination options - can also turn off the light covered by the palm of your hand individually to save battery, a definite bonus.ConsInstructions supplied are sparse and whilst software is intuitive it could come with more detailed instructions for the price; The mouse is compatible with a totally wireless continuous charging system (PowerPlay) which is a really neat concept but doubles the cost overall making it an expensive proposition; The dongle cannot be stored on the mouse itself for ease of portability and must be carried separately, although it does dock to the charging cable. All in all an excellent gaming mouse. The crucial factor for whether you will love this or not, is if it feels comfortable in your hand.I wear large to extra large gloves and I find this mouse an excellent comfortable fit which I am sure will be what will keep me using it in the long term.

So my mouse history is 1) Logitech G502 and 2) Zowie S2.As the G502 is a bit heavy/bulky, I wanted to try a Zowie series mouse for FPS games given their reputation. I found the S2 to be pretty good for FPS games but I felt I was only really able to play claw grip as the mouse is quite narrow and low for me. This was fine for one-taps in CSGO but it was hard for spraying in PUBG where I needed more downward control. I generally prefer palm grip as I find it a bit more comfortable. That said, you can definitely claw grip this mouse as well as it is quite light and curves inward where your thumb and pinky finger would be.I was thinking about buying the G-PRO wireless but opted for this mouse when they released the new model with Lightspeed and the HERO sensor. In general I felt the shape was more suited to me - a little wider and taller. I have 19cm x 10.5cm hand size so the G703 was wide and tall enough for my preferences. Some might prefer a smaller profile mouse though so bear that in mind.Going wireless is a great experience, even with a Zowie Camade I always felt like I was restricted with a wired mouse. There was always some resistance and a feeling in the back of your mind like you are being held back. It's great to not have those worries anymore.I just plugged the USB dongle in and the mouse easily connected. I fired up a game of CSGO, changed to 800 DPI and it was a very nice experience, no problems so far. I also use Ubuntu for work and my computer picked up this mouse with no new drivers installed or Bluetooth headaches so that's a big plus too!

With its cool colour-changing LED case to the ergonomic design and handy extra features, this is a step up from the bog standard mouse, that often neglected piece of kit which is usually a budget afterthought.Cordless, supplied with a charging cable and compatible with wireless chargers, it has a very decent battery life and an auto-off if you forget to switch it off between uses (the switch is hidden on the underside). It's been going for a couple of weeks without needing a charge already here on a PC with moderate use. It's comfy to hold and operate (at least for right-handers), with precision response from the sensor and scroller (incidentally making this a good mouse for creative work as well as gaming). The handiest extra feature is the mouse speed changer, a little button just below the scroller. Clicking this cycles through responsiveness settings for the mouse, ranging from *really* slow (precision work friendly) to super snappy (great for time-sensitive gaming on a full-screen monitor). It is on the luxury side for a mouse, but you can absolutely tell the difference between this and a just-make-do cheap alternative. Looks cool, a pleasure to use and high-quality responsiveness. Brilliant.

I have had the g703 for a good while now, in fact the longest mouse I've stuck with to be honest. This latest version essentially swaps out the pixart optical sensor for Logitechs Hero sensor that I was interested to see.Build qulaity is good. The mouse comes in a small box and inside is the mouse, additional weight, a chwireless charging adaptor and a cable with wifi dongle.Setup is very straightforward and the logitech software is mature and works well.Build quality of the mouse is good and it is very comfortable in hand although this is subjective and what suits me may not suit the next person. You can charge this two ways. With the cable or the wireless charging mat sold seperately. The mouse is great in game and responds well and I did not notice any lag or input descrepancy. The new hero sensor is really good, allowing a greater range of DPI and in truth I noticed very little other difference in so much as it performed excellently.Lots of customisation options in the software and the battery lasts a good while per charge

I've always liked Logitech mice - from the original wireless and dock one I had through this lovely little number. There is something about the build quality that just exudes class and they track extremely well in and out of games. This one is no exception - simple charge and away you go. It comes with an extra weight for those who like their mouse that little weightier (I definitely do) - I kind of wish there was more weight to it but I am probably in the minority when I say that.It has all the features you expect (forward, back, sensitivty etc) without being too overboard (if you are looking for lots of buttons to customise probably best to look elsewhere). Its got the fancy lighting stuff built in too - not sure who this is aimed at but if you want your mouse to look pretty then you are covered! At £87.97 its top end for a basic (ish) mouse but I really do like Logitech stuff so I'd recommend at this level.

Best mouse I have ever owned by far.The new G703 with Hero sensor.I’ve only ever had cheap gaming mouses under £20 by unknown brands, and while they function as a mouse they are never very good. This mouse is far superior. The build quality is excellent, it’s lightweight, the battery lasts a long time, and the sensor is remarkably quick and accurate. It doesn’t look all fancy and stylish like other mouses, it’s very simple looking so is nice and discrete. It can be charged by an optional wireless charging system, which I may purchase in the future as it looks really cool. But for now plugging it in does the job.I never realised how much better a mouse could be until I upgraded to this. It’s top of the range and I’m sure one of the best on the market.A large range of DPI settings so you can find your perfect fit.I would definitely recommend this

A basic, plastic, wireless mouse offering the usual features but nothing that explains the higher end price. Arrives nicely packaged and includes a charging cable and a dongle tucked inside the mouse. Buttons and wheel are solid but not silent in use but the noise is minimal. What I do like is that I can customize the mouse for either right or left hand usage by replacing the side panels and altering the position of the buttons. That's a nice feature. Has a good battery life and floats across a wooden desk top without a mat. Loading the software was easy and there are plenty of instructions but they are basic as is the plastic feel and super lightweight design.Much of the detailing here is in the presentation of the packaging but it is quite a basic mouse.

Logitech has been the benchmark in peripherals in the pc market since I was a youngster... My first aftermarket mouse was Logitech, my first webcam was Logitech and my first wireless mouse was... Yep, you guessed it.So I had no doubts that this would be a safe bet, I don't use it for gaming much but I do use it for 3D modelling and photo editing where precision is key.I thought the weight thing was a bit of a gimmick but I was wrong, adding that extra 10g makes it feel better for me and I like that it becomes more tailored.Battery life is where I came unhappy, this might be due to my choice in batteries... But I have a feeling its been engineered to accommodate the power play wireless charging platform...I could be wrong but that's just my opinion.

Really like this mouse - the response when using it in wireless mode is lightning fast although it can be used as a standard wired mouse as well using the supplied cable which is also used to charge the internal battery. The battery has a good lifetime and supports around 35 hours of game time before it requires a re-charge.Couple of minor things - even with the (optional) 10g weight added I still find it quite lightweight and would have maybe liked the option to increase it slightly. Also, the two side buttons seem quite sensitive and easy to trigger accidentally.Overall though, despite being quite pricey I'd consider this to be a good option for anyone looking for a wireless gaming mouse.

Overall I found the mouse to be a fantastic product with no latency. Feels good in the hand, I also like the fact that you can add extra weight to the mouse which give it more solid feel. It has great battery life, the dpi button is a nice touch which comes in handy on some games, the g2 hub makes it easy to program the mouse and switch gaming profiles. The only thing I don’t really like is the charging cable but that more a personal preference, not a fan of the micro usb charging port but saying that , the cable is designed in a way to put minimal stress on the charging port.

This is the best mouse I have ever used, the build quality is excellent and the packaging is very nice too. The feel of the mouse is just great and I like how you can add the metal weight in the bottom if you want. Another good idea is the extra cable to plug the usb adaptor in so your signal right in front of you and not from the back of the tower. The response of this mouse is way way better than my old one and the colour LEDs make it that much more stylish. All in all this is a great mouse and I think it’s worth the high price tag.
