Works very well and sincs immediatly. Looks good and is small enough to fit in a pocket. The bit that hooks over the ear is removable so it can go on any ear. Hearing is just as good as a phone but I have to wear my hair up when using it as it creates noise when brushing against the mic. Overall a very good product, worth the money.
