Very lightweight and very well balanced. They are 3 piece so more fiddly than a two piece. I found the cork handles to be slightly on the small side, my hands are M/L.In use not too many issues. The Anti-Shock is very small which is fine for me. The actual steel poles absorb a lot of the shock themselves and you can see them vibrating but you get used to this.My knees also seemed to be a lot happier which is why I bought them in the first place.

Attractive looking poles, nice to handle, easy to fold and not too heavy.Trekked up to Everest base camp with them, they got stuck a couple of times, but easy to fix.Got blisters from holding them, but don't hold that against the poles, that's from my pansy hands. Handles were comfortable and ergonomic with straps to stop them falling into rivers etc.

The poles are excellent value for money, they are exactly what I wished for. Only slight problem was adjusting them for height, as the screwing system was very, very tight to undo, then slipped slightly when tightening up. Otherwise, great!

Walking with these over rough ground has been so much better. And with my damaged back they help keep me more upright and comfortable, making walks more enjoyable. Not the cheapest going by any stretch but I think good value.

these are wonderful I have severe osteoporsis of the spine so my hips are very weak but can walk with these easily for three miles or more without any reaction whatsoever they are fantastic

Fantastic, does all they should do and a great help. I recently had a total hip replacement for which I bought these to help with the walking and to move off crutches.

I was recommended to opt for these poles by my son, and am so happy with them. I am able to walk for much longer distances as they relieve my back. They aregreat

First time I have used a pair of poles, so I am getting used to them. Mostly very good but the shock absorbency is not good on hard surfaces (eg tarmac)

Fantastic build quality, very light and easy to adjust.My only criticism is that they are a bit too long when collapsed and attached to my backpack.

These are brilliant. I lost my last Leki pole and ordered these as a replacement. Best thing I've bought in a while
