I was glad to get this AT-ST for a good price. We have many toy AT-ST’s but somehow not one yet in our growing Lego Star Wars collection. My young son however was less pleased as he was looking for a classic Imperial AT-ST that he could use to run along side his AT-AT on Hoth and Endor. In my option this remains an iconic and impressive version nevertheless, one that very neatly capture the essence and appearance of the vehicle in one of my favourite Madalorian episodes, which in turn is one of my favourite Star Wars productions. The AT-ST displays every well with its bright red / brown colours scheme and many small details. The completed walker stands about 25 cm tall. The frame and head are sturdy. The legs can be posed in a limited manner so that the AT-ST stands well on its own The flip side of this stability is that there is limited ability to pose the legs. A little bit of Technic functionality is included that allows you to twist the head through a button on the back. Also some missiles are included so that can be shot at innocent villagers or Mando. The other drawbacks are firstly, that there is a fairly large amount of often small stickers to he applied. Secondly, the canopy opens but it only fits in one Klatoonian, which is a bit of a shame , AT ST’s should hold 2 figures next to each other. Moreover there is a lack of interior detail. The built of the 540-piece set is quite pleasing as there is quite some variation. There are only 4 bags with parts included, so the AT-ST is remarkably efficient in terms of number of pieces vs height and detail. We only had some trouble getting the eggs right - this required some intervention from my side. The most interesting included minifigure to me is Cara Dune, she has decent likeness as far as that is the case for Lego figures. We already had a Mandalorian figure with the Razor Crest and this is the exact same figure. However I must say I also quite like the two Klatooninan raiders. Now i would like to have a few more raiders and the Sorgan village farmers…We’re very much looking forward to some more Mandalorian Lego sets. So far the one that has been announced following the second season of the TV series is a bit disappointing. It would be great to get a remnant troop transport or a family of these giant space spiders.

It's odd that this has just been released by LEGO as a new Star Wars saga set, as we don't yet (at time of writing) have Disney+ here in Europe. However, having seen the official trailers I think we can expect some more sets soon! This is a really good set to build, I really like these walker models and how the legs go together. There is alot of detail on this set, which is not obvious from the box. For example, in the main 'power' section, we have paint-rollers doubling up as power conduits, and 'Indian Jones' whips as power couplings on the legs - great! The colour scheme is much more interesting than the standard Imperial units, with lots of brown, red, cream, green and gun-metal pieces used, giving the model a life-like 'worn out' look. There are two launchers hidden under the main cabin, with neat 'fire' buttons on the back. The cockpit section is cleverly put together, so that the angled look of the AT-ST is retained. Great how the cabin section rotates with screw on the back, looks really menacing! The figures are fantastic - we have the new Mandalorian figure, with a nicely detailed torso, with battle-scared armour, belts with pouches and a bandaleer. I like the gun-metal colour of the helmet, and it has the holes to add extra visor pieces. Not sure about the 'gun' - it's simply too big! There is no 'face' for this figure - probably because it's not revealled in the TV-series? 'Cara Dune' is a cool-looking female figure with a skin-tone that looks new. She has quite a bit of armour detail on the torso with a belt and pouches. She has 'angry' and 'relaxed' expressions. The two 'baddies' - Klatooinian radiers - have distinct costumes on the torso, with lots of fabric and jewellery details that look good. Both are angry about something!Gripes? Only two. Firstly, stickers - there are alot, and people always complain, but they do make the model. Second is just annoying. The twin cannon on the left-hand side of the model just falls off when you touch it. It can be remided with other pieces of course. I will change it in due course. Overall, great fun to play with, good selection of new charactors, nice details and colours for your own models later. Now - can we have the twin-engine Mandalorian ship?

Set (AT-ST Raider):Overall, I loved the build. It was a nice change from previous AT-ST sets that were all grey and sporting the more "classic" Imperial Style. The detail on this walker is AMAZING. Especially the section behind the main driving cockpit near the head turning mechanism. Although there are a fair few stickers, they are quite nice and give a very rugged look to the walker that I personally love. However, more printed pieces would have been nice. My only problem with the build is regarding pieces #4211888 and #4520320 which build the forward cannons at the front of the walker. I could not for the life of me make the pieces go together. They simply bent the plastic on piece #421188.To remedy this, I had to go into my LEGO bins and find another #421188. As this piece is not super common, I see this as a problem for new builders and for those buying this as a first set. I am not sure how widespread this problem is but it did happen to me. That was my only problem with the overall build. The set is amazing and has great playability features. Overall, 8/10 on the set.Minifigures:I actually really enjoy the minifigures in this set. Especially the Klatooinian Raiders. I think their armor pieces are very cool. Both the Mandalorian and Cara Dune are awesome as well. My gripes with the minifigures, however, is mostly a Star Wars fan consistency issue. Mando should have been in his new beskar!!! By this time in the show he had it. With that being said, his figure is awesome and it is a great addition to my collection. My only gripe with Cara Dune is the hair piece but I believe it is good as is. A tattoo from the Rebel Shock Trooper Corps would have been really neat on her arm as well. Overall, 7/10 on the minifigures. This set is truly awesome. Don't let my Star Wars fan gripes and general LEGO experience turn you off from it. Would totally make an awesome gift or display piece. Especially for those who have watched The Mandalorian. Happy building!

I had done plenty of research on the product before purchasing it. Articles and review videos by other Lego fans really help to increase the excitement. Like most Lego I find it's ever so slightly expensive though find myself fortunate to have purchased this while it was on offer. Always seem to wait until Amazon are doing a deal. I believe with the success of the second season The Mandalorian sets will become even more popular, especially how the second season finished. My only concern when purchasing was how it was delivered. I always worry about damage to the box etc as I like them in pristine condition. I do my most to keep it that way.Thankfully Amazon done a great job here placing it in their own cardboard box with a limited amount of packaging paper. Good material to reuse or recycle.I'm looking forward to building the set and experiencing all the joy that Lego brings. AT-ST are just awesome and even more so the figures in this set. Let's hope Lego continue to bring out many more Mandalorian sets. This is the way!

As someone who hasn't watched "The Mandalorian", I don't know the in universe significance for the At-St Raider, but I really liked the modern at-st design so I bought this one and, I love this set. This set contains an enjoyable and involved building process, 4 incredible figures (3 of which are exclusive at the time of writing this review), enough room to put a driver in the seat of the At-St but also one poking through the hatch as a sort of gunner, 2 spring loaded shooters that are perfect for play and a great display model. The only problem I had with this set was the amount of stickers you apply to the model (yes you could leave them off but you then miss out on a lot of detail)but compared to the fantastic parts of this set, then it really isn't a huge issue. The price could be considered expensive, but I do believe easily that you get a bang for your buck. Overall Great set, would highly recommend

The Lego AT-ST Raider is undoubtedly my favourite of the AT-ST models. Its interesting colour scheme stands out as the colours work wonders with the stickers and the greebling is incredible within the Star Wars theme and replicates the aesthetic of old and damaged imperial tech. It’s a beautiful set that Lego has recreated, The only down side is that it wobbles a bit if you were to accidentally nudge it, but that’s the same with all of the many lego at-at sets, other than that it’s a sturdy modelFour excellent minifigures are included, the most appealing of which is undoubtedly The Mandalorian himself and Cara Dune, which are both printed perfectly and are a great addition, however the set could do with an extra raider or so to have one driving and two walkingI would definitely recommend adding this set to your Lego Star Wars collection following a discount of some sorts

The Star Wars AT-ST RAIDER is awesome! It took my son and I a little over 3 hours to build. It was fun but slightly challenging at times. I would not recommend this for anyone under the recommended age of 8. Even then they will need some previous experience building with legos and thorough comprehension of following instructions. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow. One of the best things about this is the functionality after it’s built. It has a lot of moving parts and is fun for my son to play with while being sturdy. The only thing that does come off easily are the guns. I also like that it comes with 4 Star Wars LEGO people including Cara Dune.I would definitely recommend this set to any Star Wars fan or LEGO lover! To start, as of episode 2 we've yet to see the scene where this rebuilt walker takes place. Which makes it hard to really attach this set to the show as of yet.the build is fun, and great for play. my 7.9 year old is using it often enough to attack our Rogue One AT-ST. The minifigures look great but really wish there was a face for the mando. This being the first and only set and not wanting to spoil the show for us I understand why it's such a basic set. But now that the first episode has aired I'm really hoping for more sets to come with the same time and effort as other Star Wars titles. The title character's ship, his new Ugnaught friend, and a baby yoda (much like a baby groot)would be well worth the investment for Lego....and a green frog for the baby to play with.

When I got this set I was supper excited considering I had just watched the whole mandolorian series! So I quickly built this set. I was a disappointed when I saw that the mandolorian figure has armor from the beginning of episode 1 when this set takes place in episode 3. At the time of the set the Mandolorian would have had completely upgraded all of his armor. Having read I fellow review I understand why the figure is inaccurate. But I think that LEGO could have redesigned the chest and leg pieces, because I’m sure a lot of LEGO fans like myself would buy that figure considering that the Mandolorians armor was one of the highlights of the show. I also think LEGO should have included the famous baby Yoda. But other then that I loved the set and it’s play features.

I purchased this set as a fan on the Mandalorian. Here are some things I liked about the set: - The model looks great, I appreciate the detailed such as the greebling around back and the wires/ropes along the legs. - The colouration of the legs really makes it look like the scraps of the Empire. - The model looks pretty good from every angle. - Cara Dune is a great exclusive figure Here are some things I did not like about the set (nitpicking incoming)- Exposed technic holes on inside of legs (easy fix with a few parts) - Limited articulation, although I don't often play with my models myself. Overall, this set scores 8.2/10, and gets the rating: Pretty Good :)

I really had great fun building this set, it served as an excellent Christmas gift. The build took a good amount of time and featured some interesting techniques and components that I had not seen before. The set was bigger than I expected, and the minifigures are good. I would be delighted to receive it as a gift if I were a child or a teenager, and as an adult. The AT-ST is stable, and the legs are strong, and although it does wobble slightly sometimes, I feel confident placing it on a high shelf. The instructions were clear to me and unlike others I had no problem following them, in particular with relation to the left gun.

Great looking set, and a very nice AT-ST model to add to the collection. Build is really detailed, though the overuse of stickers can be a bit annoying. The minifigs are also great, however I do wish the Mando fig came with his actual head as opposed to the black silhouette version, though I do understand why it is that way. Only drawback to the set is, as others have mentioned, part 179. The parts of the gun for the AT-ST don’t actually fit, which is very, very strange for Lego as they’re usually on point with this stuff. All in all a great set for any Star Wars fans out there, and a nice addition to the AT-ST line.

My girlfriend and I both loved the first season of The Mandolarian so much and we are also enjoying watching the LEGO Masters show together! My girlfriend knows I live LEGO when I was younger so she surprised me with this cool AT-ST raider sets from The Mandolarian show for my upcoming birthday! I was so excited when I unwrapped my present from her! It have me a wave of nestalga building the set. I wish that The Mandos armor had detail on his arms and a more detailed blaster rifle like the show. I’m thinking of adding a red Led light inside the cockpit and an white LED under The front cannons for a cool effect at night.

I got this for my 7 year son who really enjoys the Mandalorian on Disney+. This was kind of difficult for him to put together himself and needed help from his dad. I also might add that he doesn't have lot of experience with Lego either so this is kind of new to him. It took a little while to put together but it's a great toy. My son is having a lot of fun playing with this and hoping for more in this collection. This has a lot of detailed pieces to this, very well made. Highly recommend to any Star Wars and Lego fan.
