I am so sorry I cannot respond to the 'Is it durable', 'Is it entertaining' etc.... The Lego Star Wars Advent Calendars are very collectible and My Son LOVES Lego and collecting Lego etc... this was bought as part of his un-opened collection that he has.... and being savvy, it will probably, knowing him, remain unopened.. therefore a credit to Lego and the product.. :-)

Brilliant advent calendar with star wars lego from 2011. Each day has a different mini figure or item to build, with the build instructions on the back of the advent door. The packaging has a flip down lid which forms the floor and back drop, setting the scene and potential play area. Creative, fun and long lasting, better value than any standard chocolate calendars.

My bloke loved having this as an advent calendar. Beats Cadbury's anyday. However, there were lots of random and not particularly memorable ships to build, and Darth Maul was the Christmas Eve one (a character we aren't too fond of). I believe Yoda was in the calendar the year before, which we'd have loved to have, so a shame that he was included again in some guise.

My son has absolutely loved opening this calendar every day in the run up to Christmas. Each item was well thought out & he hasn't even mentioned a chocolate advent calendar once! An absolute must for every Lego fan of any age! Well worth the price paid & would recommend. Will probably look for next years replacement as soon as it comes out

The first time I had bought a Lego Calendar for my 10 year old son. Every day he was pleased with the Lego figures and now has a lovely collection of the figures. I will definitely buy another for next Christmas and one for my daughter too.More expensive than the usual calendars but definitely worth it.Great idea Lego

My 6 year old son absolutely loved this product. He was so excited to receive it on the 1st December and each day he couldnt wait to put the small lego figure together. He has had hours of fun playing with the set and i think its good value for money when you consider the cost of lego figures.

I always look forward to ordering the Lego Start Wars advent calendar, because it means I can put it on the side and my young son always talks about what will be in it and how much fun they will be to make. They may seem expensive but they are worth it.

Although as an Advent Calendar it is expensive - it is totally worth the money as the excitement every morning when a door is opened is brilliant. Also at least it is not more chocolate as there is so much of it at Christmas time. Highly recommend.

For what this is it is very good value.The one off characters that come with this are fun.You need someone who is more interested in Lego/Star Warsthan chocolate it's true, but my youngest son is.Lot cheaper than my local shops are selling.

When you've got a six year old boy who is Lego and Star Wars mad, then this is a must. Yes it's expensive but at least there is something to show for it after Christmas. LOVE these calendars - even if a couple of the models are a bit obscure.

You really can't go wrong with these lego advents, different ones available, this year we went for the star wars one. figures are the usual good quality and can be added to other lego sets you have. will be getting another one this xmas

Seriously over priced to be honest but a lego enthusiast will love it and they certainly get excited in the morning wanting to see what they have to make (which was done by my husband as my child thought some of them were tricky).

We've had Lego Advent Calendars for a few years and they really brighten up Christmas. Great selection of little toys for immediate entertainment, and for the rest of the year they were built and rebuilt into new things.

My 27 year old son was given this for his Christmas from Santa! Unbeknown to me, he kept it as an investment as he not only a Lego fanatic but also a shrewd business man! A great wee present for your Lego daft child!

I bought a star wars advent calendar last year and the kids really enjoyed opening it every day. The Lego figures are different figures in this one and looks just as good its quite expensive but worth the money.
