Most Lego sets, especially traditional ones, are for the imagination. You'd never design your own helicopter from scratch - it is very complex, and following the instructions is essential. Fortunately, the instructions could not be clearer, and no words are needed - just follow the very clear images to see one extra piece at a time - all 61 steps!The satisfaction in completing this is extraordinary, it's a really good helicopter. Good training for any future flat-pack assemblers...The diamond carrying truck is a lot easier. Much of the fun is finding the bits, so be careful not to lose any. There's also a motorbike (robber) and police car.The box should be opened on the side - it's not particularly clear,

You can rely on Lego to provide good quality kits and parts and for your model to look like it should at the end. This kit is no exception and comes with all the parts you need arranged in bags so you should be able to find each part relatively easily. Note that there are some very small parts in the kit so keep an eye on any youngsters if they are liable to put such things in the mouth.I enjoyed making this and found it provided a good diversion over the course of an afternoon. And I must be getting better at model making as I made few mistakes and those I did were easy to spot before I had progressed too far.

Lego always seems expensive and yet its worth every penny for the total play value, the durability, the quality and the design.This set come packed in bags with informative instructions that are easy to followThe colours as always are bright and the bricks strong and durable and will last for ever.I like that the design has so much detail and so many characters.And of course, once finished it can be made in to other designs.The limits are only those of imagination. Always a great buy.Good value and recommended

This was a great way to get my young daughter into Lego. Quick to build, with only a small quarm of no list of all the parts so you didn't know if you had all the parts at the beginning or whether some had fell off the table, oddly it had extra bits too.The instructions were so simple to follow, my 5 year old led and I followed to jump in at moments of frustration and apply stickers for photogenic reasons. The 4 vehicles meant that it became a family play set to role play cops and robbers.

My little one was mesmerised to see this. He had some Lego stuff before but this one was an added pleasure with a combination of four toys, with hundreds of puzzle pieces tucked nicely in three numbered packets for easy assembly.To me, it gives hours of non-stop activity that brings creativity, dexterity and visualisation, developing spatial awareness as the child gets lost in it while boosting spatial awareness skills with meditating exercises, finally drawing their path to the end-product.

As with all Lego sets this is very easy to put together and has some larger parts (like the front of the helicopter) that reduce the build time and means you can get to the fun quicker. My son loved the magnet feature that picked up the baddies van which held all the diamonds. After a while we were attaching the magnet piece from the baddies car to other Lego cars so the helicopter could pick those up to. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes Lego and playing goodies and baddies.

My Lego mad children absolutely loved this! Upon opening the box they all got stuck in and easily found the corresponding packets and instructions as they were helpfully numbered. The instructions are clear and concise, clearly showing how to place each section of Lego. When built, this is an amazing set! They loved the way the helicopter magnet picks up the truck and had hours of fun playing with it! 5/5 from us - would definitely recommend! A really fun set!

This set is perfect for children who are transitioning from LEGO Duplo to LEGO sets.This set contains lots and lots of elements- something I didn’t expect. Though it would be more basic and was amazed to find out that you can actually do lots with it.Theme is great as well.My son found it quite difficult to do it by himself so would require assistance from grown ups (which we didn’t mind).

My god children love Lego... as did I when I was a kid. As you expect it's well packaged, the instructions are pretty clear, and once put together the vehicles are pretty robust (but not indestructible!) and so they've provided hours of playtime for the kids. (Also helps the they have other City set-ups from Lego, but you can use any Lego themes). Top stuff.

My 10 year old enjoyed setting the Lego city Police helicopter chase. It was fun for him and he liked it because 'it was cool for the police to chase the bad guys'. It was great to see the helicopter rotor spin. It was easy to set up and he finished assembling the whole set under an hour. The materials are well made, smooth and fit into each other neatly.

This set kept my son happy for hours on end! It's really good that Lego have now incorporated a magnet into the set, my son was so excited that chase could "magically" pick up the jewel theives. This set contains lots of vehicles, and my son was able to rebuild kits of different things with the parts. Well done Lego! We love this!

The 6 year old we bought it for didn't have the patience and skills yet to put it together which means the adults get to have fun too. Once it was together he loved the magnet to pick up the robbers truck and the diamond gems too! I'm really glad that they included a female police officer in this set too.

Great present for my son he absolutely loved it. very easy instructions to assemble as well. also you can use the app as well which tell you how to build it as well. But apart from that very entertaining for kids even adults as well. 100% would recommend.

I was a but skeptical at first since I thought it would be too complicated for a 4yr old. I helped him build it first time but from then he has been playing with it, taking it apart and building it back correctly!The magnet part is a big hit!

Quick delivery.Grandson enjoyed getting it for his birthday. Little does he know that it’s educational as well as fun. Covid isolation is not just for school work, little does he know how much learning he is getting through such a gift.
