We have a wooden framed double swing in our garden and I was obsessed about somehow adding a rope ladder to it for my 5 and 7 year olds.The reviews here on Amazon about this rope ladder were excellent and reassured me about the quality of the product and so I ordered it but with some reservations about whether it would be ok for what I had in mind...After a fair bit of fiddling with it, I ended up feeding it through itself and over the centre bar so that it was securely fixed between the two swings - this allowed my two little people to use the swings without any problems but also able to switch to climbing this great little accessory for a bit of variety in their play.

I chose this item to bring a new dimension to our activity frame. The ladder clips on easily but it is rather long for the height for our frame. I haven't figured out how to make it a better size yet and have even wondered if I can safely hang it from a tree branch. it is sturdily made and has smooth wooden bars which are untreated wood. In time it will become dirty with shoes. It might have benefitted from some type of coating to protect it.

This rope ladder is exactly what I expected. Nylon rope, that will last, and wooden runs - these were untreated wood but it didn't take 5 minutes to treat them with some left over teak oil I had for my garden furniture. They are a good lenght and are strong enought for me (the average adult) to climb. Great ladder for the price. Perfect for my kids to climb into their tree house.

Quick delivery, good quality.One of the advantages over the more expensive ladders is that it only has simple knots below each rung so making the rung positioning very easy, which was a god send for us.The daughter and her friends love it, and it just makes them work their muscles a little bit harder than a standard ladder which is definitely a good exersice thing.

This ladder is great. Strong and well built. We strung it up in a eucalyptus tree in our garden and my kids and their friends have spent many happy hours climbing the tree. We leave it outside all the time - it has been out all winter - and it hasnt suffered the effects of weathering - still like new.

We built a tree house with a trap door and this was exactly what we were looking.Note: fix the ladder at two points at the top of the ladder (I used two locking carabiners) and the same at the bottom if you want the ladder to be usable for under 10s

Nicely made ladder, which was perfect for hanging from our tree. The gaps between the rungs are quite wide, great for 5 years and over, but children 4 years and under might struggle (depending on their height).

Guaranteed Hours of outside fun!Very sturdy rope and the ladder wood. Withstood the use and abuse whole of summer and still looks strong.You may need extra rope to tie to the tree. It doesn't come with it.

I b ought this for my kids treehouse, and I feel safer knowing that this sturdy ladder is there. it really does bear the weight it describes and could be used for a range of things not just treehouses.

We bought this for our motorhome to allow access to the top bunk. I was worried the rope might be too rough and scratchy for indoor use, but it is perfect !

So far so good. Seems strong and good quality... Long, so if fitting to a swing, you will have 2 steps dangling on the lfoor. Can be adjusted...

A little disappointed that the rope was man made and not natural sisal but then the price would reflect that. But overall does the job.

This is strong, well made and easily hung(in a tree). The rungs could be a little wider but is ok for our 8 year old and 6 year old

Cheap and straightforward. Does what it should . Maybe could be a little longer but,on the other hand, that would increase risks
