For Christmas of 2010 I had gotten my nephew who is 4 a Leapster 2 in green, and 3 games. The cheaper games I could find on Amazon.com so i had the power to get him a few games instead of just one. This was one of the games I had purchased for him. Now, I cant tell you how much he actually gets out of it. He's young. he isn't in school yet, he may not actually understand the games yet... But he does run and hide in the corner with his Leapster 2, and sit there with his game, and little pen, all smart looking, and he plays for hours. He enjoys it. Hours of enjoyment. I just cant tell you how much he is learning from it,

This game is good for learning only if the player is familiar with the leapster and good at using the button pad vs the toggle. The toggle option for play would have been good for my (almost) 4 year old. He was a little frustrated with the game. I doubt that kids past the age of 6 or 7 use this type of game system and for the age group that this game targeted, I thought it could have been simplified. The game itself is fun once the child has mastered the game systems buttons and toggle.

I read all info about the game and the age range, but there isn't a whole lot for little boys in the Leapster 2 world, so I bought it anyway. My son is almost 3, so it's WAY too much for him, but he will definitely grow into it and probably soon. Very cute, but a little boring.

Great add on game for the Leapster 2.Child does need to be secure in their knowledge of letter names rather thanjust phonics. It is age appropriate and great fun.Easy to navigate the game but on the down side, it is a little slow for aracing game.

My grandson loves the Cars movie so getting this game for him was a no-brainer. He loves the "races", collecting tokens and upgrading his car. I love the fact that not only is he having fun but he's learning to spell and count.

My grandkids jumped with joy when they opened this toy for Christmas. They said it was exactly what they wanted. They left the room then to go play with it. No complaints from grandma - it kept the kids happy.

I purchased these games for my grandson. He said they were fun and he was learning alot. He's 5 and only received the games on 2/26 for his birthday. Sorry I have no more feedback than that.

My nephew's face lit up when he opened his new game. Despite all the other cool gifts he received for his birthday, the first one he chose to open and play with was his Leapster game!

My 6 year old daughter has so much fun with this game! She's had it for over a year now and still hasn't lost interest. She learns so much from these leapster games!

Thank you, but this one is not one of her favorites. We let a friend borrow it who is a game genious and he thinks it is awesome, but it gets stuck sometimes.

An excellent leaning tool that engages the child who is into cars, trucks, and motorized transportation. Teaches them and pushes them to want to lean more.

Bought it for my grand daughter as her birthday present. She wanted a DS like her big brother. She loves it and plays with it constantly. Big success.

I bought this game for my little boy's 5th birthday & he loves it. He has been able to figure it out on his own & is learning a lot while playing it!

I bought for this for my 4 year old and he is really enjoying playing with it. It also teaches him his letters and numbers.....an added bonus!
