The Le Creuset non-stick cake tins are one of the best ranges I've used because they're absolutely 'non-stick'. I use the same pans for sponges, rich fruit cakes, oven safe to 240C/Gas or gas mark 9, and other desserts such as cheesecake. Nothing seems to stick to the metal due to something called 'PFOA-free non-stick coating' on the inside and the outside. I haven't owned a cake tin, or any other tin, that was lined on the outside and the beauty of that is; if you have a slight mishap and cake batter spills over the edge of the tin during baking you won't rip your cake apart removing it from the tin.

Bought 2 as I’m upgrading all my kitchenware LeCreuset gradually. You get what you pay for with them. I tested wether it would leak by putting water in it for 30 mins and it was totally dry underneath after that time. I think the problems other reviewers were having was not clipping it together properly, you have to get the upper and inner lip lined up all the way around, once you got the hang of it the tin was watertight. The plastic bit people reported melting was the removable sales tag for display, how people like that are living amongst us beggars belief and I wouldn’t trust them holding my ice cream let alone with hot kitchen apparatus!!

It's Le Creuset, you're getting exactly what you pay for.If you've not used these before, it's a really high quality non-stick (so be careful not to scratch it when using knives around it or washing it up etc) and it has a quick/easy release for the circular side.I'm not certain what metal exactly is used for this, but it appears to have thermal properties desirable for bakeware - specifically it absorbs a little heat and releases it evenly throughout itself - I don't get those same "hot spots" other (possibly cheaper, definitely older) baking wares get.

I bought this as I wanted a heavy gauge round bread tin (I actually wanted an oval one but couldn't find one anywhere), and I bake sourdough bread in it. I really recommend it as a bread tin, and I'm going to invest in the smaller one too, as the 26cm is huge. The bread never sticks, and it's super easy to clean. Very pleased with my purchase, but then as someone else has said, it's Le Creuset, and for the money you pay, you get Le Creuset quality.

Bought as a birthday present for my gran as she was using a regular dish to make cheesecakes etc and was struggling to cut the pieces in a way that they didn't crumble. This was ideal. The fastener tab is also easy for her to grip and pull even though she suffers badly with arthritis in her wrists. She made the first cheesecake last night in it and was really pleased with how much easier it made the process.

Like all their baking tins, this is excellent. Nothing sticks, Although I do line the bottom of my tins. It washes easily, there is nothing I don’t like about it. Just to clarify about the review that said the handle melted. It wasn’t the handle that melted but the plastic display hanger...you are meant remove it before putting it in the oven!

Excellent product, sturdy, non-stick, feels and looks high quality. Beware if you can’t close it you need to flip the top bit as one hedge has the right grooves to fit the base - I almost got caught out thinking it had lost its shape! Delighted with product I Bought also the smaller size.

No issue what so ever with this product. Purchased at a good price. Had read previously about parts melting but it seems the parts they are referring to are removable plastic designed for hanging the item in shops. Good quality product at an affordable price.

Did not know what to expect as I have no experience of this type of cake tin, it leaked at the bottom - I now know to use tin foil around the bottom, bit tricky to clean the ridge at the bottom of tin too, but got there in the end hence the four star review.

not the cheapest (could even be the most expensive) but worth it. there might be more pleasant aesthetic looking cake tins, that is a matter of subjective opinion but don't think any could beat the quality and ease of use of this tin, imho.

Everything about Le Creuset shouts QUALITY. I have several Le Creuset items and am pleased with every one. The non stick simply works. The item is really is the Rolls Royce of cookware. Will always buy this brand wherever possible.

I'm a huge fan of the Le Creuset bakeware range.They are of noticeably good quality, and bakes do not stick to them at all.Priced at the premium end of their market, these non-stick tins are well worth their price tag.

This is a superb quality cake tin. It's easy to clean, easy to use and tough as nails. It's super easy to remove the cake after baking due to the release mechanism on the side. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived slightly out of shape and I wouldn't buy again, I am disappointed that you still need to line the tin to get the cake out neatly due to the lip where the base fits in. An expensive lesson learnt.

Fantastic pans. I’ve bought the le creuset pans in the past and have never had a problem with them. These are a nice size for what I wanted and not one piece stuck. Would definitely recommend these
