It's Le Creuset, so as you will expect it is brilliant and there will be no sticking on the base. This product I had been wanting to buy for a while but at £26 from Le Creuset them self I couldn't believe it when I saw it for this price. The quality is as you will expect and if you have any troubles with it Le Creuset customer car are always there to help. I had previously had a rather old cake tray which had de-laminated and they replaced it free.This flan tin is larger than you think from the picture so remember to get your ruler out to see if this is the size you need. The push up base is such a useful part of the design as you can easily remove your bakes and slide it across,

Brilliant. We bake a lot of flans in our household and I finally gave up my 1970s ceramic flan dish for a modern version. What can I say? No more soggy bottoms!This is an excellent dish, it cooked quickly and evenly and gave a crisp finish to the pastry all over even without blind baking. The wide rim around the outside was handy to grip whilst getting the dish in and out of the oven and the loose base made it easy as pie to get out of the tin. The non stick surface is so good that once the flan was out the dish was left so clean you couldn't tell it had been used - not a burnt on crumb in sight.I love Le Creuset as a band but this is the first time I have used their bakeware.

Le Creuset cookware and bakeware is so good, even for its higher price. Go for it. I am gradually replacing all my old kitchen bakeware with it. Bread and quiches and tarts just pop out, never sticking, never leaving marks, its magic. worth every penny. Makes cooking a real pleasure.

This bakeware from Le Creuset does what it says on the can and nothing less than amazing, Its not cheap but you only get what you pay for, its a top quality product that works, just wished I could of bought this years ago.

Great quality flan tin. I like the fact that the silicone bits don’t get hot, making it easier and safer to remove from the oven...I do still use a towel though. It washes well in a dishwasher.

Mainly for making lemon meringue pie. Easy to get the pasty base out and all the pie came out intact YAYEasy to wash too. Always grease the edges anyway so nothing left in the dish.

This non-stick case is really of excellent quality with a clever base which comes away. I strongly recommend anyone buy this the making pies and quiches.

This is the best pie form I ever owned. No need to grease the form to get the pie out in one piece. Heavy quality which guarantees an even result.

I have had many flan dishes from ceramic to metal and this is by far the best. When it states non stick it means it.
