Fits the helmet well and comes with spare batteries which can be kept in the tube the light comes in. Fairly bright considering how small it is. I'd never suggest using this as your only light in the dark, but as a secondary light or backup, it is great. It has there mode - off, on and flashing. I bought space batteries for next to nothing which should last well over a year.
