I brought this for my Canon 550d due to not wanting to spend a huge amount of money on the Canon brand flashes that allow you to have slaves! The product works and does its job very well. The 3m cord is also long enough to make your photographs look like they have been taken with wireless slaves. So if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to strobe photography dont hesitate with this product.

It does correctly what it is suppose to do, with a price much lower than the original Canon cord. Furthermore, the cord is not coiled, which I think it is a plus. Maybe it is a short cable, as we spend half of the cord's length just from the camera to the floor plus from the floor to the stand where we seat the flash.

I bought this for my EOS500D and EX580 mk2 flash. It does what it says and it really does open up a lot of possibilities. This cord allows you to use all of the Speedlites functions which is a big help. I would suggest to anyone dabbling with flash photography to get this. It WILL make a difference.

The flash cord is an excellent product, the ettl feature works well no messing about, all the flash features are available as if connected to the camera, the 3m straight cord is great, no curly cord foul ups, it allows you to position the flash off the camera and be more creative.

So far it works great.Communication camera/flash works flawlessly. Solid construction.Did not find any limitations but the lenght of the cord. It's only 3 meters.. but it's not bad at all. I thought it was worst.Good product to start off camera flash.Recomended.

I got this for my sony alpha 300 and my Metz af58 flash - and it works.The build quality is not in the top range but it does the job.

This is exactly as described. There were no instructions with this item but it was easy enough to work out.
