New game from ThinkFun that continues to deliver really good concept solitary games. This one is truly refreshing and fun to play with. As always, the cards go from beginner which are way too simple, but allows very young players to have fun (even my 3yo daughter enjoys it) to expert which are truly challenging.I dropped a star because the light intensity could have been a tad more powerful as it is not always lightning the target very brightly, especially in daylight and when the beam is split in two, but that does not remove any pleasure !

My kids really have to get their brains working. Different levels. I used to be a telecommunications technician in the RAF. As a job I was daily carrying out fault finding on equipment and IT systems. I loved physics as a kid and consider myself to be pretty quick at working things out. When you get towards the higher level cards with this, it can become quite challenging, even for an adult. I found myself playing with this for a good few hours myself when the kids had gone to bed! A very well thought out game. Love it!

Bought this for my daughter as she likes on line strategy games and thought this would appeal to her. It was actually great entertainment for us all. It's quite challenging until you get the hang of it and we enjoyed an afternoon of playing. I'm not sure how often she plays it on a day to day basis but I'm sure it will come out again for family get togethers. It's just nice to occasionally play a game that doesn't involve looking at a screen but is still quite modern.

This is quite different to anything else I'd seen.I gave it to a 10yr old boy for Xmas. He has spent quite a bit of time on it, despite the challenges being really quite tricky. I'd say 10yrs is the minimum age for this and would say it was more suited to 12yrs+. However, its well constructed, packaged, lots of challenges and the instructions are clear. Hopefully the more we practise the better we will be at solving the challenges

Really good little clever game that will surprise you.I really enjoyed playing this game for a few hours. Once you get the overall logic it does get a little repetitive to be honest.But before I had the chance to get bored eventually our friends little boy (6yrs!) saw the game, saw me play it and liked it so much I let him take it home. Never saw the game again but was told he still loves it. :)

The product met my expectations. However, I was really surprised that UPS delivered to the neighbor! The recipient of this gift was not at home when the UPS guy delivered the package. Without any phone call (a mobile phone number was available in the order details) he delivered the package to the guy next door, asking him to deliver himself to the recipient...

I really like this game. I bought it for my children a year ago and they love it. At the expert levels, it is really tough for even the brightest adults but it can be played by children. I think it is tough for 8 year olds, even at the beginner levels but it is possible to play with and my 9 year old loves the real laser and how it works with the mirrors.

I bought this for my 14 year old son. He loves it, finding it great fun and very rewarding as the challenges get harder. My 11 year old daughter is also taken with it. The games itself is simple to use, well designed and stretches the mind. If you want a decent and intriguing logic puzzle game, just buy it!

Really fun. Kept my scientifically minded 12 year old intrigued and entertained for a long time. He played with it several times over the Christmas week with various siblings and cousins dipping in and out. It seems pretty sturdily made and is in a decent box which makes storage much easier.

Got this for me 10 yr old nephew, and was very sorry to part with it when he insisted on keeping it. The puzzles are great: they start simple enough for most people, and get complicated enough to keep this relatively puzzle-obsessed adult entertained for hours.

Great Quality toy. Great for children and adults alike. Was bought for my 7 year old, but mum and dad are enjoying it too. Something different. The lazer aspect makes it intriguing to children. Fun, educational at the same time.

We love it.On Christmas day it proved to be too taxing for the intended recipient (my son age 6.5) but for me (38) and my dad it was several hours of entertaining,novelty,good old fashioned,engrossed,brain-teasing competition.

My grandson, 11, and my step-son, 42, (with a degree in opto-electronics) were both fascinated by this - and both of them eventually ran into a challenge they could not complete.Beat a jigsaw, any day!

Fabulous logic game,challenge cards are good quality, pieces are good quality, the light shines via mirrors from the beacon to the end piece when the challenge is achieved, great item. Very pleased.

We bought 2 of these for our 11 year old grandsons. They love the game and especially the challenge to logic thinking. It certainly is popular and even the adults enjoyed having a go..
