I've been grappling with an eczema/psoriasis type skin complaint for many many months. I have tried Chinese herbs. I have tried moisturisers including Elave, Emulave, Aveeno and Palmers Cocoa Butter. I have tried medicinal preparations such as Dovonex and Dovobet. I have wrestled with itchy, dry and unsightly skin for ages.Nothing but nothing has had such a positive effect on my skin as using this product a little less than twice a day (I forget sometimes). My psoriasis symptoms have almost completely gone after about six weeks. My skin is no longer dry, flaky or itchy and the skin is looking normal and healthy.I have been able to buy at chemists in Ireland (on 33% off special offer)

I originally purchased this item as the advertisement on television said that the lotion cannot be felt once applied. While this is almost true, I can still feel the lotion afterward, so cannot apply it before bed as I hate the feeling of lotion on my body. I apply this in the day and then wash off at bedtime.My partner applied this to my legs where my psoriasis is the worst. Usually, I have to apply steroid cream every 3 days to get rid of my psoriasis. I remember to apply the steroids as the outbreak is very cyclical and is worse in winter.Since I began applying the Lipikar lotion, I have not had to apply any steroid cream.

I first bought this when I was taking Accutane. My Dermatologist recommended it to me... and at the time I used it on my face for relief; it really helped my skin and reduced the redness. Now I just use it just for my body, mostly hands. It is not greasy and provides instant relief from dryness, itching, redness etc. I buy a bottle every year and it lasts the whole year. It is the best moisturizer I've ever used. It doesn't feel like it's on top of your skin, it sinks in and feels like it floods your actual skin with moister... it's restorative. In all honestly, I wasn't impressed with the price when I first purchased it, but now I don't think twice... it's the only product I buy every year and it lasts all year.

Absolutely fantastic, I gave horrible excema for well over a year, the doctor gave me steroid cream after cream and instructions as long as my arm no luck. After a week of using this only twice a day it's almost gone. I am now using it on my face instead if the expensive stuff I usually use and it felt and looks better.***********UPDATE, CREAM STILL GREAT, BUT SERIOUSLY OVERPRICED ON AMAZON, I HAD TO BUY MORE IN A HURRY AND PAID 14.95 EURO in Ireland

Excellent products. Was recommended by my cancer dermatologist, and far superior to the products that are on offer on the NHS. As a cancer survivor, all the La Roche Posay products are just what our skin needs - don't listen to NHS dermatologists who try and kid us that our skin problems after cancer are due to our age! Untrue!

I like this product but I received the German version, which is annoying as I can't read the instructions. Apart from that, nice moisturizer that I use on my face when my skin is particularly dry or sensitive. It's not perfumed and doesn't irritate at all. Good value for the 400ml bottle.

Bought this after getting a sample. I imagine if you have dry or irritated skin this is so calming.Not cheap but it lasts ages. Excellent dispenser.I’ve bought it again and nothing helps my dry skin like this.

Amazing cream, I've been using it for years on my daughter's and my eczema and it really keeps it settled. Only lost a star as you can't get all the cream out of this tube so I buy the 200ml squeeze tube.

It’s a fantastic product, really helps with my 21 months old sons sensitive skin . Wouldn’t change for anything. He started to develop eczema in his little body , after only 4 days it was gone .

Bought this as it was recommended by a top American skin specialist, and after several months use, I can say that it definitely does work makes dry skin much less itchy and inflamed.

Really love this! I have sensitive/dry skin and I use this after I shower every day. My skin is always left really soft and hydrated. There is no fragrance which is great!

This stuff is amazing, my daughter had terrible excerma and over the course of 3 weeks this cream almost cleared it cimpletely. I would never use anything else again.

Very good!! Amazing my daughter had a very dry skin and I apply on her back within 2 days (applying 2x a day) I could see the difference on her back
