I grew up with donkey kong and ms. pacman so this felt very familiar. hamsters have to 'gobble' trail of dots and find lost items to complete levels, while battling random enemies. They aren't really levels though, a map of an area with trails that have to all be completed (perfectly) to end with "100%" score. If you don't get all items, you are allowed to go back and keep trying until you do--there is no timer on this, just search and 'rescue', which makes it a good beginner game for times adventures. It is enjoyable to play and we will be looking for more of the hamsters adventures

First off let me say that my 6 year old son loves this game and the Zhu Zhu pet! He says the game is very easy but still enjoys playing it all the time. The only negative thing I have to say about this item is that the DS game cartridge does NOT come in a case. It is mearly just stuck inside the cardboard box and it can be tossed into the trash while opening gifts very easliy! We were lucky enough to be able to realize it before we burned the trash!

Look, I know what you're thinking. "That can't actually be a stuffed hamster what's got a blue lightning bolt on it in a box for ten bucks that's worth anything."And you'd be right...because this hamster HAS BATTERIES AND MOVES AROUND LIKE a ROOMBA WHILE MAKING RANDOM ANIMAL SOUNDS. And not hamster sounds, mind you. It moos, it barks, it's got everything.This is literally the best gift I've ever given my 20 year old brother.

I bought this as a gift for my nephew for Christmas ~ He love Zhu Zhu pets and his video games.... so hopefully he will love this cool combination ~ it came fast, and it was super cheap! Awesome gift idea, if your looking for something cheap yet good quality :) Thanks for the super quick shipping and the Awesome product!

I guess the game is good. My son actually is the one who plays it and he says it's awesome. It has a kung zu pet that came with the video game that interacts with the game and that's pretty good. That's about all I know about it. I haven't played it myself

I haven't even found a DS game this cheap at a pawn shop! I am impressed that this game also comes with a hamster. The game is almost too easy to beat but it must be really fun because my son plays it again and again anyway. I recommend this product!

Well he got it for X-mas, 8 yr old, he loved it and had a lot of fun with the game but beat it in a day, The Zhu Zhu of coarse will be fun for longer, once he tires of it the little kids love them.

My kids love ZhuZhu pets games and I could not believe I saw a game that came with a toy hamster that was only 25 cents (plus shipping)! Great game for incredible value. :-)

I bought this game for my son for getting a new belt in karate class. He plays every day nonstop. Great games for a 6 year old. for the price you can't beat it

My 6 year old loves the game and the hamster that came with it. Me on the other hand... Well, that little hamster is annoying but it sure keeps her busy!

This was a great purschase. My son loves Zhu pets. This dsi game came with a Zhu pet that was from the game. My son has had a blast playing this game.

I bought this for my son and he beat it in about an hour and has not played it since. But it was a good game he said so I gave it 4 stars instead of 3
