I had the opportunity to test these glasses. These are Kowa's second highest line. The clarity and brightness are excellent. I doubt you could find a binocular at this price point which could touch it, or even ones $ 200-300 higher. They feel good in the hand, too.So why 3 stars? Two reasons. First, the diopter adjustment cannot lock. For a top notch binocular, that's a head scratcher. Now, it might be fine if the diopter ring was difficult to turn. That way it would be likely to remain in place in most circumstances. But mine moved with ease which meant that I frequently had to readjust the right lens. It wasn't difficult but for a very fine binocular there's no excuse.Second,
