I have had four coffee snuggle mugs and four tea snuggle mugs for a few years. I love them so much that when a coffee mug got accidentally broken I just had to replace it! No problem as I was able to order directly through Amazon and, although I was warned it would be approx 6 weeks before delivery I think I received the mug, excellently packed and in good condition just a little short of 6 weeks. I am so happy to own these mugs, they are of excellent quality and I am alway proud to offer tea or coffee to anyone popping in. I am very happy to award them 5 stars.
