I bought this in March and since then it's been out in all weathers, it's been carried, thrown, shaken and chewed on a daily basis, some of the stuffing has been removed by crows pecking at it and it's undergone emergency repairs. It still has its squeak and my dog loves it though maybe it's about time it was retired. My dog is mostly collie and though he gives a toy a good workout, he's not a toy destroyer and considering this toy is usually left out in the garden, it's lasted pretty well. I would say that it's not quite as tough as the Kong Wubba which is basically the same toy but without the animal design, personally I love the cute animal faces, but I get the feeling my dog doesn't really care about these details. The weak point seems to be the 'neck' so if your dog is a ferocious shaker that's where it's going to come adrift first. To sum up, I would say that it's reasonably robust and weatherproof, the squeak lasts a long time but needs strong jaws to squeak it, it's heavy enough to be easily thrown. It's a shame you can't choose the colour, I've had the pink one (lost in a river) and the orange one (the subject of this review) and both were bright enough to find in the long grass. I haven't found any other outdoor toys that last as long as the wubbas and will definitely buy it again. I would recommend it for dogs that don't have a mission to kill off their toys as soon as they get them.

Wubba was one of our dogs favourite toys - until he met an unfortunate end...We’d had Wubba a good 2 years and he had been through many hours of adventures with our hound, all over the front and back garden, through the washer, stood up to a good enthusiastic chewing and still maintained his squeak (much to the irritation of everyone in ear shot).I’m always glad to find a toy which can’t be destroyed in minutes and also one which can be thrown in the wash as our dog has a habit of leaving his toys outside and then we find them looking manky and covered in god know what, under trees and in the undergrowth usually months later (hence they meet a violent end when they encounter the mower or strimmer).Wubba has managed to last through a few of these near-miss incidents until one day his luck ran out and he got decapitated by the mower. Our dog would still happily carry round the headless body but it seemed kinda creepy, so we decided it was time to say goodbye and replace him with Wubba #2.Good hardy dog toy that for a few years has stood up to the elements of UK weather, multiple cycles round the washer and dryer and also being chewed by a German shepherd. That’s a bonus in my books. When Wubba#2 meets his maker, we’ll invest in Wubba#3 - the reckoning.

This is my 7 month old puppy's favourite of her MANY MANY toys. She ALWAYS comes back to her large pink hippo; possibly because it has such an annoying squeak which she jumps around in circles and bangs into the floor for added volume (multiple times a day for a good 5-10 minutes). She's had it a couple of months and prefers this to her other wubba - she has a large wubba weaves she's had since 8 weeks. Both have been chewed and slobbered over and yet they still remain in tact. Washes REALLY well in the washing machine if you take it out for a game of fetch in the park. Did well at the beach - the pink was so clear against the sand and she LOVES running for it (although getting wet does stop the squeak for a little while. We have invested in a floating wubba wet for her next beach visit because I don't want to risk losing this one!) Got her an extra large standard wubba for Christmas and wishing I'd bought her an xl one of these because it's still such a firm favourite. But owners be warned the squeak is REALLY loud and REALLY annoying if, like our girl, they take a particular shine to it!

I have an English Bull Terrier with very sharp teeth. The Wubba range of toys are his favourite and are more indestructible than most. The multi-layered multi-stitched fabric makes the toy tough enough to withstand chewing from sharp teeth and tugging while playing. They last a lot longer than other soft toys. After previously buying 2 regular shaped wubba toys I thought that the animal friends would make a nice change. I received the Rabbit wubba which is cute and my dog seemed more interested in the unusual shape. It is made of the same strong material and high quality stitching as the normal wubba however, I did find that, because the rabbit has a nose and ears, these are extra extremities for my dog to chew on and didn't hold up as well against the sharp teeth. I would definitely order more of these though. Tough, interesting, nearly indestructible toy. Great for playing drop and fetch games.

They are great as a tug toy or a toy to throw, or as my PBGV likes, as a chew toy. It’s not indestructible, but it withstands his jaws for a fair amount of time! He is a destroyer of toys, although the softer, plush variety – he likes to chew ears, noses and tails off. On the Wubba, he chews bits of the long sections off, and even after a few months of this, the ball section, below the head, is still played with. If your dog is a true toy destroyer, it’s still great for playtime, but not to be left with them.I have bought 4 of these over the last 2 years (for 2 dogs), and whilst the ball section is all that remains intact of the first one, he still plays with it, and it still squeaks! It's also the one toy I can leave out in the garden, in all weathers. The small size is perfect for a PBGV and cocker. For my dogs, this is a great buy – I will always make sure we have a couple in the house.

I bought two of these one for my dog (male) and one for my mums dog (female). There was a pink hippo and a blue moneky sent to me which was perfect for the dogs I was buying for. My dog is a collie and can chew and play quite rough but his is still in one peice. However, my mums dog is a lab x collie managed to tear it up. This should not reflect badly on the product as my mothers dog has even ripped apart the rubber kongs. It did take her a good few hours but eventually she managed to pull of an ear and then managed to get the squeeky ball out. As said do not have this put you off unless you have an extremely distructive dog. My dogs is still in perfect condition.

Unfortunately you can't choice which one you want, I ordered four and messaged Amazon asking if they could send me one of each looks like they tired because I got the green one, the orange one but two of the blue one so haven't received the pink one. But that said my little chihuahua loves them and they are tough but not too touch for him to be able to squeak them. I had previously purchased the green rabbit one but in the large size and it was just too hard for my chihuahua to squeak or pick up. These small ones are great for small dogs to carry around and squeak them selves. They are touch and well made as are all Kong toys so highly recommended for small dogs.

I have a cocker spaniel who loves pulling out fluff from any toy. This toy has lasted the longest compared to his other toys. The material of the animal is very resilient and it took a long time for my spaniel to get inside it. Also the main body of the toy is the actual squeak so I don't mind leaving him to his own devices with it as I'm not scared of him pulling out the squeak and eating it as is the case with many other toys that only have a small squeak inside them. I contacted the company and even managed to request the animal of my choice. Great service and a great toy. Will definitely be purchasing another one soon!

This item arrived promptly but within minutes of letting my four month old Labrador play with it, the ear of the tiger had been chewed and was frayed and hence rather tatty so kept it out of his reach. Couldn’t be bothered to return as waste of energy and time. My older dog now plays with the toy and occasionally so does the puppy who has now calmed down slightly and is less destructive. On that principle the toy is holding up well, squeaks annoyingly and provides entertainment for both dogs. Would be dubious of purchasing for a young dog again but great entertainment for older mutts.

Bought for puppy packs. The puppies will be able to carry these around as they are a similar size to the light blue and light pink puppy versions. The price is fair and I love these Kong toys. They are great for smaller puppies, if your dog does generally destroy toys then they probably will get through this in time. I imagine the ears of the rabbit are a weak area to concentrate on...... I have two for my own Cockapoo adults for Christmas Day. I don't expect them to last for too long in honesty but for this price I don’t mind and they dogs will enjoy them while they are still whole!

My dog (Shiba Inu) loves these toys. He is an experienced "toy devastator" and normal toys usually only last a few minutes before he has ripped them open and destroyed them, but not with these, he actually has a couple from months ago (they are very ragged and chewed, but still squeak and are functional) but every so often (3 months or so) I buy him a new one and discreetly get rid of the older one. He also likes the squeaky rubber toys that Kong do and again, some of those (he has 3 different coloured Beavers in total) have lasted him a good few years and still squeak!

French bulldog loves it as it's a bouncy ball, a squeaky toy, and a tug-of-war toy all in one. Problem is it doesn't last THAT long, but what dog toy does? The main thing is none of that dangerous stuffing that might get stuck in her throat comes out, even when she does manage to eventually kill the toy after a few weeks of playing. Seems the norm now with cheaper dog toys is for us to accept that they get ruined after a few minutes of play, so at least this toy seems to give her a few good weeks of play so much stronger then other toys and I'm ok with that.

Our dog has one of these. It's his second after *someone* took it upon themselves to bin his original while we were on honeymoon. All the same, these Kong Wubba's, should, in our opinion, be called Squiddly Diddly. It is the name that our dog Charlie Slipstream responds to. It is his favourite thing in the world, bar none. He needs another because the squeeker has died in his current one.Any way. SQUIDDLY DIDDLY should be what it s called. Not Kong things. Get it for your pet (unless your pet is a budgie or a goldfish), your pet will love it.

I have 3 gorgeous and super playful Staffs and I placed an order for 3 of these Kong Wubba toys (and received 3 different characters; rabbit, tiger, monkey) which was brilliant. The dogs absolutely LOVED them. Normally all toys are destroyed within hours and leave a huge mess but these toys have amazingly managed to stay more or less in tact :-) The front of the faces came off within the first few days but the rest still looks as new and my dogs enjoy the texture and details of the toy as well. A very worthy product, super pleased :-)

I order this for my 'shichon' so he is a small dog. I typed in a hurry Kong wubba and found these. My dog has had one of these from the day I bought him (he's been with us around 14 months.) So I know just how great these are as he soon breaks all other toys within 5 minutes. These however are massive (thinking I ordered a small!) so he will have some fun with these! The size of his head! Such amazing value! So much cheaper than pets at home! I would most most certainly recommend these for all dogs who love to tug and chew!
