Very irritating finding you have to buy 2 - puts the cost up so much, I had looked in a major supermarket, but because of Covid most kitchen products were cleared. - Unusual use. Some time ago I was told by the hospital that my ears needed syringing. The comment from the GP was to use warm oil for 2 weeks then come and make an appointment. I found I had lost the little dropper I had used in the past and looked around for something else! It was actually very effective proved you used a towel. I cleared my ear with very gentle pressure in 2 evenings - no going back to the GP. SO now I can do both ears at once! The nozzle was better than the other baster. Going to try transferring to the rubber bulb to the old baster.Grading it for warmth?? What does that mean.... it keeps your hands warm? My response was neutral.

Currently using for my marine aquarium to keep my live rocks clear of debris and turn over my live sand. Works really well actually, almost flawlessly. I'd recommend buying a ziptie though, as the bulb tends to leak a little bit - can't hold it against them, it's not really made for this kind of thing. Just stick a ziptie around the base of the bulb and it will eliminate this issue. 5*

Have wanted one for ages mainly to use at Christmas and never any left but since ordering have used it most weeks. The whole suction bit fills up with the fat really good. You just need to make sure you wash it properly because of the fat use hot soapy water then rinse with just hot water and leave to dry .great addition to kitchen

I bought this to suck up used fluid from the power steering reservoir on my car. It worked well and would, I'm sure, perform a similar function in the kitchen if that was where you were using it. Excellent value for money. Not visually impressive, but perfectly fine and entirely fit for purpose. Arrived quickly.

I haven't used this for turkeys, but I have used it for sucking power steering fluid out of my car. It works perfectly, seems good quality and well made, it didn't leak at the bulb or anywhere else. When you squash the bulb end, it returns to shape very well and sucks things up (in my case, heavy oil)

This is a very basic baster, but at this ridiculously low price what more can be expected. It has been through my dishwasher several times and is still as good as new.If you want a flashy baster then go ahead and spend a lot more but if you just want something that does the job, this is it.

I actually didn't buy this for the kitchen I bought it to use in the garage. It's for any spillages I have that pool when working on my car that I can't get to with a rag!I saw it being used in a video so that for the price it would be a handy little tool to have in case of emergencies!

All good so far. I use this to water my tarantulas at a safe distance. I also use it to water indoor plants that are high up, I can measure the amount of water to ensure they don’t overflow. The quality seems great and it holds plenty of liquid.

I use this as a wine, cider, beer sampler to determine SG. All that's required. Plus, of course, a suitable HYDROMETER and sampling tube. I do not intend to use it for anything 'hot'. Easy to disassemble bulb for cleaning/sterilizing

I bought this for an unconventional purpose. I wanted it to remove oil from a motorcycle sump and it has worked perfectly. Despite being quite large it doesn't take too much liquid. Feels well put together though and looks robust.

It was a very important tool for roasting our Christmas goose. It has decent enough capacity for the amount of fat came out of the goose and easily survived the hot fat. By removing the sucker ball it's easy enough to clean.

I bought this after watching ChrisFix's video on changing brake fluid. It makes removing excess fluid simple and it can store a fair amount of fluid too.I imagine it'll be great for basting a chicken too.

Cheap cheerful and well made... But why it's called a Turkey baster is beyond me... It bastes anything. American creep through here I think.I use it for dispensing paraffin into a small lamp.

Good construction. I love fat free gravy made with meat juices. I settle in a glass then use this baster to suck out the meat juices from below the fat in tip.Perfect for the job?

Bought it for using in my homebrew efforts. I use it to take a sample out to test the gravity. Works perfectly and comes apart to clean. Cant ask for anything else really.
