I love this kitchen! Worth paying extra for quality. Does not fall apart like the cheap plastic crap ive bought before. Bought it for my sons 4th birthday so put it together the day before -It takes a FEW hours and there was two of us. Had a bit of a panic when on first part of assembly. You get two cardboard packs of screws etc with letters marking each type, it said we needed for example D only the parts marked D was not what it should have been. Dont panic if this happens to you, the bits are there just in wrong place.The microwave door was scratched not in the best of condition but after a couple of emails to kidkraft who were very helpful and quick to reply, they sent a replacement.

Bought for my two year old son as most products on the market seem to be pink or lots of gingham so clearly aimed at girls. The grey and mahogany colors of this kitchen are more realistic and therefore unisex. Lots of storage space for all the food and utensils.He loves to pretend to make me tea or cut vegetables. Quality kitchen has withstood some vigorous play for the last four months without a hitch so we are hoping to get many more years out of it yet.Building it is another matter. It took me and my husband over 3 hours to piece it together as it is completely flat packed. Literally nothing including pure decorative items are already fixed. It was simple enough to follow the instructions but was just time consuming.

After reading reviews for this and other kitchens I ordered this with some apprehension. However, it arrived within 48 hrs, packaging intact and product undamaged. All the parts were there and whilst I haven't fully built it up yet ( I have no place to hide the fully assembled item) I have started attaching various parts and found the instructions to be pretty good although some interpretation is required. The kitchen itself looks very nice. Be careful not to over tighten any screws which attach the plastic bits though...be gentle with these! I'm sure it will look fab when built up. I'm a bit of an expert at flat pack assembly and whilst I am enjoying building this..and taking my time with it ...

Does take a while to assembles, took dh 2 1/2 hours. Some nice touches, like extras screws and nicely packaged item. The screws have different coloured heads be careful where you put them they have the same part no but designed for the different coloured parts.I don't think it will last well, the wood is on the flimsy side. I think there's a good chance our lo will manage to take the doors off the hinges at some point as they are not up to it really and dh tells me it won't be possible to use new hinges to repair it, not easily anyway. Also there was a bit we will have to get replaced as it was damaged, filled and then not repainted, strange one,

I’m not sure why people said the instructions were not clear . I have like no experience with building stuff but the instructions very very straight forward, it does take time and effort. Maybe it is not for everyone but I sure figured it out. It looks absolutely stunning, if you do order it though request it NOT TO BE DELIVERED BY PURILATOR, they put me through some serious hell to get the package. Their delivery guys are lazy and a joke. But packaging was amazing, the kitchen built looks incredible , probably even nicer then my kitchen. It’s a perfect size and even comes with a few dishes , pots,, pans,etc. It’s sxtremely durable and will last him years. I do not have a single complaint about this kitchen,

The product arrived well packaged and undamaged but it was very heavy to move in flat pack form. It did take some time to put together (approx 2.5 hours with 2 people) but the instructions were relatively easy to follow and the labelled packaging with the nuts and bolts etc was excellent , I wish Ikea did that and all the parts were there. You do have to be careful screwing into the plastic parts, we did break one by over tightening.The kitchen is a hit with our 2.5 year old boy and has stood up well to the play so far, no breakages yet. His only negative (and first) comment was that the tap didn't work!

We like it! We got this for my daughters 2nd birthday and she is using it more and more as she gets taller. At about 90cm now she can reach things quite well. It is a sturdy construction and yes it does take a while to put together, but that is because it has so many features. It was well worth the effort. A visitor to the house at a glance thought it was a normal piece of furniture!We chose this because it looks more like a real kitchen than some others and has extra features like the microwave and the drinks dispenser which add to the fun.

I searched for ages for the perfect kitchen for my 4 year old. And this is it. Reviews say it takes 2 hours when 2 people build it, I did it alone in 3 hours. Every single piece of this kitchen was numbered, and so was every screw! Never seen such a well designed instruction set up!! Great price and great quality, she hasn't seen it yet as it's for her birthday but I know she will spend every chance she has with this! Even my 6 year old will love it. I was skeptical about the height, but I think it will last a good few years!

We chose this kitchen as it looks stylish and like a piece of furniture rather than a kids toy.... it is built like furniture too... every piece went together like a dream. the knobs all 'work' the doors all fit perfectly, the tap 'works'!!It is strong and well built and for £139.99 what a complete bargain!!! it is absolutely worth every single penny and far more!!my kids (4 & 3) have not left it alone since they got up (birthday present 'appeared' this morning as if by magic!!)So glad I chose this kitchen!!

Exceptionally well constructed. The brown panels fully compliment the silver door fronts. No sharp corners. Realistic finishes to oven, microwave, fridge, cupboards and oven-top rings. Good size and height. Should be appealing for both boys and girls up to approximately 8 years old (and maybe older) whilst role play is the focus. Overall, I am very pleased with this kitchen and my grandchildren (and their friends) will have many hours fun using it, now and during the years to come. Great value for money.

We got this for our two year olds main birthday present in March. It’s a great sturdy kitchen & looks really high quality & would highly recommend it. The only reason I haven’t given it a full 5stars is because it was delivered without a few parts (as you can see from the picture) a few door handles missing which we got in touch about and they did send us them out a month later which is fine. You need to be prepared to put it together, it takes quite some time. But look at it... it’s lovely!

Very pleased with this item. Lots of parts to put together but instructions clear and easy to follow. Finish of paint on oven door not good. Contacted customer services who were excellent in communications and who subsequently sent replacement. Overall the kitchen looks very realistic when completed, my grandson loves it, highly recommended. Originally purchased this to go in his playhouse but decided it's too good, he has this in his bedroom and have purchased another for his house.

Bought this kitchen for my 2 year old son, it is sold as a rock and is the best i have seen yet.the hobs are great and the oven depth is superb, i was looking for a kitch that had a good size oven as my son likes playing with oven pans and this did the job, you can fit a normal size oven tray that you can use on a normal oven in your own kitchen.it is made of MDF and is about 38Kg, i would advise this quality kitchen over any plastic kitchen you will find on the market.

Good quality and instructions are easy to follow. It took me a good few hours to put it together (with my three and two year old running around). Probably best not to have your children around whilst putting it together lol. My children love it. The only bit of criticism would be the ice compartment as it's not quite straight. I originally thought it was how I screwed it on but it isn't. I'm still giving it 5 stars though as everything else is great.

First they didn't post a manual so i had to search and print one. Second it Took me 3.5 hours to assemble. Should have take less but the screws and small parts were not the same as per manual. Even they were assembled per categories the screws were in the wrong one. There are some small screws missing. Another issue was that for some parts there was no instructions so you need to figure it out by yourself.Overall a good product. My kid was happy.
