I'm giving this item five stars because, although I had to send it back because it was too small for my dog, it was a very well-made and well though-out little trolley.It has a zipped front compartment to put the dog into or you could undo the upper zip and put the dog in through the top. It doesn't actually zip all the way down but is separated by a strip of webbing - presumably to stabilise it if the dog leans against it. The top section can be rolled down and clipped so that the dog can look out or zipped right up for safety or if you are using it as a backpack so that the dog doesn't fall out.Now to the sizing! I was really looking forward to getting this trolley as a lightweight solution to transporting my elderly lame dog around.

I love this product. it could have done with a softer interior for my dog to sit on but that's a minor gripe. It is perfect for a tired and fed up little dog who can walk no further. Worth the money and pretty sturdy. I would only caution that it can be a bit awkward to get on the shoulders as a backpack with the pooch in it but otherwise brilliant.

Bought this for my mum as her dog broken her foot and Mum need to take her to vets as she does not drive, she loved it and it helped her so much than carrying her a very please Mum and dog.
