Perfect foot rest for sitting at the computer. Adjustable height and swivel action means you can adjust it to suit your needs. I used to get aching legs sometimes but not any more. Also, it is the perfect size to fit under my desk whilst the size is large enough to shuffle your feet around and change their position. When I take my shoes or slippers off and rub my feet against the ribbed layers I get a lovely relaxing feeling. All in all this is a super product, strong and sturdy. I would not be without it.

Have been using this footrest for a year and I could not work without it. Back pain has eased now that I sit upright at my desk. My feet and legs used to get cold and numb from tucking them under the office chair. Now they are correctly positioned under the desk. The dimensions, if the footrest has not been redesigned in the past year, are : 45cms x 35cms (just under 18ins x 14ins)

This little footrest does what it says on the box. You can alter the tilt angle, change the height and it even has little bobbly bits (sorry ergonomic pads) to "massage" your feet on. For £15 it's an absolute bargain and really what more could you want from a footrest? I was so impressed I bought one for my flatmate as well!

I am quite delighted with this. It tilts to different angles so I can adjust the angle and the plastic is sturdy. It feels comfortable when I rest my foot on it as I like to feel the waves beneath my feet.I have been using this foot rest for 3-4 years now and it's still in a good condition. I would recommend this product.

Great product. Big enough but small and light enough to be portable. adjustable & helps relieve pressure from the back of legs by lifting feet off the ground. Ridges feel good on shoeless feet if you so wish. No unusual smells like reviews of other products. I'm glad I purchased this quality product. Get one....

This does take the strain off your ankles and feet, if you need to be in front on your computer a lot.Only helps if you have a proper desk, a quality chair etc, to get the most comfort. It does reduce my aches and pains a littleI have owned this product probably over a year, i promise it does help

Haven't used one of these before so no comparison to other foot rests but I can say that it is good quality and really comfy to use.Good size and solid, doesn't slide about. It helps stops my legs aching and the rocking action (optional) is useful exercise if I've been sitting too long.

A useful product. It has height adjustment and it rocks front to back so you can position it exactly how you like. The ridges also make for a good foot massage. Definitely recommended for that extra bit of comfort when sitting at your desk.

I bought the solesoother because I have blood flow problems. As I spend more than 8 hours per day sitting down, my legs hurt at the end of the day. The solesoother has helped a lot with my blood flow. I recommend this product!

Bought a lovely new office chair recently - but with my short legs I needed a little help. The foot rest is perfect - it not only helps the legs but enables better posture & prevents backache.

Simple to set up and very comfortable. I have one of these at home and bought one for work because I find it very useful since I sit for long periods in one position. Recommended!

This item is very good quality, supports foot and legs adequately. It is light weight and easy to assemble and remains in place whilst seated. Value for money - yes.

I bought this for use at the office. I was astonished at the price - £15 was cheaper than our other foot rests from Viking Direct.Good ergonomics and adjustable.

Can't fault it. Does what it says on the tin, really.Easy to erect. Swivel action is good for comfort and supportive for keeping correct posture.
