Fantastic upgrade from my old KeepCup. Care is needed to wash it as the cork ring doesn't come off (you might manage to get it off, but the suggestion is to just leave it there and wash the glass part carefully by hand) and it will certainly deteriorate with use, but it looks and feels fantastic. The glass part looks and feels so great that I often use it at home without the lid. It's great on the go too, the lid itself has been upgraded quite a bit and it now features two different kinds of plastic, a hard one for the main body and a rubbery one near all the places where it joins glass or other plastic (you can't really see this in the photos as with this specific colour combination they're both dark grey),so it now seals much better than the old version did, it's really really difficult to have the coffee pour out of it. The little lip (wasn't there in the old version) makes it easy to open the lid, the sipping hole is a tiny bit bigger now, and it feels just as big as it needs to be. The small lid that seals the sipping hole now locks into place and can't be removed when sealed. All in all, this is a great upgrade, all the problematic points of the old KeepCup have been addressed thoroughly. Regarding smells that some people complain it retains: OK the plastic lid does retain some coffee smell if you keep it closed with coffee for hours and it does spoil the taste just a tiny bit (hey, it's just a bit of plastic, it's not magical) but it washes really well and doesn't smell afterwards. To hear that the glass retains coffee smell is plain silly, you obviously haven't washed it well.

Use daily to replace a lidded paper cup, I travel a lot and in the past I’d end up with a car of empty take away cups. I hate metal or plastic travel cups with plastic lids and they are really big..The 8 oz I use for americanos and flat whites .I like coffee in the glass and the silicone lid is a better feel than plastic to drink from. The cork is chunky and easy to hold protecting the hands from heat. It’s fits in my cup holder in my car. (My car came with foam circles to change the depth of the cup holder which helps with flat white height cups)The cup is easy to swill out.In drive ins I say I’ve my own cup and they fill straight to my cup so saving the clutter in my car of empty paper cups and kinder to the environment. There is a possibility of a 25p tax being added soon when using the coffee shops cups so another good reason.

I love this travel-type cup...it holds a perfect amount of tea for me! The only thing that bothers me with each use is that the lid has a strange odour and in turn this initially effects the taste of the drink inside. After a few sips, the taste dissipates but it does throw me off at first sip. I always hand-wash the cup and yet the odour has not disappeared...I have had this for over a week now. I have seen this particular comment on previous reviews and still went ahead with my order as I do love the cup. If the company has a way of creating an odourless lid, this would be great...as long as whatever is causing the odour is not hazardous to my health,I will continue to enjoy using this cup for as long as possible.

Much like other humans on the world who need a pick-me-up coffee on route, this product delivers on durability and design while saving the environment and pounds.I've had this for three months and it's still going strong. I don't know how they coat the glass, but cleaning is really as simple as gently handwashing it with the smallest amount of soap. The design, with the cork is both pretty and functional -you don't get burnt.Yes, I did do a test: it keeps a cup of tea, with milk, hot for 40 minutes if you have the lid on and closed.Love this company and the product and I will be getting my friends and family one each for their birthdays.

This cup is excellent for everyday use, although you need to be very mindful of how you wash it, due to the cork ring (although the cork does seem to be very sturdy and not the porous type). It's indeed leak-proof (if stored vertically) and fits underneath most espresso machines. It's still comfortable to hold, even when filled with hot coffee. And I think it's going to pay for itself really soon, considering the discounts you get in most cafes. You need to be careful about handling it, though, as the lid does not come off easily. My colleague managed to break hers after one day of use, which is a real shame.

Great product. It was the only cup that could fit under my espresso machine and that was made of glass. Now my coffee doesn't taste of metal or plastic. Not spill free but does not claim to be. I use this to have a morning coffee on route to station. I think I should have just gone for standard plastic band rather than 'limited edition' cork. This is my fault but deducted a star. This means it is tricky to wash up as I'm concerned I may damage the cork as it cannot be removed. Does look Cool though.

Everybody loves it. It fits perfectly under my espresso machine for tasty on-the-go espressos or allongés. Lovin it.Isn't leakproof, but to be honest, I wasn't expecting to flip my mug upside down... It keeps the coffee in the mug and prevents spilling like normal travel mugs.Only thing I noticed is that the glass isn't as "thick" as I though by looking at the pictures, therefore it becomes pretty hot quickly, so you have to hold it by the cork band.Still 5 stars because it looks so cool.

Love this little thing - very rarely use it as a portable cup, the lid just sits away for the odd time I need it! That said, great day-to-day coffee cup for my morning drinks.I use a Sage Bambino Plus, and with a single basket shot and a jug of steamed milk it fills perfectly to the top. The cork is a lovely material to touch and hold, and keeps the heat off your fingers. No trouble with the cork becoming damaged at all thus far, just would recommend hand washing it and being gentle!

Overall this is a nice little keep cup, its helped me reduce the amount of paper waste that I produce in buying a coffee in any major or small coffee shops and should save me a bit of money in those shops that charge for cups. The cork trim is a nice touch and makes it feel that little bit more premium. Its easy to clean and holds the coffee well enough without any major mishaps. I can't speak to the durability of the cup although I'm a bit wary of the cork not holding up long term.

I love this little coffee mug! The 'small' 8oz is a handy size for bringing to work, whether it's coffee from the kitchen, or the takeaway cafe, I'm all set :)The lid was well tested on my lunch time stroll today, didn't spill a drop, and kept my coffee at the optimal temperature for sipping. It's so very easy to clean, a quick rinse between beverages keeps me caffeinated during my working day. It gets a proper wash when I arrive home, so it's fresh as a daisy for tomorrow.

Love the shape and thickness of the glass but this won't keep your coffee hot for long so this might not be for you if you need a thermos. It's about right to wander out, grab your coffee and saunter back to the office but anything more than that and you'll drop into 'warm' territory. Also - not a huge fan of drinking out of the lid, maybe that's just me but I much prefer the glass for "mouth feel" (I can't believe I just said mouth feel).

This was a present but the recipient seems happy with it and I was really pleased when I saw it before giving it to them. There was a label that said do not remove cork band, it is not clear if this meant never remove it but that was the first thing the recipient did just out of curiosity, now unsure if it has damaged the product. It doesn’t look damaged so fingers crossed the label just means the band should stay on when being used.

Lovely to have and saves ordering a paper cup. Lots of coffee shops now give you incentives to bring your own. Love the size of this cup - good for a flat white / short and strong coffee. Stylish and ergonomic. So far the cork is lasting well but I am gentle in rinsing it and tend to avoid getting that too wet. Id never put this in the dishwasher, and really theres no need. Feels nice and beats a cardy cup anyday.

I really like this design and most importantly the fact that this cup is made of glass although I recognise that this does make it less leak proof than other designs. As I've had it a little while now the only point I would make is that the cork on the upper edge of the band looks as though it might begin to break down soon(ish) and I have only washed it by hand.Apart from that I love it.

What a lovely little piece of kitchenware. I use it indoors as well as out and about as I'm keen on reducing dependency on paper cups. It's easily washed just with a rinse of water so as not to damage the cork surround in any way. It acts well to insulate and always receives a positive comment when being handed over to baristas!
