I had a Kaiser springform cake tin your many, many years. I used it for cheesecake & it was superb, it never leaked, the clip never loosened. I recently decided it was looking a bit old so bought a new cake tin but another brand. After only three uses the base fell out, it always leaked terribly.Kaiser are a lot more expensive but you certainly get your moneys worth.I've now dug out my old tin, thank goodness I didn't throw it away.
