I am as delighted with my fourth pair of K-Swiss tennis shoes as I was with the first three pairs. Even better, my dear wife paid for these ones. At the severe old age of 76, I play tennis three times a week on astro-turf, clay and hard, macadam courts. Your shoes are equally good on all three surfaces and, in the summmer, I reached the finals and semi-finals of two local tournaments. It was definitely the shoes 'wot dunnit'. I am only sad that I cannot wear them when I go skiing mob-handed with my family every early Spring. The only mistake that you have made is that your ( what we used to call) 'gymn shoes' cannot be attached to my carver skis. Thank you for great comfort and for the most secure of holds.

Keen tennis player and have been wearing this model of K-Swiss for many years. Provides excellent support, stability and grip. Very comfortable. Great soul to the shoe. No slipping or twisting when you wear this shoe.Play mainly indoors on carpet where the shoe performs brilliantly but equally good on outdoor hard surfaces.Hard-wearing and traditionally good-looking.Would agree that the quality of manufacture has reduced a tad recently (sewing at front side detaches sooner) but not enough to make me want to change shoe.A really great tennis shoe.

A very comfortable and perfect fitting tennis shoe, especially for someone with a slightly wider foot and high instep. The sole is nice and wide minimising the possibility twisting of foot/ankle. This shoe I have been buying for many years but have noticed the quality has decreased a little. The sole tends to come unstuck on the edge near the ball of the foot after a short while, which means a visit to the local cobbler is unavoidable. Something I would not really expect for this price bracket. For this reason I have given this shoe only 4 stars

These shoes do just the job expected. I went for the slightly more expensive model and am pleased with the result. I play tennis two or three times a week, outdoors and in. I usually buy running shoes half a size too large but bought these the correct size (9/43 for me). There is room at the toe but the overall fit is snug and grips well, important for tennis where the turning happens often. I previously had a pair of K Swiss so tend to stick with this brand and am not disappointed.

I play slot of tennis and have bought many pairs of these in past. In recent years (company was sold I am told) Quality has taken a dip and sizing is now small. Soles can start to come off. They are heavy but nevertheless they are still robust, protect your feet and ankles and do the job. So this is still a quality purchase. Though I have been experimenting with other makes too due to dip in quality I refer to.

These are my third pair of K-Swiss & as previously, they’re a great fit & very comfy.However, this time I’ve removed a star because for some reason known only to the manufacturer, the laces are too short to use the lace locks properly! Unless you tighten the shoes so much you cut off your circulation, you are left trying to tie a bow with pretty much the just taped ends of the laces only! Way too fiddly.

A great lightweight tennis shoe, comfortable (for me at least) from the first time and easier to get on and off with the clever little metal plates on the final hole which pulls the lace through more easily. I used to buy from John Lewis at £85 a pair so at this price I bought 2 pairs while the going was good. quickly delivered and perfectly laced up ready to go - well done Millets.

I really love these shoes, which are not only exceedingly comfortable, but are also very stylish indeed, with generous amounts of leather included in their manufacture.Personally I use them both for leisure wear and driving and occasional forays on the tennis courts and would heartily recommend them both for build quality and for their design attributes.

I've worn K-Swiss shoes for some time now because the are a great fit and always very comfy and forgiving shoes. These are no exception, with a quality build and for me a great overall look. I've only given 4 stars because I've only recently bought them and not had them on for a long time, but I fully expect them to be every bit as good as previous shoes.

The shoes are sufficiently long enough but are slightly too narrow. Before the next size up, longer shoe, I could play with straight out of the box, but I thought I would try a more exact length shoe and these will require wearing in or sending back for the next size up. I have always used this make and have found them comfortable and lasting a good time.

I am 70 and suffer from sore feet. I also have difficulty finding 6.5 size in both shoes and trainers. I fell upon K Swiss by chance when surfing the net. The fact they do half sizes and Amazon had my size in stock at a good price did the trick.I have since purchased another pair, they are that good. P.s. I have a dog and walk 20 miles a week, no prob!

These are my 4th or 5th pair of K-Swiss Defier RS tennis shoes and I keeping buying them as they are very comfortable, have good grip and, most of all, have a good shock absorbency. I play several times a week on an outdoor all weather court and the shoes normally last about a year before the sole is worn out, otherwise they are in good condition.

As other reviewers have said, these shoes are comfortable from the first wearing. They provide good support and reasonable cushioning. On another reviewer's advice, I went for half a size smaller than usual and that has worked out well (be careful of US sites that advise going half a size bigger - their sizes are not the same as ours).

Love these tennis shoes. They fit perfectly and provide good all round support. They are sturdier than other tennis shoes I've had, wouldn't be flexible enough for badminton for me, but for tennis the secure footing they provide is brilliant. Will buy again, although this may not be for some time as they are wearing well.

K-Swiss have produced a shoe that supports me very well. I feel stable and comfortable while able to move and change direction.The lacing system has alternatives to suit people preferences. I had 2 pairs of these before and they have lasted about 2 years each time playing twice a week for about 2 hours on average.
