Freshly coloured and exactly as currently pictured in the above stock images, this is a handy set of three chopping boards in a slim storage stand that sits neatly on the countertop or in a cupboard, in my case.The chopping boards are lightly textured on both sides. Each has around a 1.5 cm slightly raised edge with nicely rounded corners and a soft curved ‘foot’ on each corner both sides, so it is easier to lift up from a flat surface.The boards are dishwasher safe and the stand easily wipes clean, in my experience.There is a note on the side of the multi-lingual presentation box:‘Like all plastic chopping boards, the knife-friendly cutting surfaces will mark during use.’And,

Joseph Joseph, the king of Babushka Kitchenware, strikes again with a strong offering.For a something that simply needs to sit still whilst you hack things on top of it, the boards are very well-designed with a few small, yet neat, details. Each has a fine bumpy surface which helps to hold things in place without (surprisingly) obstructing the blades. Additionally they have small rubber 'feet' on both sides to hold the board in place during use. I was a little cautious of the small lip around the edges but they, so far, haven't created any problems. Compared to other run-of-the-mill boards, they are certainly nicer to use.Storage is straightforward where they slot into their stands and the space between them a nice touch without making the unit oversized.My only qualm,

I like so many things about these chopping boardsThe size is perfect for chopping, I find some boards huge, and some cramped, these, just right.The stand holds them ready for use and has non scratch feet padsThe boards are textured, which slightly diguises cut marksThe boards have a lip to stop juices running on the worktop, so the juices can be added to soups rather than go down the sinkThe boards have non slip feet to stop them moving aroundThe boards are stored with a gap, to allow them to air dry and allow some air movementThe metal bars are a nice touch and work wellSo is there anything not to likeYes.The colours.I like to keep a board for meat,

Visually, these look good in the kitchen with the brushed metal stand and the muted colours of the three chopping boards. Obviously people who know the difference between Poggenpohl and Schüller kitchens will recognise your good taste in choosing Joseph Joseph. The boards drop easily into place in the stand and the metal bar makes each one easy to lift out.In use, the boards are very stable with 4 rubber 'feet' on each side to stop sliding about. Chopping veg was easy and quick and the board surface didn't dull the blade. The boards all washed easily, too.Now the negatives -1) Size, or rather lack off. Even the largest of the three 'Regular'

This set of three smart looking chopping boards arrived in a sturdy cardboard box and once washed and dried they replaced my older and somewhat dog-eared boards. I appreciate the included stand as this helps keep everything organised and leaves an air gap between the boards, allowing air to circulate - useful if you don’t (or can’t) wait for your boards to be bone dry before putting them away.There are three boards, each a different colour and size, allowing you to dedicate them to different uses (e.g. meat, fish and veg). Each has non-slip feet, a raised bump around the edges and a stainless steel bar to act as a handle, making it easier to pick up off your work surface once you’ve finished.

I'm a big fan of Joseph Joseph, I like their design of products - functional at heart and they just work to make life easier, whilst always looking great physically.This is a set of chopping boards in a nice stainless steel stand. The green colour way suits a modern plant-filled kitchen very well, and looks flush being out on the counter or in an open cupboard. Having multiple boards is very efficient when cooking multiple things - one to prevent cross contamination, but also because if you want to keep certain foods clean, or dry, being able to grab another board is very useful.I like this, but 4 stars because it's so expensive. Considering it's still just plastic and despite it's claims,

My wife has been wedded to her 30 year old wooden chopping board and nothing would take its place – until this chopping set. They don’t slip as they have tiny rubber feet on the corners. They are lovely to chop on as they have ‘give’ and, they are knife-friendly as they don’t blunt knives. The box says knives will leave marks on the chopping boards but hers haven’t. Vegetables like carrots don’t stain the white board. The stand that holds the boards means that they are always to hand. As they are different colours, they can be separated and kept for specific foods such as meat, fish, and vegetables. Dishwasher proof too. My wife would continue to sing their praises but will summarise with,

This is a set of slightly different sized chopping boards, all different colours, which is handy to keep different types of food apart during preparation, especially for those with allergies. These specific green/white boards don't really appeal to me that much aesthetically but there's no doubting they're well enough made, quite weighty for plastic and seem durable. The stand is nice so they have a fairly small footprint on a bench and are readily to hand. The little non-slip feet work well, too. I do feel the price is a little excessive for what they are, clearly you're paying extra for the brand name, but if that's what you're going to do then these are decent enough.

Really smart-looking, and compact. Each board has a border and little feet, which means there’s no/little risk of leaving it in standing water when you’ve cleaned it.The plastic is very durable so far - no little nicks or cuts at all, despite meeting some very sharp knives.My only reservations would be:1. it seems very expensive for what it is. I think a lot of the cost is in the branding.2. I couldn’t see any info on phthalates. Maybe I missed it, but given increasing concern in the EU re: plasticisers in food-contacting products, you’d think they’d advertise the status. I’d probably just be careful not to use them with fatty foods like meats or cheeses.

I’m impressed with this chopping board set. It looks good enough to be on display on the kitchen counter – unlike my old white ones, from which no amount of bleaching would remove stains completely. I especially like the non-slip feet that hold the boards securely to the surface, and don’t move - regardless of vigorous amounts of chopping and slicing. They wash easily, and replacing the boards into the holder doesn’t require any fiddling about trying to fit them into the correct slot. I haven’t noticed any knife marks on the boards so far, but even if they were to develop, I can’t see them detracting much from this very practical, attractive set.

Joseph Joseph Nest 3-Piece Chopping Board Set with Storage Stand, Green are an exceptionally high-quality trio of chopping boards which are neatly stored in their very own storage stand.Like all of Joseph Joseph products they are manufactured to a high standard, the chopping boards are solid and so easy to keep clean. I love the fact the boards are non-slip which will suit a lot of worktops.The soft colours are very nice and natural and will blend in with a lot of kitchen designs.A great trio of chopping boards which are coloured in individual colours which enables me to dedicate each board to a separate food choice.Happy to recommend.

They look great. Modern design, nice colour-coded set of three boards. Each board slots easily into the holder which itself is stable and smart enough for even the most deluxe kitchens. They clean with just a cloth and a rinse but for those so-inclined they are also dishwasher friendly. 'Feet' on both sides allow double-sided use for chopping. Designed in the UK, manufactured in China.Why the reduction of one star? All three are relatively small in area. Excellent for preparing food for one or two people but frustratingly small when preparing for a big dinner party.

Three sturdy chopping boards in distinct colours by Joseph Joseph.These boards come in an attractive (but unobtrusive) frame to keep your kitchen looking tidy when the boards are not in use.I love most things by Joseph Joseph, love their subtle colours (usually green/gray) and I am always impressed by the quality. These boards are no exception.They're easy to use, simple to clean, they'll last for ever and they look good.What more can you ask for?Love them and recommend highly.

I got these because I wanted to have multiple small cutting boards on hand that can store easily. These are great because there is a little groove in the bottom that aligns with the stand, so they are always perfectly in the middle.They show knife marks fairly quickly. They fit well in the dishwasher like a plate would.They’re good for small jobs, like cutting 1 onion, or buttering bread, or salting a steak. For anything else you need a bigger board.
