JBL Reflect Flow Sport - True Wireless In-EarFor many years I have been a huge admirer of JBL products, in particular their speakers. From day one, when I first become hooked on music, JBL speakers were the speakers I aimed to strive for. Over the years this company have built up a huge reputation for quality products. With this in mind, I couldn't accept this product fast enough when it was offered to me by Amazon.I have had many blue-tooth rechargeable headphones/ear buds over the past few years. To be honest, only a small percentage of those have lived up to my expectations. When these arrived, I was pleased to find that the packaging at least, met my expectations. The headphones arrived very nicely presented within a tough storage box, a clear plastic cover displays the headphones within. I'm not normally one to become excited over packaging, but the excellent packaging was hopefully an indication of the quality of headphones that were held within. Although this was very nicely presented, it did take me quite a while to work out how to actually get into the packaging without destroying it.Once removed from the box I found not only the headphones which were neatly held in their charging case. I also found two further sets of ear buds, along with two sets of ear hooks, each offering a different size to try. Also included was a short USB charging cable. The charging case is not just a case for charging the headphones. It also contains a power-bank which stores power, thus charging the earbuds every time they are placed in the case. The case holds enough stored power to recharge the earbuds for up to 20 hours before you need to recharge the case. A row of LEDs illuminate showing how much power is remaining. Four lights mean that the case is fully charged. This is bigger than similar cases that I have owned, the same can be said of the headphones which are also quite large. The charging case is well made, it has a spring loaded cover that pops down tightly when closed.Inside the charging case you will find the headphones neatly slotted inside two specially shaped holders. Underneath are the copper contacts which are used to keep the headphones fully charged. Each ear piece displays a red light when it's in the case and is charging. Once removed, the light changes to a blue flashing light, this indicates they are in pairing mode. Once paired the blue light remains constant. After removing the headphones from the charging case, I found them to be much larger than other similar earbuds that I have tried. These are also a lot heavier than all that I've tried before. The build quality really is excellent, it's clear that the larger body of the headphones must hold a serious size speaker. With this in mind, I couldn't wait to give these a test run. After pairing with my phone, I slid each one into my ears. I am pleased to say, these were very comfortable to wear, they also seem to stay securely in place. These are the first ear-bud type headphones that have actually remained in my ears, this is without the need for me to keep poking them back in every few minutes or so. I don't know if it's the extra weight, the type of earbud silicone used, or just precise engineering? But, these stay put and are very comfortable to wear. What do they sound like?Well, in a nutshell.. these sound amazing! Most headphones I have tried recently seem to be bass heavy, I'm sure many love them, but I'm no fan of bass heavy headphones. I record and mix my own music, I like to hear my music as I intend it to sound. Bass heavy speakers interfere with that sound, changing the music from how I intend it to sound. Absolutely not so with these JBL Reflect Flow Sport headphones. The sound is crisp and clear, every note, high frequency or low frequency sound absolutely perfect. Nothing is lost, every detail is crystal clear. JBL certainly have lived up to all my expectations with these headphones, in fact they have far exceeded those expectations. Not only do these sound great, they also have some useful features. These are IPX7 rated, this means they will not be affected by water or sweat. Another feature is hands free operation, by using just one button, you can take calls or control your music. Bionic hearing will automatically adjust your music volume, keeping you aware of your surroundings whilst jogging, or chatting to friends whilst wearing the headphones. Lastly, the blue-tooth connection is rock solid, I have suffered no dropouts whatsoever, there is absolutely no interference, humming or crackles that I could detect. These really are top quality headphones with a top quality sound. If you are after bass heavy headphones, then you may wish to look elsewhere (or EQ the sound). These are geared up more for the audiophile who wants to listen to their music the way it is meant to be listened to. The sound is not coloured by any fancy gimmicks, just top quality speakers delivering top quality sound.Yes, the headphones may seem a little pricey at first glance, but I feel these are worth every penny of the asking price. In my opinion, quality costs money and these are pure quality.Highly Recommended!Contents:1 X JBL Reflect sport headphones3 X Various size ear tips3 X Various size freebit1 x Charging case1 x Charging cable1 x Quick start guide1 x Warranty card1 x Safety instructionsIf you have found my review at all helpful, I would very much appreciate if you could please click the 'Helpful' button below, thank you.

Although I own a pair of Sony WH-1000XM3 Over-Ear headphones I decided I wanted a pair of earbuds for occasional use. I wasn’t willing to stretch to the Sony WF-1000XM3s and bought these JBL Reflect Flow Sport earbuds instead to use with my Moto G Android phone and Sony Walkman music player. This is my take on these JBL Reflect Flow earbuds -Pros- Well presented with a neat, robust charging case, alternative size ear fittings – both wings and tips (medium are pre-fitted), large and small are in the box plus a USB micro charging lead. The mainly visual user guide is clear and will get you up and running.- You need to invest time in ensuring a good physical fit – the better the seal between the earbud and your ear canal the better the sound is – in particular, the bass.- Once fitted properly the earbuds stay in place during exercise.- I like the sound quality but depending on your taste it might need shaping with an equaliser, the bass is taut, mid-range has plenty of presence whilst the upper range is clear and not too harsh. Despite reports, I don’t think the bass is particularly prevalent, it’s dynamic, realistic and not too boomy.- Call handling is good with clear sound in both directions even with ambient noise.- Bluetooth (V5.0) connection is easy with LED indication, the range is decent and reception is largely noise-free and stable.- Controls soon become intuitive for managing calls and music playback (but see below).- The Ambient feature is handy in areas where you need awareness of external sounds.- Battery life is substantial – playing time is around 10 hours and the internal battery in the case adds another 20 hours worth of charge. The buds have charge indicator LEDs plus the case has a four-segment indicator.- The earbuds are waterproof and sweatproof plus have support for voice assistants plus the right hand one can be used singly.- Overall build quality feels good including the case which is very well designed and made.Areas for development- No volume control – control is via the host device.- Not supported by the JBL app.- Physical push button rather than touch controls.- Charging connection is Micro USB rather than USB C.- Ear tips can be a bit fiddly to change but you’ll probably only do it once.- No firmware upgrade instructions that I can see.In summary, I’m very pleased with these JBL Reflect Flow earbuds, they offer good sound quality, comfort, resilience to water, ease of control and strong battery life at a reasonable price point.

A set of proper sport wireless headphones that don’t compromise on sound quality. They fit comfortably and completely securely, they’re sweat and rain proof (IPX7) and the battery life is strong at around 10 hours, plus two full charges from the carry case. Audio quality is impressive, leaning towards a bassy signature without overpowering the midrange.JBL’s audio options are interesting. Ambient Aware is a concession to outdoor safety, delivering a reduced volume playback that allows for environmental noise to filter in a little – good for road-running, while TalkThru presents a minimal volume playback. Both do what they set out to, and I’m sure employ some technological marvels in the process, but it’s hard to get around the suspicion that simply changing the volume would’ve had the same effect. For all the Reflect Flows do well there are some downsides too, although nothing really representing a deal-breaker. There’s no getting around the fact that these are chunky earbuds, and they do protrude significantly from the ear. The case is the largest I’ve seen for this type of earbud, at over 8cm in length. It’s not an issue for carrying in a bag, but you will notice it if you’re taking it in a pocket, especially on a run. This is the trade-off for the powerhouse battery performance of the buds and case itself. Bluetooth connection to my iPhone XS was initially seamless and automatic, but in the weeks I’ve been using these the left bud has occasionally needed some encouragement to connect (pressing the button, returning to the case and removing again.) The on-bud button feels stiff, and is unfortunately uncomfortable to press when you’re wearing these as it literally pushes the unit into your ear. I don’t know if this is something that would resolve through a breaking-in period of regular use or whether they’re simply made that way, but so far I’ve avoided that function, opting for the Apple Watch interface to pause, skip tracks etc while I’ve been out running. All in all though, these are a solid choice for anyone looking for sports earbuds without settling for budget performance. Yes there is better audio when you go up the price ranges and of course into over-ear territory, but you’ll be hard pressed to find a more balanced choice for true sports earbuds.

UPDATE: After 3 months of using them I started noticing a malfunction when charging them. It seems like the charging pins inside the case don't catch correctly the right earbud, hence it doesn't charge. I have to take it out and place it bad, jiggle it a bit, in order to find the right position. This is annoying and I've contacted help support. Let's see what solution they find.ORIGINAL REVIEW:They're a bit chunky/ intrusive in the ear. Not the smallest neither the lightest pair of earbuds. Though, these defects are balanced with the their higly secure fit. The in-ear bud and rubber wing secure the earbud in place, firmly, providing a bit of noice cancellation as well. The sound is really good.Even without active noise cancellation the earbud isolate yourself from the surroundings, immersing you in your fav tunes.Look really good when worn.Useful the "talk-through" functionality. The earbuds use a physical button to get instructions, they're not touch. Though the button is cushioned in a way that it doesn't annoy when pressed. Indeed, I'm quite happy with this physical button, since it doesn't catches random touches as instructions, as a touch earbud would, and it's comfortable to press. It has to be said that the earbuds lose connection at times. Generally between the first 5 minutes of connection, more likely when using a laptop. It has happened to me roughly once every 10 times, on average. I've been using the earbuds for 1 month.Very good battery life!!Happy with the purchase. Even if the product has some defects, its qualities are more relevant.

We've had these for a while now and can confirm that they are really good "mid range" bluetooth earbuds. They come presented in a quite snazzy box with everything you need (headphones, charging case, cable, different headphone "fittings").Initially I couldn't get them to pair but then realised that I needed to charge them - pop them in the charging case, plug it in and away you go - there are really nice LED indicators on the case that show you the charge level. From what I can tell when the earbuds are in there they are on all the time which is a neat way to show you when you need to charge them if you havent for a while.I would imagine/hope that those LEDs don't affect the battery life too much.In terms of wearing the buds they are as you would expect - a little uncomfortable at first but you soon get used to them (just make sure you have the right attachment fitted for your ear as I am always perpetually terrified of these falling out)!Sound quality is really fantastic - and the noise cancelling works a treat - there is little to no "leakage" in these headphones - when someone else has them in you cant hear it anywhere else in the room - not even the usual "tinny" sounds you would expect. At £99.99 at the time of writing I would say these are a good deal - expensive maybe but in terms of what you get and the whole package - a cracking deal.

I was expecting good things from these ear buds, especially from a respected brand like JBL, but unfortunately I have a good few niggles.Firstly the instructions are somewhat confusing, but connected fine. The sound is pretty good, with exceptionally good bass. You have to change volume from your device which is a bit annoying - you can't do from the buds. Using controls (pause/next etc) takes a bit of getting used to.My really big niggle with these is that it is impossible to power them off when they are in the case. The instructions imply that as soon as you place them back in the case, and close the lid, they turn off. They don't! You can manually turn off whilst out of the case, but as soon as you put them back in the case, they power on again. If you manually power off with them in the case, they immediately power on again. Pretty rubbish really. Maybe this is a defective item, I can't believe this is how they are meant to be.Sadly, can't really recommend these.Battery life is fineUPDATE: I have found that actually the ear buds DO turn off once returned to the case, but there is a lapse of time before they do, but they do after a while. I would now recommend these for consideration, notwithstanding the other (relatively minor) niggles above

The JBL Tune 120 TWS wireless in-ear headphones are easy to set up and use straight out of the box. Both earphones pair on removing from the charging box. There is no app or setting up needed - just choose JBL TUNE120TWS in your Bluetooth menu and you will be up and running.I tried all three sizes of earbuds and it was easy to see that the (already fitted) medium size was the best fit - with the best bass response.I fitted them in my ears the wrong way at first, and wondered why it did not sound right. Note to self - read the manual (which clearly shows a picture of how to fit them in your ear). The sound is excellent - with a very good bass response and a good mid/high response. The JBL Tune 120 TWS Headphones do stick out of your ear more than other Bluetooth in ear headphones I have used,so they are quite conspicuous, but that’s the only negative I have found so far. They fit well, stay in your ear and rarely cut-out. The battery life is good, though slightly less than other recent Bluetooth headphones I have used. A 15 minute charge gives you an hour of playback. Normal usage will provide around 4 hours of playback plus you can get another 3 charges from the charging box / storage case.

These headphones come in a neatly wrapped box, a bit bigger than two packets of cigarettes. The packaging is easy to open and does not require scissors or a knife. Inside are quickstart instructions that help you get set up pretty easily.I found the look and feel of these headphones is really very impressive. The design and packaging is exquisite. They come in a sleek silver box, which flips open, and has two holes, designed perfectly for the two headphones. Actually they look like cufflinks. The headphones have a clever design to swivel into your ear. You screw them into your head like a screw in a wall, and a little hook on the headphones grips a little piece of cartilage that you did not know you had before. The box makes it easy to remember which one is right and left, which I find is always a problem with wireless headphones. You charge the headphones by plugging an Android style cable into the back. The headphones are easy to connect because when you press the switch to switch them on, they automatically search for Bluetooth devices unlike other headphones I have used. This means one less step to the music - the quality of which is excellent.

They fit really well, the sound is good, they pair really easily and they are a good price. But, I put them in my pocket without the case and lost one within two days of having these. Really, really, carry the case around with you. And they are black. Impossible to find, consider the white or the blue ones. The case looks good (it won a design award and rightly so). If I was being critical I'd say its quite a big case. The carrying case/ charger is a pleasant curved design and the ear buds are easy to store. The ear buds are discreet and good looking, unlike the odd antennas on some other buds looking as if you have cotton buds stuck in your ear or you are flossing your brain..The sound is great,a very good dynamic range, especially in the bass notes, surprising in such small devices. Because of this they are a little heavier than other buds and I had to be very careful to fit the right silicone sleeve. The Bluetooth connection is excellent, they connect to my phone as soon as they are taken from the case. Telephone connections are easy and the microphone works well.A new white pair are on my Christmas present list ....

I've always been a fan of JBL products and this installment did not dissapoint. The earbuds shipped on time and came in mint condition even though I purchased them via the amazon warehouse.Sound quality is good, in my opinion deeper and clearer than apple airpods however mids could be a little more emphasised. They aren't going to sound as good as they're Bose counterparts but they're impressive for the price non the less. The fit for me was excellent, if its not for you the earbuds ship with other size tips that should be OK for every ear size. Now the case is pretty good and although plastic feels solid and has survived a few drops. My one issue with it is the metal hinge,I personally feel like JBL could have made it the same colour as the body so that it's seamless and more flushed but it's not causing any issues. Magnets also appear strong and reliable.Against the Jlab Air theese sound better. My main problem with this product is the latency issues, I've noticed that occasionally the actions are faster than the audio in YouTube videos and games. Usually after reconnecting this is fixed.

These were given to me as a gift. I had spent months researching wireless earbuds because I do a lot of exercise. To say that I ended up confused is an understatement. I read so many reviews and conflicting opinions on various earbuds that it was difficult to know who or what to believe. I refused to pay the exorbitant cost of the iPhone pro earbuds, which didn't have great reviews either. I knew I needed the soft buds to fit in my ear, I cannot deal with hard earbuds. I happened to be chatting to a friend in the US who'd just bought these and he couldn't be happier. I mentioned all the indecision I'd been facing and the next thing I knew was that he'd sent me a pair. The price is great, the quality is good and the battery life is fantastic. I walk for several hours a day and these don't move at all. I like the fact that there are no bits to hook around my ears or anything. My only issue initially was to get the left bud working but I googled it and it's a common problem, with loads of quick tutorials to help sort it out. It connected via Blue Tooth instantly and honestly I'm totally impressed.

Fit and comfort:The earbuds did come out after a while, it fits nicely but my ears are quite small so it did fee quite big even with the smallest size. It was very comfortable to wear and did feel quite loose but it was nicely secure.Sound:The bass was good, these earbuds gave me the punchy bass that i wanted and sound isolation was good. As i put them in the sound around me drowned. They dont have noise cancellation but it seems like they do. The call quality was very good aswell.Downside:They dont have a volume button so when i want to make it louder i would have to get my phone out. When i went shopping i wouldn't be able to hear myself or the cashiers voice so i would have to take them outbut it is a good thing because the seal is good.My overall thoughts:These were much cheaper because of the sale but they are worth the price. They are very good and sound quality was perfect and i would not even go back to airpods, i get that the Airpod pros have newer features but these earbuds give me what i want

These come with different sized rubber rings so that you can fit them snugly to your ears. I think you do need a good seal to get the benefit of the bass which is very good. The case keeps them well protected and also charges them. Lights on the front give you the charge status. In use the ear buds sit comfortably in my ears and feel lightweight. Connection/set up is straight forward and the device shows up on my phone bluetooth list. The ear pieces give you audible feedback on charge and connection status.Sound quality is very good. There is good bass and crisp treble. They are perfect for music listening and are good enough to block out external sound without having to crank the volume very much.A charge lasts for a long time. Pop them back in the case afterwards and they recharge themselves from the case. Very pleased with these and can't fault them.

I have tried few earbuds. I have a Jabra ones (more expensive) and some cheaper ones. That ones are really easy to put in your ears. They are really comfortable. My girlfriend only use this ones. They are the only ones that fit to her ears, she is happy with them.Describing the quality sound I have to say that is really balanced between bass and sharp notes. I could say that are very similars to Jabra ones...The battery life is very long. My girlfriend have been using them since we received it and she haven’t charge them yet, but she doesn’t use them too much every day.The only thing I would say is about the cancellation noise. If you are listening music it is perfect. You don’t listen anything around you but if not you hear everything... nothing really bad because normally if you are wearing them it is because your are listening music ?

Reasonable quality from these earbuds. I always have difficulty keeping them in but that’s a personal issue. They look good and were easy to set up. There’s many of these earbud types on the market at the moment and these are average. You’ll never get the sound you find in proper closed cup, noise cancelling phones but these are designed for freedom and a minimalistic approach. Don’t expect miracles, but the sound quality was reasonable. The battery life is pretty good and the method of charging (in the box) is pretty standard by now. JBL reckon you get 4 hours of play time with 12 extra hours via the battery but I never achieved this – just slightly short. My personal preference is for something more substantial but these serve a good purpose – they’re unobtrusive, small to carry around and look cool. What more can you ask for?
