These are affordable earphones for sporty people.I was initially sceptical of the hooks that sit over your ears – i thought they looked uncomfortable, but they're actually good... wearing these in the gym for a good hour or going for a 30-minute outdoor run, these have felt basically invisible when worn. You're given three pairs of different sized rubber/silicon ear inserts/cushions – big, medium and small – so take the time to select the correct pair of your ears. The hooks clip on the main earphone units. Once you hook these over and insert them into your ears, you can gently move the earphone unit to better fit your ear, so that they fit comfortably and there's no outside noise leaking into your ear canal.Once that's done it's a simple case of turning them on (by holding down the play button until it beeps) and then connect to your phone. As I said, when worn, I've found these to be invisible, If they're fitted/worn correctly, there's no pressure on your ears and there's no heaviness pulling down your ears as the build of these is super lightweight. The cord/cable that connect the two earphone units is quite generous, but it has a rubber pinch-point-cable-tidy that helps with any slack. The only nuisance is that the physical units do stick out from your ear a fair amount... but it's a more a case of getting used to them being there - so careful if you like lifting weights beside your head as you may knock these out your ears.In terms of sound quality, they do a fair effort. When working out I tend to listen to lots of house and dance music... these do an average job. They're not bass-heavy, rather being better for styles like generic pop music rather than things like drum'n'bass. That said, I'm not looking for my own personal rave when I wear these while getting sweaty exercising... the sound quality is good and clear, and they can go pretty loud (too loud for me) and I've not noticed any distortion at higher levels. The charging is easy... a USB charge cable is supplied, and it does literally take 1-hour to completely charge these. Over the course of the last month, they've proven to hold their charge for 6 to 7 hours, so that basically means i charge them once per week as I tend to workout each day.It goes without saying that these are also fine for non-sports use, and I can easily wear them in the office or at home or commuting. Just make sure that you do keep within 10-metre radius of your phone, otherwise the connection cancels (and therefore you have to reconnect). There are other better known brands of sports-related headphones, some of which I've reviewed, but they're quite expensive in comparison. They're equally as comfortable as these, but the sound quality is negligible... unless you're looking for some serious headphones (and if you are I'm sure you wouldn't wear them in the gym) then these will do you well. They're currently priced under £20, and given that you also get a 2-year warranty, I think these worth your money.

These Jam HX-EP320BL Bluetooth Earbuds come with a set of over ear hooks, a USB to Micro USB charging lead, 2 spare sets of earbuds in addition to those already fitted plus an instruction leaflet which is largely visual but easy to follow. The look and feel is of a reasonable quality item for the price point. The earbuds are joined by a short wire and easily connect to your device via Bluetooth (V4.0) and are powered by an internal battery which gives up to 7 hours use in return for a 2 hour charge. Charging is via any USB charger using the supplied Micro USB lead and there's an LED charge light. The right earbud features three control buttons offering control over pairing (which was easy with Windows,IOS and Android devices), play/pause, volume +/- and you can switch from music to take hands-free phone calls - the system worked fine with a 2017 Moto G. After a while the controls are easy to use and become second nature. The oval earpieces are light and the total headset weight is just over 90g, very light and the wire between the earpieces is flat section/anti tangle with a cable manager built in. I found the earpieces were a comfortable fit and tended to stay in place when running - you need to experiment a bit to get the best fit and I preferred using them with the supplied over ear hooks. I found the fit of the earbuds into the ear canal was a key determinant of the sound quality particularly the bass response. The audio quality is good for the price point once the buds are correctly fitted - clear, not too harsh and with a good stereo effect. The bass is taut and not overbearing like some headsets. My only slight gripe is that the maximum volume whilst adequate was not as loud as some headsets. The Bluetooth range is very good - I got stable reception downstairs whilst my source device was upstairs. In summary, a decent set of earbuds at the price point with good sound and Bluetooth range but slightly soft in terms of volume.

These headphones looked like they were going to be pretty uncomfortable to wear and not really have anything in the way of sound quality, however I was pleasantly surprised. They have 3 different silicon inserts to suit different sized ears so choose carefully as this will be the single biggest discomfort of you get it wrong. Once I got the right fit I attached the hooks and popped them on. I was really surprised by how light they were and how I very quickly didn't feel them causing any pulling or pinching on my ears.Pairing was easy and within 30 seconds I was up and running.Sound quality isn't going to blow you away, bass is left needing a bit but these aren't designed for top quality listening experiences. For the price I thought they were more than good enough and the volume goes pretty high without any distortion.Battery seems to last the advertised 6 hours, charging via the usb cable is easy enough and takes about an hour.Only issue I have is that they seem to stick out of your head quite a bit, I'm not a vain person but they made me feel a little self conscious for the first few times, then you see all sorts of headphones on people on a run and in the gym and all is fine.

Good little headphones for the price, I found the sound to be much better than a couple of pairs I have had at similar price level, I thought the bass was nice and smooth, realistic and not in your face, the middles and trebles were pretty good too they have a nice warm sound. I used the smallest ear buds and got a bang on fit and, they were comfy and secure without using the over ear clips. Pairing was easy and quick, the controls on the earpiece were simple enough to use and allow you to adjust volume, pause and play the music and take incoming calls if used on a phone. They don't compare to some much more expensive models but are a great little set of ear pieces for this price range.

These earphones are easy to use and set up with your phone and the sound quality is decent. They hold the charge well and can last for well over a week of fairly frequent use in the car.
