I recently upgraded to a wider wheelset, and have v-brakes and aero levers, so no adjustment other than undoing the cable. I wanted to be able to swap my old wheelset on with some gravel tires and just click the barrel out to bring the pads in. Unfortunately these didn't provide enough range of adjustment. However, they look great, installed easily, and will still be used for minor adjustments. Took a star off because the click just isn't very defined.

Got he double cable for my motorized bicycle. Was able to fine tune the brakes on the fly since the cable didn't come with individual adjusters. Put a second set of brakes on the front so the dual brake handle only did two brakes instead of three. When I can afford it I will get disc brakes. The dual fronts work good for now. Glad I put them on.

I'm lucky enough to have a bike mechanic as a friend. During a recent bike fitting he did for me, we raised the "handlebars" quite a bit which resulting in stretching the brake cable. He told me to order this part, he installed it, and it works as expected. He said this would come in handy when/if I ever need to ship my bike to a race.

The product is great they're strong, sturdy and tiny. The shipping not so, wanted to save a buck, and bought from another seller. Waited 5 days, versus 2 days prime. Spend that $1 extra and buy via prime. If you're not in a hurry, save a buck i guess.

Nice, quality part. Works well, but frankly, I probably didn't really need them and probably won't use them on future builds. I might change my mind, but everything is just working so well right now. heh.

These are an amazing set of parts to have. Built an older bike this spring, early 90's Bianchi. Center pull brakes & went to brifters, these are a must if you go that route.

I added mechanical disc brakes and road shifters to a MTB frame to build a light touring bike. These things solved the issue of no tensioners on the components.

This works just as described. Now I don't have to get off my bike to adjust my brakes. Just a simple twist for slight adjustments.

Added some adjustability, besides at just the derailleurs. Can be adjusted while riding.
