This isn't bulky, so it fits well over everything but the thickest jumpers and switches, being warm enough thanks to the fleece to mean you don't need very thick tops underneath to avoid the cold on a crisp winter's day.The outer surprised me because of how quiet it is, so no annoying rustling while you're moving, and effortlessly cuts out wind and all but the heaviest rain. With a fleece lined hood, it's going to keep your entire body, including head and neck, warm and dry from the autumn to the spring.The pockets have a similar fleece lining to the rest of the jacket, so perfect for keeping your hands warm and means you don't necessarily need gloves with you. Really like the quality of both the outer soft shell and the inner thin fleece like lining. Perfect spring/summer jacket for walking or general everyday use. Looks really smart. Fitting is perfect. The only thing that differed to the photo of mine was the lining is orange instead of yellow. But I preferred this.

Wow this is a fabulous jacket. It’s not a thick padded jacket but boy it certainly keeps the harsh ‘Beast from the east’ chilled wind away,that’s no joke! I really couldn’t believe it. It’s thin fleece lined which feels good on the skin. Not that sure how waterproof it is,it’s certainly showerproof. Recommend

Quality. Great quality. However sizing is difficult. I'm normally a large. It was too small. Exchanged for an xl which fits perfectly around my shoulders and chest. But the sleeves are about two inches too long. So it you're broad chested and shouldered it's an odd fit. Still an awesome jacket though.

Excellent quality jacket. Lightweight, waterproof and fleece lined with a hood that actually stays up in strong winds unlike most other coats I have had. Two good sized pockets and understated logo make this a favourite of mine in all weathers.

Very nice jacket. Its thin/lightweight but has a nice warm lining. Slim fitting and sits near the belt line.I usually buy XS in these type of jackets but the S fits really well. So maybe go for a size bigger if you are larger.

This is great for those cooler days when the odd shower is threatened. I'm 6'5" and 14st 7lb and bought the XL and the sleeves are long enough but the waist is too baggy which prevent 5* for me.

Really nice jacket and because I was xl I got it for £36 what a bargain, warm but light a very smart I do like JW they are great clothing and when they say they are waterproof they mean it.

Superb jacket. Close fitting, just what I wanted. Soft shell fabric is great. Quality and finish of the jacket is very good - what you expect from jack wolf skin and for the price paid.

Jacket is a good fit and well made. Excellent value and feels warm, will definitely keep the wind. Also the delivery was very quick, took me by surprise.

Less than 24 hours after ordering it I've just returned from a run in the rain and very impressed with the comfort, fit and feel during the rainfall

Nice jacket except for the hood which is a waste of time because it is not adjustable to fit your head so when up you can’t see where you are going

Nice jacket, good quality material. Jack Wolfskin products are worth the expense. I do find the European sizes somewhat small.

it fits me perfect!I'm really thin and I thought it would be a little large for me. but I just found it great when i got it.
