The contents stay really warm and it's a sturdy mug. The tea strainer part is also a great idea, but the seal around the top is not brilliant and there's no seal on the "lid", so if you want to use that without the strainer part then it's a really bad fit, in fact it just sits on top. All in all I'd definitely recommend it to someone else and if they'd sorted the above issue it would definitely be a 5 star!
