This is fantastic, the most comfortable thing, the most comfortable bed .. admittedly I've used a mattress topper but it's absolutely fabulous..for the first few weeks every couple of days if not everyday you will need to add just a little bit of air but that is just because it needs to stretch and settle, then just add a little air for a few seconds now and again. I am using this permanently because I literally couldn't afford a bed at mo but I don't want another bed now! it's great!! it just looks like a normal bed I've made shabby chic headboard anyway and I throw an extraordinarily large sheet over the whole bed to stand in as a kind of valance or bottom sheet ..then I've just put the

Fantastic Bed all round! Chose this as I needed a firm, comfortable Guest Bed that I could pack completely out of the way when not in use so the room could be used as a teaching area when not needed for Guests. This met up to all requirements and more! My mum & grand daughter both slept very comfortably on this for a whole week; my mum (a very active & young-at-heart, mature lady) required a high level bed, firm enough for her to push herself up from, because of an abdominal op, & she found this bed even "better than her own". Like all air-beds, we just needed to add a very little amount of air after the second night; but that was all that was needed.

I bought 2 of these for family who were visiting from overseas and staying in an (almost) empty house. They were ideal, each family used them for 3 weeks and said they were extremely comfortable for a couple. Nice height, so much better than lying on the floor! Both families had 2 small children who inevitably crept into bed in the middle of the night. That wasn't quite as successful - the parents were frightened of rolling together and squashing the children in the middle. So eventually one adult slept on another temporary bed and left the intex for mum and 2 children, which worked fine. But for a conventional 2 adult set up, they were great, and the inflation/deflation process worked quickly,

I was somewhat nervous about purchasing a 'blow up bed' which I needed because my son and his girlfriend were coming to stay for a few days. So I chose this particular bed because it was a good size (both hight as well as length and width) and had good reviews. It was delivered efficiently and I was astonished at how easily it inflated and its final size. I left it fully inflated for a few days before they arrived and we purchased a mattress topper to make it more comfortable (as per a previous reviewers suggestion). When they came and slept on it for their holiday it was superb. They both agreed it was comfortable and it felt just like a proper bed.

I sleep like a baby on this. I also bought a different brand's (more expensive) air bed but I returned that because the Intex was just much better. And cheaper!This is the second time I bought one of these, the other one got lost in a previous move. Am sleeping on this in my new flat until I buy a proper bed. It is almost as high as a "real" bed, although I've had the lower version before too and it's just as comfortable. I like my mattress to be quite firm and I am very impressed that it's possible to inflate the bed so it feels firm. If you put slightly less air in it, it's softer but still stable. Two people can sleep on this without rolling towards each other.

I usually find airbeds really uncomfortable but this one is great! Height is good, stays up well (we have it in our spare room and my hubby has been regularly sleeping on it of late as I have been needing our bed to myself due to a spate of bad health - he says it is fine for long term use, doesn't need to add more air that often).I think it's the flatness of the sleeping surface that makes it so comfy, as I slept on a similar sized airbed at a friends house recently and their's had that tube-shaped surface (that you think of for the inflatables used in a swimming pool) and we both slept awfully on that one.So yeah, totally recommend this airbed, good value.

Delivered promptly , item better than I expected I would recommend to anybody to buy this item. You wouldn't believe it's just an inflatable bed because its very comfortable id say more comfortable than some real beds. If your using the bed for guest , id say that even my gran would be able to have a great sleep and I wouldn't have any worries that she wouldn't be able to get up and off the bed because its basically the same height as a real bed id even go to say it maybe higher than some beds. Bought this so we have an extra bed in the RV awning,Takes minutes to inflate and I use another pump to draw air out of it when packing it away, not that it needs it, deflates quite well without it.If I needed another extra bed I definitely would buy it again.I have to say, make sure you close air intake right before sleeping on it.I unwittingly left the air inlet slightly open, and as you would expect it deflated during the night,luckily I wasn't sleeping on it ha ha ha

Excellent mattress, durable, lasts for a week with two big adults sleeping on it. High enough and very comfortable. I would say it is a king size when inflated .Bought it a second time as I needed another mattress for the holidays but the second awas defective as kept on deflating even without use. Called intex service as instructed by Amazon and it was replaced immediately. Excellent product and excellent customer service.

hello we have just purchased this blow up bed and are very pleased with it indeed.It is our first night on it but feel it going slightly down every couple of hours I don't think it has any puncture etc.We ad a little air problem solved but we are worried about over inflation a d popping the bed is it usual to go down a little when these are new etc.Any help would be much my appreciated.Thanks in advance.

We go camping so use airbeds, but our usual ones kept going down. Had heard fantastic reviews about the Intex Durabeam double height so thought we would try it. Used the first week in July camping and not once did it lose any air. we did just add a top up every other day, but was literally for a few seconds of air. So spacious and comfy. Highly recommend.

We used this bed for 4 nights and only topped up once, which I think was due to the temperatures dropping while camping. Extremely comfortable bed, blows up in seconds and can be put away in its bag very easily. Would 100% recommend, we had a fantastic sleep, so much better than those cheap inflatable ground level beds.

Very very comfortable once inflated. Bought the bed to accommodate my friends from Australia and they slept 10hours on their first night. Have yet to deflate the bed and pack it into the bag, not sure how easy that will be. Considering what comfort the bed offers and how big it is I am very happy with my purchase.

We bought this because our sofa bed had become uncomfortable to sleep on when guests stay. This is amazing - it is like having a proper size bed that you can just set up then pack away as required. Very comfortable, in fact surprising how sturdy an air bed can be - must be down to some good design!

Inflation needs to be topped up each evening as tends to slightly deflate in a hot tent during the day but this literally takes 1 minute.The bed is very comfortable and a huge improvement on the standard inflatable beds that we had before for camping.
