I've had my wii balance board for a while now and not actually had to change the batteries yet but at such a good price I thought I would get this rechargable pack.It looks well made with good enough plastic not to break when fitting it. Which was good as it did take a bit of a shove to get it in. The reason it that you are really trying to put 4 batteries in at once plus the cover.The lead to connect it to the Wii (connects to one of the USB ports in the back of the wii) is nice and long (about a metre) which was plently long enough for me to feed it through the TV cabinet, where I keep my wii and down onto the floor where I keep the balance board.

I'm sure we have all heard that 'conspiracy' theory (at least in the not so distant past) that electronics manufacturers made battery powered units that would not run on rechargeable batteries, no? Well thankfully due to matters green there has been a shift in that attitude and if you are like me and get fed up having to replace batteries every two minutes on a heavy usage item such as the Wii Balance Board,(not to mention the cost alone) then this is your solution. The four rechargeable batteries are encased within their own housing so no worrying about losing or having to charge individual batteries in a seperate charging unit.

Arrived earlier than expected.Fits balance board perfectly and works brilliantly.Only downside was the extra long charging cable, it appeared to be slightly faulty as it was temperamental when inserting into the charger port on the battery pack.You would insert it and have to wriggle it about a bit to get the charge light to appear. Then if moved/knocked it would stop charging.At first I thought it was the battery pack itself until I tried a separate mini usb cable from my rechargeable Wii remote battery pack and it worked first time and when knocked/moved remained charging.So your cable may be fine and dandy but if the battery pack has problems charging try another cable first.The price is

I agree with most of the sentiments of previous reviewers and had no difficulty in fitting the pack etc however after only 3 weeks of using the Wii Fit & Balance Board we found that a message appeared on the TV Screen requesting 'Please step off the Balance Board & Press A'. I wasn't on the Balance Board and the game would not go beyond this. I contacted Nintendo and they have stated that Battery Packs can short circuit the Balance Board system. I am now having to return the Balance Board to Nintendo for checking and, hopefully, replacement. I will not know if it is the fault of the Battery Pack or not until the Balance Board is returned.

The price is very attractive, but it would only hold its charge for 2 days maximum. I returned it for a replacement, which arrived OK. Unfortunately the replacement is no better. The battery will simply not hold a charge longer than a few days, even after charging overnight with the LED charging light on all of the time and so I have binned this 2nd item and gone back to standard AA batteries. I do not like to be negative, but I have to say that I would not recommend getting one, which is a pity because rechargable batteries should be more eco friendly in the long run.

Good product. Delivery and service excellent. I have recharged once since purchaing it in January. The only down sides are that the warnings only came up as the battery died to say it needed to be recharged in the middle of a session. I also am not sure if the board reacts as well as it did with the normal batteries, but I'll refrain from comment on that as yet. I would advise to purchase the produce and keep a spare set off batteries to pop in as needed.But again for the price - well worth having

I got this item for the wii fit .... It was delivered a day after I placed the order in time for the release date of the wii fit.My Friend also has a Wii Fit and he has just gone through his 1st set of batterys, I have only charged this once so far and I have had a good 12 hours of use from it, it also fits the wii fit flush which is an added bonus. This really does save my pocket money and with the wii fit saves my stomach as well. Superb Product 5 Stars would recommend to any one with a Wii Fit

Have had the battery pack for a while now & it works a treat. We tried the wii fit board with batteries & they were drained within the day (Five people using it)The battery pack seems to last at least two days with us all using it. The lead is 42ins long (Old School)can be used to charge & play at the same time, but you might find the board too close to the tv screen (We have a usb extension cable) We find you can charge the battery pack using a pc usb slot. Bottom line:- money well spent.

It's a battery pack, and it works, so little reviewing needed there.But just something I found, if you're setting up the wii fit for the first time you can't use this product whilst syncing it to the wii, because you need to remove the lid to get to the button and the battery pack is connected to that lid! Thus there's no power when you try and sync it...so you'll need 4 batteries to start off with, then the pack works fine...

This is a very much cheaper alternative than usual rechargeable batteries. I bought two so that there was minimal play interruption when the batteries go flat. I like the USB connection, and they can be charged while the console is on. They seem to last ok, shame the light doesn't go off when they are fully charged though, I am a little worried I may overcook them!

bodium I love this product it gives a nice frothy drink and its easy to achievebalance board batteries. good value and fast deliverymemory card unbeatable value and pricejust received greedy girls book make blueberry cakes last night very very nice. I think I can do the dishes very well set out vegetarian options and easy to make recipes

Good Value battery charger. I use my wii fit balance board alot more now as I always have it charged and don't have to always look around for batteries. I'd recommend buying this product. It arrived quickly neatly packaged and is the perfect accessory for the wii. When you buy this you'll wonder why you hadn't bought one earlier.

i bought this for a few pounds on here, compared to the high street prices it was well worth it. i am very impressed with this... no more running out of battery when in the middle of something....i would highly recommend getting anything you need on here and the delivery was cheap and very quick 10/10 amazon ...well done

I see this battery pack has very mixed reviews. I've had mine for 18 months now and I've found it to be fantastic. I don't try to charge it while I'm using the balance board. It holds it's charge for ages and when it gets low I plug it in while it's not in use. I'm very pleased with mine.

This product is a fantastic idea!!I bought this product so i would have it as soon as i got my wii fit and i could put it straight in.unfortunately I don't have a wii fit yet so all i have done is charged it.Delivery is fantastic, i got it 2 days before the first delivery date
