Is a great carrier but I do feel like a few points could be improved; for example the part that goes around child's back and shoulders is very tight for my 10kg baby so unsure how he will fit into this up to the weight stated. Also the hood would only fit a new born so kind of a pointless feature for us.The strap that goes between the shoulder straps on the parent I have also struggled to get comfortable as of yet but I have only used carrier 4 times so I may figure something out.

I bought this to be able to travel on the train and it is honestly so easy for me and my baby she stays in it for max amount of 6 hours in and out of the carrier for breaks and she is so well behaved only gets fussy at the end of our journey but the carrier itself is so comfy I have back pain and it’s in a way helped it I won’t lie and say it doesn’t hurt when I hold baby because it does but the day after it’s all good and I have no pain it is actually helping me

Looks great, very comfortable for both me and baby who is 9 weeks old. Very strong and sturdy - nice chunky straps! Was originally looking at a different carrier but I'm so glad I choose this one. Cute little hood which is very easy to remove. Carrier is super quick and easy to put on - even by yourself! Folds away nicely - not too bulky! Would definitely recommend

I love this carrier for my three month old, really comfortable and easy to use. The only down side is it spreads their legs quite wide so there's no way a new born or a smaller older baby would be comfortable. For a new born I would suggest a sling wrap.

It is so easy to take the baby out quickly for change nappies and very comfortable on the shoulders. The hood stays up so when summer is here and he doesn’t want to wear his hat it is no problem when I am carrying him with the hood

The carrier feels safer to use , it’s very comfortable and quicker to wear around the body. Convenient for breastfeeding and makes the baby sleep all through the day. If I am to choose a baby carrier to buy again I will choose it.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Somewhat tricky to place the child in if you were doing it yourself. Shame you can’t face the child frontwards when you have them at your front. They can only stare at your chest that way

Very comfortable to wear and easy to use, baby is happy in it and that's the main thing.The hood doesn't come up over my baby's head so design is 4* only, have removed hood and it's grand

When using the baby feels securely attached to you. Its comfortable on your shoulders and back. No assistance is required to put the carrier on you. The baby also found it comfortable

The hood isn’t big enough as it wouldn’t fit over my sons head, which is a big shame as it’s one of the main reasons I bought this item. It’s very comfy altogether though.

I really like this item because it’s easy to use and comfortable to, and most importantly it feels safe as well witch is important when it comes to a new baby

Used it for my three week old baby, he seemed to like it very well. I wish it was light padded with straps in between baby and me. It’s amazing though

Really easy to use & feels very secure with all straps bought this for my 2nd son whos now 9m and still loves it even takes naps in it with no problems
