For anyone who loves old games, whether they are from your childhood or classics you discovered as an adult.. Nothing is more frustrating then a revamp or port, that changes so much it loses what the original made you love about it in the first place. This is not one of those versions. It is a faithful port. Original sound which was ahead of it's time when it was new, and original game play etc. With a lovely save feature that was not heard of in it's infancy. There's also an updated version with different graphics, as well as a meld of the two. This is amazing. I wish they would do the same with Impossible Mission 2. If you played the original on your C-64, this version will fill the void.

Excellent, for nostalgia freaks.I can't imagine modern day children being too bothered by this, but at the time it was brilliant. Now, due to the inclusion of a save facility, I finally had the chance to complete the game without wasting many hours of my time.The only criticism I'd make is the final ending being replaced by a modern CGI clip, instead of the short ending in the C64 version for instance, for maximum nostalgia overload.
