My moggies have been eating Iams for 10yrs or more, and thrive on it. It's a complete diet in itself, so you don't need to feed them 'wet' cat food as well -- although mine do appreciate a bit of variety and the odd sachet of something juicy, too.You don't need to feed cats very much Iams -- portion sizes are quite small -- and it's easy to over-feed, so you have to be a bit careful that you don't end up with fat cats!Iams pellets are ideal for cats who live indoors and use litter trays; there's less to clean up and it's much less smelly/offensive.You MUST ensure that your cats have plenty of water available, however.It's also worth bearing in mind that some of the more specialised varieties cna get quite expensive.

I meant to put my 3 kittens on a raw food diet but haven't been able to find a supplier for my area yet. This is the best cat food with high meat content I can afford right now and they seem to be thriving on it. Their poos still smell, but not as bad as with other dry foods, and I also use wood litter to further minimise smell. They have constant access too the food and like it just enough to eat it when hungry but not enough to gorge on it, so they haven't gained access weight. This big bag is brilliant value and always comes in good time.

My 9month old kitten loves this brand. With his old dry food , he would eat it but rather slowly throughout the day. He prefers wet food to dry. Hes been eating this for 3days now and finishes the whole bowl by the afternoon. Compared to the one I use to give him, this brand has alot less chemicals and ingredients seem alot more healthier. Every cat will react differently but I recommend it and I think it's a great buy. The size of the kibbles are smaller than other brands making it easier to eat. I have one happy kitten

The best Kitty food on the market.Always a pleasure feeding my cats on Iams dry food, makes cleaning up after them very easy too as the litter tray is filled with solid matter rather than the more moist/liquidy deposits that cats leave after eating wet food or other manufacturers dried food.My kittens are also so fit, healthy and active when on this food, can't recommend it highly enough.

My kittens get a variety of dry and wet food. They were weened on Iams by the breeder so I stuck to it and the nutritional content seem fine. They like it, always have a clean bowl at the end of the day. Buying this bigger bag is definitely more economical and it last a long time. It seems to be good on their stomachs, no adverse side affect from eating this food.

I have 2 Ragdolls kittens , 3months old and for the first 2 months i feed them royal canin mother and kitten wich is very expensive and i must say my kitten would eat it but not very crazy about it. I had wet food from iams wich they love so i decided to try the dry food from iams as well. They love it and they put on weight shine coats i mean this stuff is great.

This worked out at £4 cheaper than buying the same quantity from Sainsburys even with the special offer they had on, and works out to about £2.50 a week per kitten which I thought was extremely good value, especially for a high quality cat food from Iams, and the kittens seem to like it !

First dry food our kitten seems to enjoy. Tried other brands but this is a hit. Kitten bounds to the bowl when he hears the bag. Great that it’s available in a large pack. We use this in the day and serve wet food (from another brand) in the morning and at night.

Great quality food. Bargain price. My fur babies love it. Good packaging for transit. Transferred to resealable bag for storage. Will purchase again. Delivered one day earlier than expected. Which saved me buying a small bag elsewhere. Thank-you!!

My kitten loves these, even sometimes chooses them over meat/wet food. Very good quality and I like the assurances and benefits for the health. My kitten is looking healthy with a shiny coat. It's good that the bag is also recyclable!

Financially, it made sense to buy the 10k bag, but it's taking a long time to plow through it and it smells pretty bad! On the plus side, the kittens like it and they are healthy and boisterous and have lovely shiny coats.

I have fifteen cats and they all like Iams - any variety, they don't mind which. Some of the smart ones like it so much they get the lid of the storage tin and help themselves. Not the cheapest but one of the best.

My kitten seem to leave pieces of the previous mix I used but this is so much easier for her to eat as the pieces are so much smaller, clean dish every time. I do mix it with wet food. Happy kitty. Happy mummy. ?

I have two gorgeous kittens - one is very finicky and this food is the only one they will eat - worth every penny - lasts a long time and wonderful quality. Only the best for my little ones <3

My cats love this, slightly dearer than some brands out there, but they eat every scrap, rather than lots of little bits left over time. And arrived on schedule. So pretty happy.
