Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong diameter polarising filter for a new lens (Nikkor). Because of this, I had no use for it and tried to return it. Obviously, as soon as I saw it, I realised it was the correct size (as ordered), but I'd made the mistake.I had absolutely no problems with returning the polarising filter but, since I hadn't opened the sealed filter case, can't speak to the quality of the part.Amazon's returns policy, was used by me for the first time and it was seamless.Can't speak highly enough of this company's policies and administration of the return.The part itself, sold by CameraKing UK, arrived extremely quickly and without any fuss.It's a pity that an ex-engineer like myself,

You can find Hoya filters like these in many camera shops but you won't find them cheaper than this. Hoya are an industry-standard for filters so you're not getting some cheap imitation. There are 'sound-alike' filters out there but beware of them; they don't stand comparison with Hoya. There's no point in economising on filters; they're right in front of your lens so any blemishes will show up in your photos. What's the point in having a top of the range camera if you stick any old filter in front? You can buy these filters with confidence.West Lancs were very helpful and quick to answer my emails, so top marks to them for service.
