I received this washer dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes, but I held onto my old washer/dryer stored away in the garage just to be on the safe side. However, I needn’t have worried as the Samsung machine is excellent. Its washing performance is brilliant and significantly better than any other machine I have owned. I have used it on all the usual ‘hard to really clean’ items – school uniforms for my 2 messy primary school age kids, my gym kit, specialist hiking clothing – and the results have been exceptional. The bubble soak technology really works, even though I was sceptical at first, and helps deal with the stubborn stains – especially from food & grass on the kids’ clothes.

We bought this over a month ago and wanted to use it several times before reviewing it. We've been more than happy with it and it's the perfect new addition to our new home. We looked for a washer dryer for weeks before we came across this particular model and were impressed with all of its features. From the AddWash to the nice sound it makes once the load is done, this machine has been everything we've looked for. We are expecting a baby this summer and needed a machine that's eco-friendly and would get stains out without the extra chemicals needed. The bubble soak has been really great and has managed to remove stains that we didn't expect it would do! Overall a really great machine,

I'm not a person who normally leaves reviews but after having this machine for a while now I decided I had to.This is replacing what I thought was a fairly good Panasonic unit but this is just in another class.This thing is fast, a full cotton load cleaned in just over an hour and great results too.Being a bit of a closet nerd I love the smart phone compatibility and it is genuinely useful. There's the usual masses of program options built in, admittedly if you're anything like me you'll only use a couple but the choice is nice to have.It's quiet too, really quiet and very smooth while running no vibrations at all which is unusual in my kitchen.So all in all I can't fault this machine,

As a front line worker during the COVID 19 pandemic, this new washer dryer has really come in handy. Being able to customise washing programmes means that I can wash my uniform at high temperatures and have it dried immeadiately after and my uniform is ready for my next shift while I sleep. It is very quiet when washing, spinning and drying.The only downside I find is that the door is dark coloured. Most washing machines have a clear window. Several times I have come home to find my partner has put washing on, and I would like to check what it is but can’t. Also, I wish there was an easier way to remove pet hair from the seal, it is much easier when wet,

Love the load capacity this machine offers. The quickness of the cycles. The fact that you can control and monitor the washing cycle on your smart phone. The bubble soak and airwash are all great features and the 15 minutes quickwash is handy - oh and the add wash door for that odd sock or pair of pants you forgot to put in. The machine is very energy efficent! A++The only issue I have noticed is that if you accidently press the off button mid cycle its does not carry on where it left off and you have to restart the whole cycle and when the clothes are already wet the cycle then takes 6 hours to wash clothes as its calculated the wet weight of the clothes already in the drum!

Having seen a friend who already had this machine, my fiancee and I were tempted to get one too as the features on it seeemd really useful. When we saw the cashback offer on the product we immediately took advantage as we needed a machine for our new house and we're not dissapointed! The freedom of being able to put a wash on when you leave for work, then simply switch it to dry via the app during the day when it's finished the cycle so it's dry and ready to wear when you get home is a game changer! Looks neat in design and is saving us money on energy each time we use it too compared to our other washing machines we had in rentred accomodation.I would highly recommend.

I love most things about this product, the ease of use and how quiet the spin cycle is. The options are easy to use and it looks so neat and stylish. The only problems are that the filter clogs easily with socks and in wash colour run sheets, so I’d advise to use a wash net. Also since installing the machine, when it fills up, there is a great amount of water hammer coming from the inlet pipe. I never had this issue with my previous machines and I’ve followed every advice to reduce this. I’ve since had to purchase a water hammer arres tor valve which will be delivered today. Hopefully this remedies that problem. Other than that, this machine is great!!

Bought this a few days ago. Initially hesitant with drying option... but turned out to be superb for drying too. only requires 3 hours for a heavy load of cotton... like towels jeans etc. Super happy with it.app works great and super handy. can easily program it and helps combine clothes... choose program etc. Start it remotely and monitor progress etc. Not just for fun.... but in the end males the whole process fun. hahahaha. and with having the clothes dry... dont have to bother after. definitely recommended. Huge difference from previous washing machine which was not that old.owned to leave a review to share with other potential buyers.

I liked the features of this machine. Remote handling via phone is pretty cool although not of much use as you will be always around and within reach of your machine whenever you want to operate so app is not really needed. Also to operate via mobile app you need to switch ON your machine and press smart feature ON manually anyways. And since machine switches off itself if event of no activity for long time so phone manage is practically of no use it might feel exciting to manage your machine using your phone. In my opinion please don't fall only for this feature. Other than machine is great.

I received this washer dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes. The machine is absolutely fantastic - it has a massive load capacity, it is really quiet and is packed with features. You can sycn your smartphone to the machine so you can program your wash even when you are out!! You can set your washing to finish at a certain time, drop clothes in the wash that you have forgotten without having to wait for the machine.It also has the bubble soak function (runs at the start of the wash for 30 mins) - incredible feature for getting rid of really tough stains in clothes.

I received this washer dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes and also kept my machine plugged in side by side, just in case I wasn't happy with this machine. However, I needn't have worried as this machine does what my machine does and a whole lot more. The different cycles and facilities does take time to get used to but it is worth it. The add wash facility is my favourite. The bubble soak cycle is very good for tough stains and the clothes are washed perfectly at all times. The machine does not connect to my wifi so I could not use the smart control.

Honestly, this is the best Washing Machine I've ever used. I mostly have only used the Daily Wash function and it cleans things so well. Also, the dryer function (which I was worried about because I've heard bad things about Washer-Dryers in general) is absolutely incredible and it's made my life so much easier. All in all, I'm absolutely delighted with this product and on top of all of that it looks fantastic. Now maybe I'd have liked different colour options, but that's not such a big deal, above all is function and quality and on those grounds, its an A+ product.

Quiet, fast, I tried only ones ecco-bubble washing, not great at this time, I need to try again. AddWash is a must-have option from now!ON/OFF button some kind of misunderstanding !!!!!!!!If you need to pause the wash you need to hols start button for 3 sec., but if you accidentally touch on/off button, you will switch off the mashing and you need to start whole program from the beginning. A bit stupid idea, especially that I have read review 2 years ago about this problem, and the technician respond that they will have look to this problem!!!Recommended

Upgraded our washing machine as it was well overdue. We went for the quickdrive as it was was recomemderd by my mother in law who works for samsung. This washer dryer is a real lifesaver especially the addwash door with a little one and messy mealtimes. I can just pop her clothes in if the cycle has already begun. The eco bubble works wonders for tough stains and you can really tell the difference. Noise is nonexistent compared to my last machine. I look forward to seeing what samsung have up their sleeves in the up coming years

as soon as I saw that a company had made a machine that I could add that dropped sock or forgotten t- shirt to the load half way through I coveted one. I recently moved house and had the opportunity to purchase my own washer dryer. There was no other choice for me and i was not disappointed. the 8Kg load size is big enough for me to do large loads and handles muddy rugby kit with ease! plus it palys a delightful little tune after each program completes - and it irritates the OH so double win!
