I wanted a steering wheel but didn't want to pay the price for some of the top end ones. I was happy to compromise a little on how good it is because of that.Overall - I am pretty happy. It is responsive, comfortable, gives fairly decent feedback, and feels pretty much like the real thing.I have used this on F1 2016 and GT Sport. On F1 2016 it worked without any need to change any in game settings. On GT Sport it did not work correctly straight away (for example, the gear changes on the paddles did not work). There are setup options in game for specific steering wheels. This one is not listed. You therefore have to set it up as if it were a PS4 controller but play around with the buttons to make it work.Took me about 10 minutes, plus another 10 minutes to workout how to change fuel settings for a specific race, as the buttons were not doing it right. But once you have done that it is fineThe reason only 4/5 is for two things:1. As it states "Officially licensed by Sony" I expected it to be in the steering wheel in-game list for GT Sport. It isn't.2. The lead for the pedals comes out of the back at the bottom, which is silly in my opinion as most steering wheel stands have a lip at the back of the pedal plate, which this hits and becomes the first point of contact. It doesn't particularly effect the driving but not how it is supposed to work and hence I don't like it.

As a budget wheel this is great.Works brilliantly with project cars, assetto corsa, F1 2016, need for speed and drive club.Found purple light best steering sensativity setting for project cars and white light best for assetto corsa.Assetto corsa has to be set as controller lay out 2 for it work.No force feedback but for entry level you don't really notice.F1 2016 works best on Ps s mode the other games don't recognize this mode as not compatible games for Ps s.Ps s is basicly called steering mode but standard N mode is fine once you have adjusted the sensitivity settings, which is done buy holding assign for 3 seconds then pushing options button then using the dpad to change color of the light, the manual tells you what light does what sensitivity.I have had the venom hurricane wheel which was also good but this wheel is 100 times better. If you like your driving games and want to feel a bit more like you are on the track then I would highly recommend it.Added a photo of homemade stand just in case it may help or give people ideas of making homemade stand.

I didn't want to fork out for a force feedback wheel when i wasn't sure i'd be ok with driving games but I have to say so far its proving very much worth the punt...Reason for 1 star drop is the 'deadzone' (see i'm already using fancy terminology) it's a little slack even on 0 with sensitivity set to 100. Still that might be down to me But I can just about stay on the track after a few runs.. which is encouragingALSO NOTE:The device will show up (in game) as an Xbox Controller for both games listed. This is because these types of wheel emulate the xbox controller device settings... You can deal with the 'deadzone' thing in setting configuration still and is worth fiddling with (as with all wheels - so I understand).Pedals have a 'mat- part'which I didnt see at first.. it unfolds from beneath to stop it slipping about under foot - these work well for my needs.

Just recently got this as my first sim racing wheel... Was hesitant at first due to a few comments saying it wasn't great.Must say Ive been impressed with it for being one of the lowest priced wheels you can buy, only a few games are compatible with the actual steering mode for it but it does have a function that let's you play it with any game and each game I've played has been great fun with it (gran turismo: sport, dirt rally 2.0, f1 2019). Make sure you have a flat surface top to clamp it to as the suction cups are no use at all.If you're looking for a wheel to sim race at a serious level, don't buy this... If you're looking for a good wheel to play casually I would recommend.

Wanted a inexpensive steering wheel/pedal setup for PS4 Wasn't interested in spending a lot of money for force feedback. This unit fits the bill perfectly, and works great The steering wheel has L2 and R2 buttons on the rim that work the gas and brake if you don't want to use the pedals. I would recommend this wheel to anyone who just wants an inexpensive wheel without force feedback. It does have vibration feedback which simulates road bumps, and tyres hitting the curb etc, It is much easier to drive with this than a controller. We have a rug so pedals do not move suckers stuck to a tray really well so far really pleased

I have tried this briefly and it makes a huge difference to the game play of my the racing games I play often, I've yet to fix it to a decent table to give it a full try out and since I've been used to a gamepad it is quite different to what I'm used to. It doesn't have a resistance to the steering nor does it have a clutch pedal but "Flappy Paddle" shifters are good to use and do as they should fast, I like the overall feel of the kit and it offers plenty of options with the programming.

This wheel is brilliant if you want a steering wheel to play racing games with. However, it does not rotate fully meaning some games are not completely compatible. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great wheel, but the fact it doesn’t turn 360°+ makes turning in some games much harder (NFS Payback) but game so like DRIVECLUB have a setting allowing you to input the wheel rotation in order to steer better. The instructions aren’t the best but you can find out how to change certain things online.

I was looking for a steering wheel and pedal set that wouldn't cost a fortune. After doing some research I've decided to buy this one and I'm very happy with it.There is enough forced feedback from the steering and the pedals are not too soft. Multiple levels of sensitivity are available and you can also change the steering angle. It's comfortable and sturdy. The attachment is a bit tricky though so I had to improvise.Overall, it's pretty good entry level product in my opinion.

Love it. I bought a cheap frame for it as well, total set up cost of £120 and i have an arcarde in my front room.Set up is very easy (just plug it in)... best to attach the wheel to something as the suction pads are not good at all. I purchased a frame for £59.99 from ebay. In the game it is easy to grip and consistent, the peddles not so much so but easy to limit throttle in corners and really improve times. Also a great party piece!Might get another one...

At this price you don’t get force feedback but you do get a rumbler, like in the DS4, and it works very well on bumps and jumps etc, in combination with the bungee which applies force to recenter the wheel. The Apex has a feature the more expensive wheels don’t; if the (PS4) game does not support it, you can switch to PS4N mode and emulate a DS4. Combine this with configurable settings on the wheel and you can play just about any game with it.I like it.

this is my second wheel and i must say its great!!! Feels a little sticky when turning but im sure its just because its new, used it all today and at first it seems confusing but after about 30 seconds its all common sense, i play a lot of Euro Truck Simulator 2 and this works great in it!! Make sure u play around with the settings though, only took me 5 mins to set up on ETS2 and then i was all good to go, would recommend for starting out.

Replaced another cheaper steering wheel (that had massive lag). This is in different league. Works perfectly with GT and Crew etc. No real force feedback but get the vibrations. Pretty accurate feeling and build quality is great. Pedals move on floor easily so might want to fix them somwhere, the steering wheel can be fastened to desk at least to 5cm thick. Please note its only for PS so wont work on Xbox... Totally recommend this!

This wheel and pedals are surprisingly good for the cost, feels pretty solid and works for all my pc games so far. My only gripe is that argos has clearly sent me a used product. The thing was caked in dust, parts of it had been duct taped together and the general look of it was that it had been used for a while, then returned to argos. I expect better when I'm paying full price!

OVER Impressed would be an under statement, the quality is fantastic and it is so easy to use, works with all games, don't waste money on them expensive ones, this is one of the best you will buy without having to spend £100.00s of pounds. Don't understand why others leave negative comments, go and buy and expensive one then moan about it! Thank you Seller A*****

Bought this wheel to do a bit of driving. It is superb looking and it feels really great to hold and use. However i would recommend it more for basic driving games and younger users. It's good for driving but when you want to start using extra buttons for switches in simulator games , it doesnt quite have as many options as you need.4 out of 5 stars ☆☆☆☆
