Ignore the negative reviews. This is a premium yoyo. It could sell for twice the price and still represent good value. I have paid more and got less. The rubber is not soft but it is forgiving to your hand when you catch a fast return. The bearing is super smooth and you can adjust the gap on the go, without taking it apart. Not sure any quality yoyo is for the very young. How you can snap the string is beyond me, I have a string on one of mine that's 12 months old. If you are clueless and don't know how to use a yoyo like this, then I guess anything is possible. As for receiving a damaged one, that is annoying. But I don't claim cars are rubbish just because I owned an unreliable one once.

This is a really good yo-yo, especially for kids It is made from a soft material so no damage likely. But you should buy some spare strings as it seems to wear them out fairly quickly. Expensive but will last forever. Highly recommended. Terry Adams

Not bought for me - the yo-yo works well and was loved by my son from the minute it arrived. Good packaging - and ease of use. Not had it long and like other things he so desperately needs, it only gets occasional attention.

Great yo-yo, exactly as expected. But the and says I get a booklet, but I didn't. Packaging was damaged too but I blame the delivery driver there, he was useless and left my package hanging half out the letterbox.

My son adores this yoyo. Its not cheap but it really is great for tricks and so far he hasn't tired of it.

Bought as a gift - recipient really enjoyed it but the string broke almost straight away.
