The Helsport Spitsbergen is a sturdy tent with a lot of space. It is quick to set up and offers many anchoring options. We use it all year round with 2 people and 2 dogs in the Alps and it is our favorite tent. In terms of quality, it is comparable to a Hilleberg Keron, with Helsport using a 9mm instead of a 10mm pole and at Helsport a second pole can only be used in the x Trem variant. All around a real expedition tent, which can cope with all weather conditions.

I have been using Helsport Spitsbergen for 1 year for wild camping tours in Switzerland. It has a lot of space, is weatherproof and does not need to shy away from comparison with a Hilleberg Keron 4GT. I replaced the 9mm linkage with an 11mm from the Hilleberg Saivo. My Spitsbergen has never really experienced a storm, but in the 6 hours of continuous rain it remained dense and at -10 degrees in the snow on the Grimsel Pass it also worked without any problems.

perfectly adherent to the description, the curtain is spacious and looks robust. In the package there is a pole section and a piece of fabric for emergency repairs. Weight and size make it not suitable for transport in the backpack unless you divide it between 2-3 people
