Great quality bag! It seems quite waterproof but i have not had a good rainfall yet to test it. It looks well lined inside the bag (water resistant coating) and the material on the outside has a close thread. There is one main compartment and a side zip pocket, good for putting your passport and paperwork in when travelling. The other end of the bag has a clear plastic window for personal details in case your bag is lost. Inside the flap has a net compartment with a zip open/close which is handy.You can get a lot of stuff in this bag but remember to pack upwards if using it as a rucksack as things will slide to the bottom. It states it is approved size for hand luggage on planes but it is really universal and could be a great gym bag,

This is a very well made, high quality duffel bag that is perfect for the gym, school PE kit, rugby or night away (but just be aware that its dimensions / 30 litre volume isn't huge). It features a main compartment with a couple of useful pockets (two on one end, the other underneath the top opening). It is double strapped so you can carry it as a traditional duffel bag on your shoulder, as a backpack or via the grab handle on one of the ends. The hard-wearing waterproof material is a real plus, as not many other bags offer this benefit and so often my son's sports kit ends up being drenched after being left in a bag on wet grass and/or in the rain. This is typical Helly Hansen quality. The 30L volume is enough for a sports kit with boots or trainers and shower gear, provided you use a microfibre towel. The zip goes round three sides making access, loading and unloading easy.Although square it doesn’t feature the traditional shoulder strap but is rigged as a backpack with generously padded shoulder straps. That’s not the only way it can be carried though - there are handles at each end that are comfortable enough to carry a full bag.In summary this bag is sturdy, well made and a decent size.

I like the look of this bag, and the fact that it isn't too large, yet is spacious. It seem strong and is comfy to carry - but I can't completely ignore the several negative reviews here. Mine, though, so far, shows no sign of weakness in the straps and sewing, and Helly Hansen is a good brand whose coats I love.Let's hope for the best!

Very nice bag, comes with a small storage bag too, so you can fold it up for storage, the straps seem a little thin for the size of the bag but shouldnt be a problem if you dont put oo much weight in it, perfect for sport kits. The zippers are good quality and the other than the straps it seems very strong.

Really good quality bag - ideal for school use. My thirteen year old son uses this daily and, though it's made of pretty lightweight material, it's standing up to a lot of punishment pretty well. Carries a surprising amount of stuff and is nicely designed.

Excellent well made bag. Good size with a couple of pockets. Especially handy as you can use it as a backpack or a holdall so it is versatile.

Well made and strong but also light weight. Ideal to pack as an extra bag as it would not take up much space .
