After having an emergency c-section, I was not allowed to carry anything heavy for the first couple of months, couldn't drive, and walking with my baby in the pram was the only permissible form of exercise. These hooks were a godsend. I use one to carry all those little things you need to hand - bottle of water, muslin, extra layer of clothing for baby etc - and the other to carry what shopping I cannot fit in the smallish basket under the pram. A couple of times I managed to balance a shopping basket with all of my groceries off one of these hooks and it took the weight. If you aren't able to carry much, need your hands free for other things and/or want to have things easily to hand while walking along,

So you are pushing your new fangled 'bar handle' buggy for the first time. It's great isn't it? And then you go shopping. And there's nowhere to put the bags because the baby is lying in the bottom bunk fast asleep. So you wish you had asked about whether it was easy to carry bags and handbags and beach paraphernalia. And it's like the darkness has descended over your life as you realise you bought a £300+ buggy that is only of use for pushing children and absolutely nothing else, in spite of what the adverts tell you about its basket capacity. And then you visit Amazon and you find these hooks and you read this review and it's like a light has switched on over your life again.

Am surprised at other reviewers that have said the Velcro comes apart as I would say the opposite for this product. The Velcro is very secure and you actually have to pull quite hard on them to separate the Velcro if you want to reposition them. I have managed to hang a very heavy change bag over the two straps plus an extra bag of fairly heavy shopping on each side and it stood up to the weight very well. I only gave this 4 stars because I'm not sure the Velcro would go all the way round for prams with very thick handles, which would make it less secure for heavy weights. For me though the product fits fine and does exactly what I expect and is a very useful addition to my bar handled pram

An essential buy and I recommend them to anyone with a handle bar buggy. These hooks are a permanent fixture on mine, so that I'm never caught out by unplanned shopping sprees! I wish these had been widely available in shops particulary where they sell buggies and stroller, then I wouldn't have wasted time and money on those cheap, generic plasic ones that don't even fit properly anyway - they snap, fall off/get lost and go flying all over the place! My advice, get these and be done with it, yes they're a bit pricey but Happy Mummy hooks are a quality made product that'll last and you'll end up spending more in the long run with those cheapie ones by having to replace them all the time.

I love these hooks! Before getting these going shopping with the pram was a nightmare as there isn't enough room underneath the pram for the baby changing bag and anything you might pick up from the shops. These hooks have made life so much easier, I can hang shopping on them and distribute the weight evenly.The straps are wrap around velcro so I imagine they would be compatible with most types of pram, the hooks turn 360 degrees so you can have them pointing whichever direction you like.So much cheaper than buying them in the shops, and I have no complaints about the quality - I've had these on my pram for months and they haven't moved or become loose.

These are so useful!Easy to fit - the whole strap is Velcro, so you can easily adjust it to fit onto any pram handle, in any position you like. It is a strong hold, so no worries about it falling off. You can hang your shopping bags on them, and I also use them to hang shopping baskets in supermarkets - much easier than struggling to push the pram with one hand and hold the basket with the other - you just put one hook either side of the pram handle and hang one basket handle on each. I wouldn't be without them.

There is no better pram hook. Also made under the Bardot name (Pink), the velcro wraps around the handle and loops back through the hole and fastens.Anyone who claims the velcro comes apart in use is simply doing it wrong!!Easy 5kgs on each hook (which also swivel), bear in mind the weight can have an impact on rear suspension (don't use on an iCandy Cherry for example!!) - you can also use to protect a changing or hand bag by turning hooks oppostite to each other (prevents bag grabbing).The best. Simple.

These hooks are so quick and easy to attach to pram handles, it's amazing. The velco strips simply wrap around the pram handles and fasten super tight. I imagine that they fit every pram, buggy, pushchair ever created and regardless of the shape of the pram handles. The hooks also swivel.Every time I go shopping I use my hooks for carrying bags of groceries. They can support a weight up to 5 kilos, so you can transport quite a bit extra on your pram.I think that every mother with a pram should have these!

Ok, so I got this last year , wanted to try it out for a bit so my review would be fair, Must say I was shock as it as stayed on the Quinny buzz ever since as it doesn't look very strong BUT it is... Anyway I'm happy I bought these as we all know the basket on the quinny buzz is RIDICULOUS , the whole design is to be honest, but these have helped me a lot whilst out shopping and carrying my hand bag, just don't put too much weight on them as the buggy will still tip over, over all happy with product :)...

These hooks are great, just what we needed. The pram we bought for our first child had two handles so shopping bags were easily carried. When our second child was born we bought a double buggy with a bar handle. We never gave it a second thought until we visited the local shop and realised there was nowhere to carry the bags as the basket was too small. These hooks solve the problem. The velcro fastening is very strong and will fit any bar. Very pleased with them and would recommend ☆★☆★☆

Very handy little product that would I would happily recommend. Would easily fix on to any stroller as the velcro straps adjust to fit hooks snuggly in place. The hooks themselves rotate around 360 degrees to allow bags/shopping baskets etc to be arranged in a variety of imaginative ways. They are very sturdy and have supported the weight of any luggage I have tested it with to date... even the ones which would result in an upturned buggy (and toddler!) if left unattended.

We bought this for our Bugaboo and it was a FABULOUS addition. Simple velcro strips to attach it to the stroller and then off you go. The hooks turn either way which can be very handy. Other moms ask me on the street where we got ours as it's so strong and versatile. I've had mine for over a year now, use it every day (sometimes for some pretty heavy loads) and it still serves us well. A really high-quality well-designed product. Buy it. You won't regret it.

I'm very happy with these hooks. They allow me to pop a few extra bags on the hooks, allowing me to carry more than the underside of the stroller will. The reason I only gave 4 stars for this product, though, is because the hooks twist. So if you try hanging a diaper (nappy) bag off of one, which with weight restrictions it should still fall in easily, the bag ends up twisting and bumping into you while you're walking. But that's my only complaint.

These are brilliant for hanging the nappy bag to the handle therefore saving valuable shopper tray space. Very strong and adjustable for different width handlebars. I'm glad I read the advice about buying Velcro-fastening hooks (I nearly bought the metal clip style) as they are much more versatile and you can fasten them more securely so they don't swing about. Definitely recommended. I use on an iCandy Apple2Pear in case this helps!

I bought these clips for the bar handle of my Mothercare My4 pram/pushchair and they have been brilliant. The velcro straps are very strong and have held heavy shopping bags without any problems yet it's still quick and easy to move the clips or take them off. I also find the swivel feature very useful as it means I can use both clips to hold the straps of one bag so that it doesn't hang too low.Would definitely recommend!
